I was in need of all new windows and 2 doors in my log home. A coworker used discount windows and after hearing how impressed he was with the quality, price, and service I called John and setup a meeting. After seeing the quality of his windows and having their installers pre-measure everything so there were no surprises, I was sold. The installers are very good at what they do, I was surprised at the quality and speed of work. I am ordering another sliding glass door because I really love how they look and perform in my home. Since my home is a log cabin he even helped me decide on a tan color to break up some of the wood interior, I love the look. The exterior I got bronzed and it boosted my curb appeal immediately! I am going to use them again for another door and would highly recommend. I got the triple pane and it reduced highway noise a lot!

Where shall I begin. Last year I decided that I wanted new windows. I went online and googled window installers. I had read countless of reviews on window companies and even had Renewal By Anderson come out and give me a bid (way to expensive). So I came upon Discount Windows and Doors. I read every review on google and we pleased with what I read. I will choose a company off what others report. I started this whole process in July, 2020. I was refinancing my home and due to Covid it took awhile so I was not actually able to put my order in for the windows till October. I was originally told that they would be in right around Thanksgiving, but due to Covid it was extended and my windows did not come in till December. I got them installed in January. Besides the waiting game that took a long time the windows came out great. I can definitely tell the difference in the warmth of my home. The windows are of great quality. I got the double pain Argon windows. The installers were very professional, polite and on time. They cleaned up nicely behind themselves after each installation. I got a total of 9 windows installed. I HIGHLY recommend Jon and his company. I even ordered my patio door from him to be installed in the spring. Thanks Jon for a job well done.

Great experience. Jon was extremely knowledgeable about the assembly process of the windows. Triple pane glass was definitely a plus being down the street from a fire station. It reduced a lot of sound from street and city noise. It seems to have cut the need for the air conditioner to run as often. The companys Install crew is knowledgeable, careful and courteous. Going with a different type of window also improved and updated the exterior. A true five-star company.

A huge difference and the front of the house looks a lot better as well. Thank you John and the installers!We recieved several bids from window companies. Dicount Window and Door was by far the most knowledgable and understanding of our needs and wants. We decided to put off getting windows till the spring and focus on a different project at this time but will be getting a hold of them when we are ready. When explaining our decision to the salesman he understood and wasnt pushy and offered to help how ever possible.

Discount Windows did a great job this spring replacing all of our windows plus two patio doors. They did the entire job in one day, left no mess behind, and polished the windows. When we had an issue recently with a patio door that had been removed during our kitchen remodel and then didn’t slide smoothly, they promptly sent out a repairman. He had to fix two or three things that our kitchen contractor had damaged on the door, and he was meticulous and thorough. The door works great now!I would definitely recommend this company. No they had one that fit, sold out to me for what I could afford.These Windows are much better quality than I seen on others homes as well.Recommend this company good sure.

These windows are like their customer service, top notch. The installer was prompt, and curteous. Cleaned up after himself(which is rare). Enjoying a nice warm house that during the winter used to be very cold.
