There was a problem with my car. I came here at 8:20 and a nice lady helped me adjust my car at 8:35. Everyone here is very friendly, and it is an honest and trustworthy place. I like it very much πΈπ (but I told me at the other service office that the inspection cost 190 dollars, and I need to leave the car there. It was only because of the distance from me Far away, sometimes itβs good to be lazy.)
Abel in sales was great. He took the time to show me the car by video before I drive to the store. He was professional, polite and knowledgeable. There were a couple things to do to car before pickup and they were completed as described and on time. Thanks!

Just a bit of back story took my Lexus on a road trip with family of 5 from Delaware to California. We almost made it there went our car broke down in Arizona. Our car was towed to LV. Was told the fuel pumped install was defected. Got it fix and then went on our way again. Car had the same yellow light AWD malfunction again two hour on our way to Cali. We panicked again but luckily made it to Crown Lexus.Upon arrival we met Helen and explained situation and was given a loaner car without asking( the other dealership didnt give me one and explain it due to limited vehicle). She showed us so much compassion and took the time to get everything inspect carefully knowing that we have a long way back. Anyway after another 3,000 miles we are safely back home . Thank you so much Helen it was a memorable family trip for us and we wouldnt have done it without your help!!!

Went in to Crown Lexus to take advantage of the Lease Special they have advertised on their website, however when we got there, we were told that they dont have to honor any deals or prices on their website or giant freeway billboard because of their low inventory. WHAT????We got a very weird/sketchy vibe from the sales guy and we are loyal Lexus customers. Wont ever come to this dealer again.. well stick to Riveraide Lexus.

Although the service facility is under renovation and the lounge is less than appealing, the level of professionalism from the service consultant and the satisfaction of the services performed on my car, more than compensated for the lack of amenities in the lounge, a feature I appreciate at a Lexus dealership.I want to give particular kudos to my service consultant, Ali, who was welcoming, engaging, and personable. The purpose of my review is to have it be read by a manager or supervisor.My husband and I worked with Ray to purchase a pre-owned vehicle. My experience with Ray was excellent, he was friendly and helpful. However, Susy at the finance office was extremely rude and unprofessional. We had to amend our purchase contract when reviewing. This was an inconvenience to her that she rolled her eyes and immediately called the sales rep. I sat there awkwardly in disbelief. She continued to fiercely type away and turned the monitor screens to show us the updated document. As she asked my husband to sign away I asked to see and read what he was signing, when a document he had signed did not have the proper box checked off she grabbed the form and reprinted a new one with the box marked off. Not once did she say β let me revise that document β β I am sorry, let me fix thatβ NOTHING! Just had my husband sign the new document. Once we were done she handed us the document is a small envelope. No, βcongratulations, thank you β or even a βgoodbyeβ she gave us a sticker and said to βgive it to Ray and heβll know what to do nextβ. If he hadnβt driven 3 hours for the vehicle we wouldβve left.Purchasing a vehicle should be a fun and exiting experience. Susy made my experience at Lexus in Ontario, CA horrible. I hope the management team can help Susy with her customer service and people skills.

Dont go to the service! I got a service at 15k and then the brake and tire need a replacement in 18k and in three months. Just as far away as you could. I will give no star but one star is needed to post.

We came to Crown Lexus, they didnt have what we were looking for but Oscar was on a mission to help us get what we wanted. Oscar kept in contact with us and kept us updated till he found the perfect car. Oscar was so helpful and made the process so smooth. We are extremely happy with the service.
One positive thing from COVID is how the car market does test drives now. βBe back in 15 minutesβ, is what my salesman says to me, as I go test drive the 2021 Lexus RC F. Overall the dealership was easy to work with. Customer service was what I expected, pleasant. I would recommend Crown Lexus, as they actually called me back and worked with me, unlike many other dealerships. I appreciate that.

Just had the most horrible experience with the sales department. I leased a vehicle and wanted to buy it out. I was told that crown Lexus charges $995 to do the paperwork to do the lease buy out. Other Lexus dealers dont do this. At least other places I called in the other cities. Jim Martin was the sales rep and Eugene was the manager I talked to. The manager said its the dealer discretion to charge or not charge. I have been crown Lexus client for over 10 years now. They felt like a sleezy used car lot, not the high end caring dealership I have gotten used to. $40 payment difference per month from this dealership comparing to other Lexus. Imagine if they are willing to do this on a lease return, imagine what they will be doing when you buy a new car... Absolutely ridiculous.
Our service rider was Faustino Ruiz was courteous and understanding. He was able to get our car in for service we were in and out a had the car washed in a short time. I appreciate the customer care and all done in a timely manner.
I recently took my Lexus !S 250 into Crown Lexus for a recall on an airbag. They were amazing! I dropped off my car at 8 am. I received service from Crown Lexus a year ago on my car and my car was running great.The exact same problem occurred exactly one year later and I tried to get an appointment for a diagnostic and see if I had warranty on the part considering it was exactly one year ago.Ruth was very rude and told me they couldnβt service my car. I explained the service received a year ago and she abruptly transferred me to a voicemail. I left a voicemail and never received a call back.I called a couple days later and pretty much the same thing.I have left three messages with one of the managerβs, Emilio, to call back and no return call in three weeks.I am truly disappointed in that level of customer service and will tell everyone to stay away from this particular Crown Lexus dealership.In addition I will be looking into legal advice as to what the next move will be because my car needs to be serviced.

