Renewal was awesome! Got a great deal on great quality windows! Ando walked me through everything step by step on our first visit and I was not let down in the least. Installers did a great job getting the windows set and sealed they were in and out within just a few hours. I do contract work myself, and I am currently finishing my basement, with that said I am usually very picky about how certain things look and are done. The Renewal team blew me away. Clean install, great sales rep and I have had the windows in less than a day and can already feel and see a huge difference!! Thank you so much guys! The salesman, Seth, was incredibly polite and honest. We were interested in french doors for an interior location. Seth explained how the products he sold were for exterior purposes and would be priced higher than necessary. We truly appreciated that kind of honesty, and are now considering a replacement for the front door of the house from Andersen.

I am using this business but the service - replacing windows and doors - is under contract but not yet worked. What I like about the business is what was presented as the expectation when the work is completed. I can finish this review after the installation.

Ryan did a great job helping us finish replacing our windows. They have been so energy efficient and helped us lower our bills. During the last winter when we had temps below -20, with no electricity, our temp in the house only dropped 10 degrees. This is our second time working with Andersen and have been pleased both times!

We had an appointment to discuss replacement of our sliding door and repair or replacement of two windows at our home. Andy was excellent. On March 16th I submitted a request theater website to have someone come out and give me an estimate on all of my windows. Over a week later still no call back. This is not my first experience with Renewal by Andersen. Two years ago someone came out to give me an estimate on one window. I never got the estimate. However they would call me periodically to ask me how the project was going. I told them on numerous occasions that I never received an estimate in there is no project currently. They always said they would get that fixed right away. Never happened. Finally I said stop calling me you guys obviously cant get this figured out. I was willing to give them a second chance but apparently they have been figured out how to do business.

Andolino came to our home and gave us a presentation of products and an estimate. He Answer all of our questions. He was very professional and friendly at the same time.We haven’t made a complete decision yet about our purchase.

Andy was extremely helpful with listening to my needs and discussing options regarding replacing the windows and patio door at my home. He was very thorough in explaining the different types of window construction and styles in the industry. I was not ready to make a purchase when Andy was at my home. He respected my decision and did not try to pressure me into a sale. His professionalism and courteouness goes a long way with me. When I am ready to move forward with replacing the windows, or if anyone asks me for a referral, Andy will be at the top of my list.

I called Monday for an in home consultation to replace windows and was put on their schedule for that Thursday at 1:00. 1:00 came and went, I gave them till 2:00. Still nothing, no call, no show. I called in and it took the guy answering phones over 10 minutes to figure out that I was not on their schedule! I finally asked to speak to a supervisor. What a joke! He also told me the obvious, that I was never put on their schedule and said “are you sure you didn’t call Anderson windows?” Seriously? I know who I called! Maybe I should of just called Anderson windows, I bet they would of showed up!

Hugo was a great source of information regarding window replacement and the products that RA provides. He was polite, professional, and responsive to questions and requests. We have not made a decision on windows yet but the meeting with Hugo was extremely helpful.

The rep was on time, attentive, knowledgeable and eager. As he represents a high quality product it was regrettably above what we could budget for the project but that is no reflection on them. The representative who came to our house made us certain that their service would be top notch.

Although I wont be purchasing an Anderson window at this time due to only needing one window replaced, I will definitely look to them in the future.

These guys do great work. Everyone was very helpful, from the salesman to the contractors. I felt very informed about their products. Anytime I had a question I was able to text or call our salesman. The only thing I didnt like was the miscommunication on whether or not we were doing a full installation or window inserts. Overall we had a great experience.

5 stars for the window! It looks great, and the installers were personable and professional.1 star for the payment process. The installers couldnt take a card (Ive seen family businesses that have card readers with their tablets, so theres really no excuse for that not to be a thing). Because of this, we had to call into the office to pay, the person responsible for taking payments was out so we gave our number to them to call us back. They didnt. We called again today and assumed we were talking to payment... After giving our credit card info, the woman said she had written it down to send to corporate. So some random woman in an office now has the means to make fraudulent cards, all because they cant provide their installers with card readers, or set up an online payment option. The Jimmy Johns I worked at had better financial security for its customers.

Product looks to be excellent quality and salesman was well read in his product. He was able to answer all questions I had and more. The problem is that these windows are incredibly expensive. I was not made aware that they only offer composite material which is the most durable and effective material to use, but way too expensive. A regular homeowner, like me, cant afford this. They do not offer vinyl or wood options in order to fit a more modest budget.

Our Window & Door Specialist Ando Lopez made our experience stress free and he explained everything from the minute we met him all the way through the project.
