This is my first time at this nail salon. The staff was very professional and super nice. I really enjoyed to interaction with the nail techs and it made me feel like I belong there. This is definitely my new spot for nails. Everything is super clean and they sanitize the tools which is super important to me.

I went here to get my nails done for my birthday yesterday and the customer service and quality of my nails was pretty decent. Not the best by far but certainly not near the worst, the staff were nice and helpful though their prices are a little expensive. I feel like you can get cheaper, better quality service at Top Nails.

Ive been to this place since they open. The people and everyone here are very nice. I normally dont write reviews but i hates when people are bad mouth about other people businesses because they didnt get what they want.I am preferring to 1 star rating reviews because i was there across from these people when they demand for services and the owner clearly told them that they have an appointment so they cant do their nails. But they did accommodated them with free drinks.You cant go to any place and expect to get services done right away unless you made an appointment then youll be their priority.I find this is cleanest nail place in this area. Love the environment, quiet and relaxing.For the quality and price of this place i would recommend anyone this place.In a business industries you cant always satisfy every customer just because theyre being a B****, again it depends on what youre looking for.I am completely satisfy with the services and the amazing work on my nails.

I absolutely loved my manicure and pedicure services! The best part is the chocolate wax. For the first time in my life I can say I didn’t have any type of reaction on my sensitive skin and I actually look forward to getting my services done again. Very cute location and there wasn’t a long wait. I’ll definitely be there again!

I m one that normally doesnt change her routine when it comes to nails. Ive used the same person and place for nearly 8 years now. I happened upon the Luxe Nail Bar one day after work because it was closer to where I was headed. Its extremely nice, very clean and modern. Prices are a TAD more but not by much. Id rather pay a little more for a nice enjoyable place to go sit and relax, as it should be....The service is great and I normally have an issue with my nails staying on because my nail beds are so short but I have not had one issue with them lifting. I can go a good two weeks with them on!

I went on my lunch break to get a regular acrylic fill and the cheapest pedicure I asked if they could do both on my 1 hour lunch break they said yes. IT WAS $58!My pedicure lady didnt even ask how I wanted my toes done I did have 2 colors one for accent. The girl started doing my nails so I couldnt see my toes she painted them wrong and barely put lotion on. NO massage what so ever i wasnt allowed to have the chair on they were all Rude. I literally cried on my way back to work. My nails were still wet and messed up im so dissatisfied and disappointed 😔

This place charges $50 to for ombre nails okay cool. Then they charge 5 dollars for tip add on and then 5 more for coffee shape. What a RIP off. Tip add on and shape should already be included in that $50. Never again will I ever refer this place to anyone. I went to v nails got ombre nails my toes with the 2 choices and my eyebrows done for $80. The nail bar is a RIP off

Bad services. owner is not professional . Yes they will give you a free drink but I got a $68 pedi . I can go to Top Nails get what I ask for from Staletto to coffin nails even boring short whit tip and a free drink for way cheaper and nicer. We where there at 12pm and where told about the appointment at 2:15pm we even told her we would wait for after her appointment she still said come back. Im sorry you only have 1 time to make a good 1st impression and you 5 stars can say what you want but this shop is only good for basic nails and service . If you want more than just basic go to Top Nails. Also the owner said they are higher priced than other shops. I wasnt asking for free nothing I have money to pay for my nails. that comment was not needed.

I l😍ve this place! Steven and Kym always take care of all their clients. They have the biggest ❤ and will bend over backwards to help make your nails perfect. Sooo clean and new. Soo many new colors to choose from. Shellac, dip, powder... they are your go to place in 🍊, TX. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

My face was ruined from the wax and tons of hair was missed ... When I went back to explain, they were so rude to me. And told me I had no proof. But when I told them I have pictures AND THE WAY MY FACE LOOKS NOW they talked to me .... Tried to say that they get tired sometimes and dont do their best work.... are you kidding me !? I have been getting waxed for years and NEVER has this problem. They started talking in a language I couldnt understand un a closed room in front of me .... what poor consumer service. Then BLAMMED ME . Told me it was my fault or my skins reaction and so fourth . I asked for my money back because I SPENT 130 in there that day .... and she refused but gave me a 30 dollar gift card ... which u will never use because I will never let them touch me. Its beautiful inside but looks can be decieving. But I promise you do not want your face to look like this . And you dont want to be treated that way ... I mean after all what if they are too tired ?

Awful! Customer service is horrible the way they do nails is horrible! Save yourself some money and go next to Sally’s. They had to fix my nails and my daughter nails right after we left this place. Do NOT waste your time or your money.
