The team at All Hands Waterproofing were amazing. Working with Mimi and Dillon was very easy. They were very thorough and educated us on what exactly was going to be done. When it came time to do the work, they treated our house like it was their own. They did a tremendous job in minimizing the amount of dust in the work zone creating multiple barriers to trap any dust created. When the job was completed they left our basement cleaner than what they were presented with. I highly highly recommend All Hands Waterproofing. You will not be disappointed. Great group, had issues with a crew not showing up by the owner stepped up and brought some new guys with him. Got through the concrete and installed a sump pump to manage water in our storage crawlspace. Great work and super nice folks.

When your basement is flooding you definitely panic so I was grateful they’re open 7 days a week and picked up the phone on the weekends! Max the owner is extremely knowledgeable and obviously an expert in his field. They came out and pinpointed the issue immediately that plumbers and other contractors missed. Their bid was well below the two other big businesses! I found out they also provide radon services, so when it was time to sell my house I had them come out to do the testing! I’ve had nothing but excellent customer service from everyone on their team from the first call to the bidding process to the guys coming out to waterproof my home!

Called All Hands to schedule an appointment for quote over a week ago. The person who answered asked me for my desired date & time, which I told her. She then said that she would check the schedule and call me back to confirm. She never called back so I assumed they just blew me off. But then they just showed up today, ready to “inspect” my basement.Against my better judgement, I showed them the basement and the quote to fix it was in the thousands. I later called to get a second quote from a different company.... the problem was nothing more than a clogged drain. Problem went from $4k to $100.

This Company is absolutely amazing. They are knowledgeable, professional and their work ethic istruly unsurpassed during these times when Contractors/sub contractors rarely even show up whenthey say they will. They not only warrant their work, they actually follow up on it. Basement water problems can be a horrible, repetitive nightmare, but working with these guys is the best you can do to get through it and get results.

All Hands water proofed roughly 25 feet of our basement and new window wells in January. Water was pooling in the corner of our basement on the floor and on the wall. We can report that we have had zero water in the basement over that time, including after almost 8 inches of rain over three days. The pros are definitely the price and the customer service. When I first found a large pool of water in the basement, these Max was the first person to get to our house as all other companies wanted to wait a couple of weeks. Max also didnt try to sell us more than we needed. He came in, showed me the issues, gave me a quote and left. The other companies wanted to sit down and sell me a total basement water proofing package. On the negative side, the finishing work (concrete over the drain and caulk on the sump pump) could have been better. However, for the price, these are all things I can live with. Again, highly recommend All Hands!
