We cant say enough about these guys! Mark Blaze did an amazing job taking care of us. Kay was our on site tech and had a trainee with him. I was super impressed with the way he took his time to explain what he was doing with his trainee, assuring me that he had been trained properly himself. Top notch service! A lightning strike nearby us caused a power surge that led to our A/C ceasing functioning. They came out promptly and repaired the damage. There were further unforeseen complications that kept it from working and they came back out and worked until they figured out the problem and resolved it without additional fees! They are amazing people who seem to really care about their customers. A++

Losing your A/C is always stressful. I had a different vendor come out and check the unit in my commercial space. A leak was detected and they immediately offered quotes to replace the entire system (admittedly older).This company answered my calls after hours and offered to send a tech to reevaluate for free. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

Nevin and K showed up this morning on schedule. I really trust these guys because l met them last year when they replaced the upstairs central air unit. Nevin is very knowledgeable about ac units and explains so I understand. His advice has been very helpful. K is a gem. l wish l had a son like him! We have a very complicated system that uses the waste heat from the AC system to heat our pool. The system had been installed for a year by another company and it never worked correctly.Niven showed up and in about 4 hours had the issue diagnosed, problems fixed, and and the system balanced.Now the house stays 72-74 degrees, pool is 85 and the electric bill even went down.Thanks again.

If you’re looking for a company that is honest, & genuine, Airology is there for you!We were dealing with a very dishonest property management & AC company that said we broke their compressor due to negligence of not changing something. I contacted Airology & they said that sounds incorrect and educated me to the best of their ability on what the issue could actually be.I reached out to Jenny a couple times, and days later I was still having trouble with my unit. She was able to have someone come out within the same day! Their service tech Navin was absolutely fantastic! The only place I trust for A/C needs. We have an older unit and had a few hiccups and Navin knows us, takes care of us and really cares. He just left after saving us almost $3K after an overnight emergency forced us to try another company and was going to rip us off. What a fantastic company! When our AC stopped working the other day, I went into full panic mode. I called up AIRology and spoke with a very nice lady on the phone who assured me she could get someone out to us later that same afternoon. A few minutes later she called back and said a technician would be arriving in a few hours -- THANK GOD! It was already up to 86 degrees inside!! John and Ray were the technicians that came out to help us. They were both absolutely fantastic, polite, professional and QUICK! They figured out the issue and replaced the broken part that made our AC work again! Thank you both so much for an amazing job! Would definitely hire this company again -- but hopefully we wont need to for a long time ;)

I am going to try and keep this short and sweet buts its almost impossible to do that when you just got some of the best service EVER! My upstairs ac system stopped cooling and of course its a Friday night!I got up Saturday and started calling HVAC companies for some assistance and was met with nope sorry, we can see you next Tuesday etc. I was getting depressed until I called AIRology and they said sure, we can fit you in and they were there when they said they would be, awesome. The tech that came out was so nice and professional. There was an obvious leak as he had to add 4lbs of Freon, he looked everywhere for the leak and he finally advised unfortunately its got to be in one of the lines from the condenser to the evaporator and he was correct as the Freon was almost empty on Sunday afternoon, they fit me in again on Monday to cap the lines and check for a leak, and yes thats where it was. They came back out late Tuseday to confirm and then the tech contacted me on Wednesday and advised they were on the way and gave me a quote on the repairs. This company came several times, didnt invoice me until they were satisified they had the issues resolved and the bill was very very fair!!!!! This is the best company ever!!!

This company is the best.. My previous company Ameritech Air Conditioning & Heating told me to replace evaporator coil and I ended up doing just that. More Freon is pumped in. I let it run and my unit breaks again in just 4 days. Found out problem was not with evaporator coil and I spend $700 for nothing. My experience with these companies has not been so good. All they see is where they can make the most from you while they’re on site. They’re never never honest with their business and they don’t care about you. And they don’t even care if they lose just one customer. Then I call Airology Heating & Cooling. Navin is very upfront and honest. Showed me exactly where the problem is. He also educated me to some extent. He did not overcharge like other companies. Very reasonable.. very honest. Thank you.

Great Service! Our A/C tech Navid came in and figured out our issue right away and fixed our problem for only $469. The previous A/C company we hired for a quote came in and told us we needed a new A/c unit to the tune of $6,800 and he charged $100 for the assessment! Navid indicated to us that all we needed was a new motor for our A/C fan blower.