The process was quicker than I can ever remember. Everyone was courteous and helpful but I have to give special recognition to my salesperson, Oscar Parnass. I went in knowing what I wanted, I spoke with Oscar by phone first. When I got there, he was prompt and available and most importantly he didnβt try to talk me into something else and I didnβt get the normal fake friendly vibe from him. He seemed genuine and if he was faking it, fine but heβs a good actor if he was. I canβt talk about service yet but if itβs anything like the sales experience, Crown Lexus is ok by me.

Worst experience ever!!!!!! They dont listen to you on what you want they just lead you with false hope! The communication was horrible between everyone there. They just did things what thought was best for you not what you wanted .. They tell you things that are not true just waste your time... The only person that was able to tell me truth after 4 days going back n fourth was Camie Perez thank you so much for helping me at the end. The only person I recommend if deciding purchasing a new car from Crown Lexus is speaking with Camie Perez only person that was capable to tell u up front anything about buying a car.. Would never recommend any of my friends or relatives here horrible!!!

BUYER BEWARE!! Mileage rollback with proof! I found my car in the crown Lexus website as a 2018 is 350 with 33000 miles. To my surprise I was able to inquire and manage the whole deal Without speaking to one single person on the phone. This deal was all done via text message. After everything was said and done they dropped the car off to me and signed my paperwork during drop off. Everything seemed to be fine until I went to sign up for The Enform remote. There it gives you the option to see maintenance records. I clicked that option and my mouth dropped because there were 4 records that indicated the car had 66000 miles on it. I immediately contacted them only to realize this wasnβt there first rodeo. No one seemed surprised by the records I found. Nor did they offer me a resolution given I felt cheated out of 44000 dollars. The blue book on a Car with that mileage is 10000 dollars less then what I payed for this vehicle. I have reached out to Sonic automotive and the general manager via email still with no response. Also I have yet to receive my paper work for the car I was supposed to receive. Iβve now called twice with still no documents received. Iβve now hired a lawyer to teach them that they canβt be lying to customers and the fact that they are showing they donβt care About my concerns Iβm going to the legal system. Maybe theyβll wake up then. So I say it again. Buyer beware!!
Called twice spoke with receptionist twice call was answered first time phone sat down while he continue to help lady in front of him and once he was done hung up phone without saying anything what type of service is this when your to busy to talk to a customer you put the phone down on and then when trying call back call kept being bounced back to receptionist really Crown Lexus wow but quick to ensure you buy from them poor customer service in the service department
I took my car in for service on Saturday. I scheduled an appointment on Monday and requested a courtesy vehicle. When I arrived to my appointment I waited half an hour just be helped. After that I was told no courtesy vehicles would be available and they had to go through enterprise. I did not have time for this that is why I scheduled an appointment in advance. I would have appreciated a call letting me know they were not going to have courtesy vehicles available prior to my waisted visit. We have two Lexusβs and have always been happy with the service but not anymore. I called the service manager after I left the dealer and all he did was apologize for the inconvenience.
Terrible! We purchased 2 Lexus cars in less than 2 week apart a month ago. Iβve called them numerous times regarding our contact. Thereβs never anyone who can take the call. They donβt call back. Whatβs up with that? We bought TWO cars and now they act like we donβt even matter. I really regret not buying our cars from dealership who cares.
This dealership does not honor advertised pricing. Went in last night to take advantage of the lease special and they claimed they arent honoring advertised pricing due to the car shortage. According to California Vehicle Code section 11713.1(e), that is illegal and the dealer can be sued. But theyre banking on customers not knowing that.Not to mention this whole car shortage excuse is laughable. Theres no shortage due to demand. Demand is still lacking at best and the shortage is caused by a lack of semiconductors. Sad to see the scam artist ways of car dealers hasnt changed since their inception.

