Was very thorough and helpful. Found a way to repair the system instead of trying to replace. Not a lot of companies do it this way now. If something breaks down, it’s an automatic replace. A lot of people don’t have that kind of money to do so. I appreciate Comfort Zone very much, 2 days with no AC and another company trying to sell me a new unit. Comfort Zone found a way, 5 star rating!

Great family owned business, 100% better than chains. Installed my new AC/ heating system two years ago, great maintenance service/ cleaning since!I refer them to others in my neighborhood, just referred them again to my neighbor across from me on second floor! Posted them in my HOA office and neighborhood website, never any problems! Also had them redo my electrical system, fantastic job!!!

If you need someone who is honest, fair and professional then you need to call this company! They respond very quickly and are extremely reasonable and wont leave you sweating for days!! Seriously, I worked for a major a/c company for 13 years BUT when my system went down I knew I needed to call Al (the owner)! He treats everyone like you are family and will bend over backwards to make you happy!! When I needed a new system I called Al! Great company! I had both the inside and outside units replaced in my home and wow what a difference. I would highly recommend Comfort Zone to anyone! I shopped around for a deal and they gave me the best deal and also did additional duct work and didnt charge me extra! Very nice and honest people. Thank you!

Highly responsive. Great experience from the very first call. They arrived at my home early. Provided a quote for repair and replacement immediately. They completed the job within hours of hiring them. They did not try to up sell me. Their prices are extremely competitive.

Great Family Owned Business!! After having 8 different companies come by and provide a quote, I hired Albert and his crew to replace my A/C system. Al (the owner) was honest and answered all of my questions/concerns. They are very easy to get a hold of, when needed, and get right back to you if they missed your call. Albert arrived to my home early to provide an estimate, and his crew arrived on-time on day of install. They got the job done in a timely fashion, and cleaned up after themselves. Ill certainly use Comfort Zone Air for any of my A/C needs going forward.

Do not call this company to repair your AC- they will only try to sell you a new AC. My experience with this company was probably one of the worst I’ve had in some time. Our AC has been out for a week and we called them to run a diagnostic test to find out the issue. Junior came out, was really pushy, and refused to run the test and made us pay $75 just to tell us we need a new AC. We asked for diagnostic report to list what was wrong with our AC and he never provided it and I’m not even sure he really knew what was wrong. We had Van Eddies come out and their tech fixed the issue in 5 minutes and didn’t charge us a dime. It’s obvious Comfort Zone Air Conditioning is a sales company and not a repair company. Please be warned- they do not care about your “comfort”, they only care about making money. We have a little one and it made no difference to them we were suffering in the heat during a FL summer for over a week. Contact them at your own risk.

From the very first phone call to signing off on the bill, it was an amazing experience. They were quick to send someone over knowing my situation. Simon Li was my AC guy and I just need to make you aware of just how professional and honest he was. He walked me through the entire process from inside to outside explaining and showing me what was wrong, and didnt do anything but what needed to be replaced or repaired. Its so hard to find people who sincerely love what they do, and Simon surely does. Im most definitely going to recommend this company to my family and friends.