We had an entire new A/C system installed at our home. Airology office staff and their team provided exceptional customer service. The install team were professionals. They completed the work efficiently and were meticulous with clean up. Highly recommend Airology as a company to assist with anyone’s a/c or heating needs or concerns.

Called Saturday morning because my heater was not working. The lady that answered the phone was very nice. They were booked but she called the technicians to see if they can fit me in and they did. Navin was the technician that came out and he was very nice. Analyzed the units and was able to provide me with a temp solution until I figure out how I would like to move forward. Very reasonably priced as well. I would recommend them.

Showed up on time. Very professional. Price for maintenance was reasonable. I have used another big name company in the past and have decided to switch service to Airology. My time is important, and I want to be able to trust the people in my home. I also want repair to be accurate without an “upsell” on everything . I highly recommend these guys to anyone. Our AC went out just as summer hit. Technician came out first thing the next morning and gave me an honest assessment of the situation. We ultimately ended up having them replace the entire system as the old one was about 15 years old and just not worth repairing. They did quick and quality work. They ordered the system for us on a saturday and installed on the next business day. Everyone there was super friendly and easy to work with.Over the years i get more and more frustrated with just how bad a lot of people are at their jobs. So many people just clock in and clock out without really caring about the quality of their work (no matter what the job may be). It was refreshing to deal with these guys who genuinely know their stuff, are honest, and friendly.

Over the weekend I heard the sound of loud intermittent dripping. I traced the sound; popped the grill holding the A/C filter; and saw large drops of water dripping into a concrete basin beneath the A/C. Water was already 2 inches deep. I opened the garage door and saw a ribbon of runoff already on the garage floor measuring 5 feet in length. I immediately checked the Master Bedroom Closet to see if any seepage was evident. Nothing.Since it wasn’t an emergency I phoned the office Monday morning to request a tech to inspect my system.Navin arrived during the 3pm-5pm appointment window on Tuesday. I’d first met Navin when he installed my NEST thermostat. I met him, again, when he came to do an annual preventive maintenance on the A/C.This problem was a clogged drainage system. Navin was very efficient unclogging the problem. Navin then wet vacuumed the 2 inches of water that had accumulated.And like previous service calls Navin educated me on what I can do to be proactive in maintaining the A/C.The price for the service call was more than fair. The end result was a deep sense of relief.I’ve had other AIRology techs service my residence, but Navin stands far above everyone in the AIRology organization. If ever Navin appears at your doorstep, know that you are in the excellent hands of a highly competent technician.

We used their services twice, once back in 2017 on a Saturday (an emergency call) and once again last Friday, on a different home. I have to say, one more time, their service was excellent! I will have no doubts to call them again whenever I have an issue with an AC!

I believe when a company provides excellent service they should be acknowledged and commended on it. Currently the temperatures outside have been dropping into freezing range. Having said that you can imagine my stress coming home late afternoon with an infant and realizing the heat is not working. Once we reached out to the company they understood the urgency of the situation and sent someone out that night, despite it being late. We had the pleasure of having John the technician come out. He not only fixed the issue but was courteous, professional and explained what went wrong in a relatable and understandable manner. I am more than pleased and grateful for with the companys and his service.

Very pleased with my experience with Ariology, I had no idea I had a leak that was causing my electric bill to go trough the roof !After a quick inspection the tech was able to point out the issues and gave me options on resolving it . The tech also went the extra steps and made calls to see if the unit still had warranty . I choose to replace my unit because it was hitting the 10 year mark, my new unit was installed the next morning ! Awesome job

When my a.c. quit working I was pretty much resigned to the fact that I would have to spend a bunch of money to get it fixed. Ive used airology on 2 properties. They repaired an ac that others couldnt and did an install on my current home. Navin is the man! Expediting repairs professionally at a reasonable cost

Very polite technicians. They came to my house two times. Tried their best. Did the same thing on both times. Jenny was the person who would answer my calls, the person who I talked the first time when I asked for the service. The second time I called was to report that the problem persisted. The third time I called was to say that the problem persisted. Then she said they couldnt do anything else about it. I told them it could be a pitch problem, thru some experience Ive had with the same unit, before they started. Then they tell me the problem is the pItch, but they can not fix it. Maybe some miscommunication happened. I am sure the problem is still here. Anyone knows anybody who could fix it?
