My 1st time coming here to get my nails done and they look horrible and they charged me $45.00Very unhappy with the finished product. There are air bubbles in the polish and the my nails are in even. 1st time there and it will be my last. Kevin over booked the shop and I had to wait 30 minutes past my appointment time and then he has a lady that normally does pedicures do my manicure. Not happy at all and no clue how to get this gel polish off my nails. I need a better nail salon in orange.

When I first arrived back to live in LA they were the first ones I went to and they were horrible. Customer service is whack. My nails only lasted about 3 to 4 days. Then there was a situation where a woman was in distress and she tried to enter to ask for assistance and they literally shoved her out of the store and closed the door on her instead of helping. Yes it was a black woman. Overpriced poor work. Never again.

This place is expensive, but there are 2 technicians that make it well worth the cost. Just remember the 2 Ts: Thomas and Titus Both men are very detail oriented in the work they do. Titus is very nice man, loves to laugh and joke. As I watch Titus file or paint my nails, he is gentle, yet he has a very steady hand. The coats of paint are never too thick or thin, never uneven. Thomas is quiet soul, but very kind. You can see how much he takes pride in his work with how meticulous he is in just a simple callous treatment. He doesnt just scrub the bottom of your feet a few times and call it quits, but he really scrubs your feet and also pays attention to the areas that need it the most. He applies this even when dipping your feet in paraffin wax. He makes sure the wax is coated evenly around your foot. Both men give great massages. They both apply a good pressure that makes the tension melt away! Great customer service from these 2 guys! They are a reason to try the Polish Bar

I always have a good experience here.. Appointments and they are close to on time... seems very clean... Great service on nails. Prices is right for the service you get... and happy that they do re-use their stuff... its sterile/safe. So closer to my work and they have parking free... love this place a lot.. will bring my coworkers come over to check it next time !!!!

It was my first time going to this place and i loved it, friendly staff, tons of colors to choose from. I had an idea of how I wanted to get them done and by the time I got there and saw the colors I just couldnt decide anymore. I got a lot of compliments on my nails. Im definitely going back there.

Very cute decor and I have gotten good service. Im close to a 5 star review on this place. When they do a manicure they dont cut the heck out of your skin, which is hard to find.

Nails are done nicely. Ive gone a number of times to have dip done and gel done and even though they look nice, they chipped within 2-3 days. The dip chipped in 2 days! Looking for a new nail salon because even though the end product looks great, they are clearly not done properly technique wise.

Best full set Ive ever received! My nail artist was so incredible and delivered exactly what I asked for with the perfect fit for my slender fingers. I got rhinestones added at his suggestion, and I couldnt be more pleased with how it came out. Im definitely coming back soon!

Have been looking for a good nail place near me and this is the 3rd one and I think I finally got a good one. Was very happy with how my nails came out!

Got my nails done on a weekday and it was packed! Good thing I had an appointment. Id suggest coming a bit earlier than your appointment though just to be sure. I had Nancy for my hard gel manicure and she was great. She made sure I was happy with how my nails turned out and she was easy to talk to.

Great job when I was in town in May and had a dip manicure done. Came back in December for another dip and 5 nails fully lifted after 6 days and one of my daughters acrylics fell off. Will skip this place next time Im in town.

Came here for a manicure and pedicure with my mom and had Lynda and Loan do my nails and pedicure. It was the best pedicure and manicure I ever had. I will definitely come back. I highly recommend this place.

Visited today because the girl my wife likes at Vogue Nails quit.The massage chairs are really nice, they have the calf massagers. They have a complimentary drink menu, which has both alcoholic and non-alcoholic selections.I had a pedicure today and it was very enjoyable.

It is a decent place but soooo overpriced. I got an acrylic fill and it was $20 more than it was listed on the menu. They told me AFTER I did my nails that the nail polish I chose was an extra $15. Three days later, two of my acrylics had broken off. The pedicure felt nice but they didnt even scrub anything off my feet, and it was around $45. The only reason I didnt give one star is because the atmosphere is nice.

Cindy & Kevin are great owners... Cindy can do any literally ANY DESIGN & does an excellent job shaping & making sure nails stay on without lifting 2-3wks... There are so many colors, choices & high quality products are used.

They do a great job but no jetted foot baths take away from the experience and their prices are super inflated in comparison to others.

Nice free drinks, competent people and prices are good. I just feel that I am putting my feet in a mop bucket that rolls. Hard on the back to keep it close to you

I went in to get a gel manicure and they made my nails very thin making my nail break within 4 days. Not only that they are way to expensive and crowded, instead of focusing making you store look pretty by spending money on fancy decorations spend it on better nail products and nail technicians

Very disappointed😔 nails are super thin ans they overcharged us and screwed up my daughters bank account over 300 dollars. All bad and ridiculous prices and none of our nails look like any of these pictures

I got my nails done yesterday with Gel polish and they chipped 2 hours later and then this morning all of the polish on my thumb FELL off! When I was there they rushed painting my nails and didnt file or paint them evenly. Im probably never going back.
