I have nothing but good things to say about Pat Mohatt & Associated Siding and Remodeling. My house was damaged in the June-2017 hailstorm and needed a lot of work. I got the roof fixed, but was having trouble finding someone to help with everything else that needed repair. I read through many reviews and ended up calling Pat because of how happy his customers sounded. I made a good choice! He was calm, helpful and endlessly patient throughout the whole process. He showed up when he said he would, did what he said he’d do, told me to relax and let him take care of things and he did just that. He helped me through some insurance issues and was able to get my siding upgraded to a better quality. My house looks so good. The siding was installed well and looks great, but my favorite thing is the new Revere windows. I went outside the box with my choice to have three double hung windows together instead of the traditional larger paned front window and couldn’t be happier. I would recommend Pat for top-notch quality products and work; the fact that he’s honest and easy-to-work-with is a bonus!

Pat did an amazing job working with my insurance and I to get my siding, roofing and skylight fixed. He took the time to explain an issues along the way and made sure that all the work done on the house was brought up to code. All of the work turned out great!! Wow.... a phone call inquiring about cedar trim painting turned into a call that built a friendship. Pat listened and asked questions... he was truly interested in what I NEEDED and gave me the name a number of a painter that could help me. This did not turn out to business for him, but he 100% wanted to help me find what I needed. In this day and age where REAL customer service is so hard to find, it was very refreshing to talk with Pat.

Pat came out the same day that I called him (Saturday) and took a look at the damage a storm had caused. He wasnt​ able to help me due to the type of siding I had on my house but he recommended some companies that may be able to help. Pat was very polite and helpful, I wish that I could have done business with him.

I went with associated siding this summer for hail damage from June. I know a lot of people were hit and things were pretty busy for the contractors. Pat was very down to earth and easy going, but when the insurance company lowballed me, he was able to talk to the adjusters for me in words that they could understand. My house looks great. The insurance company also made a big error in my favour. Only it could have ended very badly for me if he had not caught their mistake. His workers were respectful and neat and new what they were doing. Very Happy

We had extensive hail damage on our Blair home and Pat Mohatt with his knowledge and experience was able to help us with our insurance claim to make sure we were getting a quality product and that nothing was overlooked. We are very happy with the finished product of seamless vinyl siding, window coverings, new roof and gutters. I went to visit my childhood best friend today at her parents home while she was in town. The house happens to be Pats house, he is the owner of Associated Siding and Remodeling. I am very impressed with changes he has made to their house. I remember spending many nights there as a little girl and it was almost un-recognizable with all the amazing changes. The house is now completely updated with rounded corners in the walls, an open air kitchen, and really nice contertops. I was also impressed with all the new doors and wood trim. I recommend this company to anyone I know. You will never find a better contractor who is so devoted to his customers!

You can’t go wrong by choosing Associated Siding and Remodeling. We met with Pat and he took the time to show us houses he had done before and point out the pros and cons of the different types of siding that they put on. We talked to other outfits and although some were good at presentation I did not get the same feel as I did with Pat.We ended up going with Revere steel siding and we chose the Cedarwood finish in Aspen grey. We also ended up putting some Versetta ledgestone on the front of the house which really added to the beauty. Mike and Tim did a wonderful job of installation. Even though we had this done in one of the worst winters in many years, they completed the job in the harsh weather conditions. Mike added special touches that we weren’t even expecting and the whole thing turned out great. Once more, they were very good about picking up after each visit and were especially good to clean up in back where our little dog eats everything. My wife and I were very pleased and would recommend these guys to anyone.Tom and Barb Porter

We needed new roof siding, windows, and Doors on our Omaha Home So we called Pat at Associated Siding and Remodeling Pats crew Did a Super Great Job on our Millard Home. We Will Call them Again if we need more work on our home. I highly recommend Pats Company if you need any work done on your home

Associated Siding and Remodeling did a excellent job on our roof, which had deteriorating shingles. I had them shingle it with Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration Shingles, which look so much better than the old ones. They checked my roof, took care to use a special paint on the chimney to prevent leaks and replaced the skylights with new glass. Work was done very quickly and the crew did a great job of cleaning up afterwards.Update - 6/28/2017 The new roof from Associated Sidling and Remodeling survived the big storm great, with only one tile slightly loose. Owen Corning SureNail technology did its job. Pat sent one of his guys to check our roof after the storm and not only did Carlos (who is very conscientious) fix the one tile, he repaired our old siding on the chimney that had started to come off, taking the pieces down and nailing them back up properly. Glad I got the new roof up before the storm, if I ever decide to replace the old siding, I will be sure to call this company first.