Despite my interest and shopping around at other dealers, Michelle was the only one that reached out to me on numerous occasions to see if I was still interested in buying a Lexus. Because she cared and took the time to listen to I and my wifeβs interests when it came to the ES 350, I chose her to help us with our transaction. Michelle even allowed us to complete a large portion of our finance the day before so we wouldnβt have to spend so much time waiting to take the car home the next day. I should have read the review about their service dept. before taking my car in for service. I took the car in for service and purchased tires as well. Not even a week and Im having issues with one of my tires. I called 4 days straight and NEVER received a call back. I tried calling the service advisor also but he ignored my call too. I have taken my other LEXUS to LEXUS OF RIVERSIDE but my husband decided he would give them a try since the car was pre-owned and it was serviced there before. Our WORST MISTAKE was to think that their service was up to par with LEXUS OF RIVERSIDE. I cant even get a call back! The receptionists are of no help either. So now Im taking my car with the tire they sold to me to LEXUS OF RIVERSIDE, where I should have gone in the first place. I will have them inspect the tire for any defects or improper installation and have them installed a new one. PLEASE DO NOT HAVE THE AUDACITY AND RESPOND TO MY REVIEW BY TELLING ME TO CALL YOU! When you never called me back in the first place!UPDATE* I just left LEXUS OF RIVERSIDE and they are the epitome of exceptional service! They inquired if I had called Crown Lexus. I told them I tried to reach them for several days but they ignored all my calls. They went ahead and honored the warranty of my tire, since they saw I just purchased the tire! I will never go elsewhere again!

The rep, Toni Ruiz, took very good care of me. I brought my car in for a basic routine service and he realized that it was time for a big inspection with my car at 125,000 miles. This included spark plugs, brakes, oil change, tire rotation and more. We did what was needed immediately. He put me in a rental and had my car completed within a reasonable amount of time and the price was something that I was able to afford. My experience was wonderful. We laughed and and shared similar life experiences and that made a difference with me.

I was considering a couple different types of cars and they let me take the car home overnight to test it out. That sealed the deal. I would recommend them if youre are looking for a new car.

He took my information down called me back very quickly within 10 mins, letβs me know Iβm approved on my terms. Went down to the dealership waited about 2-2 1/2 hours for all paperwork to be finished. Got a great deal on my van that was very well taken care of by previous owner.
Had one of the lowest no haggle price (Sonic) on a used car I bought recently. No pressure sales and the internet manager was so nice and helpful. They have plenty of snacks and refreshment for your wait.The process was about 1hr test drive, then 30min to discuss the car, then another 30 min to fill out paperwork. Waiting for finance took another hour to hour and a half. We were offered a 3 years extended warranty on the used car which we declined. Finally we got the keys and talked about final things for the last half hour. It took roughly 4 hours to purchase. It might have taken a half hour less if the internet manager wasnt helping out another customer (no fault of her own).I would have given 5 stars but because it took 4 hrs I knocked off a star.

The Sales representative picked me up at my house, and allowed me to drive the vehicle back to the dealership for a REAL test drive. All 50 miles!! Very pleased with my car, and the customer service. The Finance manager... not so much... Definitely identified some opportunities for improvement in that area, and I had evidence of a pre approval with my credit union. Very awkward situation with the Finance department. Took me 2 hours longer than required to get me on the road back home in my car. Used car sales manager was nice and applied a generous concession to secure the deal.
I love my Lexus. I have never had any issues in the last five years, the check engine light finally went off and thought this was it, get my checkbook. Was warmly greeted by Helen in service she assured me it would be fine and it was as the issue was covered under warranty. The service was amazing, dropped my car off while I ran errands and was called a few hours later to pick up. Perfect for a Saturday!
We went to 2 dealerships in one day with Westbrook Hyundai being the first and Crown Lexus being the second. The difference was like night and day with Crown Lexus winning all around. No pressure, no switch baiting, and no increasing the APR from what we were quoted. Crown was much more honest and pleasant to work with.Never going back to Westbrook again as they basically blocked the doors from letting us leave with getting us to sign a deal. Avoid places like Westbrook at all costs!Our new place to buy cars, new and used, is Crown Lexus and our new favorite sales consultant, Michelle! I had the worst experience I have ever had at Lexus. I have had 4 Lexus and have been serviced in Valencia. I bought a preowned certified Lexus at Crown Lexus in Ontario CA. They were awesome when I was buying the car. They said it is certified and that they went through everything on the car. The next day I had issues with my brakes and rotors. They are close to 2 hours away from where I live. I took it to Valencia where I normally have my cars serviced. They said I really need to take it back to where I bought it. So I drove 2 hours and they turned the rotors and said everything was fine. A little over 2 months later I had the same problems with the rotors. I drove another 2 hours to take it back. They said there were no problems and sent me on my way. I bought this at Lexus, not Hyundai. I was treated horribly because they did nothing. They should have replaced the rotors because they have not been right since I purchased the car. Horrible service. If you are purchasing a Lexus, do not expect customer service after the sale!
I made an appointment a few days in advance for an oil change. I was told it would be over 2 hour wait even with an appointment. I donβt live close. The nearest Lexus dealer to me is over 20 min away. I had to take an Uber home and back to pick up my car. Cost me a total of $50. I did not want to wait over 2 hours in a crowded lobby especially during a pandemic. You should honor appointment times and consciously schedule people so itβs not over crowded and we donβt wait 2+ hours.

Been taking my Lexus here for servicing for several years. They always do a great job, but the real reason I keep coming back is my service advisor, Tony Hang. He is awesome. Very professional and knowledgeable. I wouldnβt say I look forward to bringing my car in for service, but I do very much value the fact that I know I can trust Tony and he will make the experience as positive as it can be.
