Be prepared to never hear from them. I had applied for an apartment. Submitted every paper and fees. The apartment info didnt match the description. Try contacting them many times and never heard anything only when they wanted the fees thats when they did reply. If I didnt hear from them in 10 days most likely I was denied. Great way to legally steal money.

Ace Property Management managed my rental property in the Irvine area over the last 7 years when I took a job transfer to the Midwest. They did a great job. They kept the place rented at going rents. I never had to handle a complaint and the HOA never reported a problem with any of the tenants. I recently sold the property and Ace worked closely with my realtor to get that job done. Aces monthly reports made my CPAs job easy too.

Horrible management they really screwed me over in my down deposit claiming stuff was damaged which is not true I have pictures of when I Moved out, the house was left in great condition. Very unprofessional.

I changed my review because I realized these people are unfortunately victims of people using a similar name to scam people. Theyre actually pretty friendly people and its really unfortunate that someone did that to them

A scam. They take your $35 application fee and thats it. Google them with the word scam and see multiple individuals state the same thing. BEWARE. Report them to authorities.
