I used Carps to replace my roof after a hail storm in 2015. Their quote was roughly the same as the shady fly-by-night companies that appear after a big hail storm, however, I was comforted knowing that they have been a local business for decades. They were friendly and transparent through the whole process, explaining things as we went since I had no experience having a roof replaced. The huge work crew arrived early on Halloween day and made sure to be finished and cleaned up by 5pm before trick-or-treaters started appearing. The crew manager checked in with me a couple of times during the day, and another employee returned the following week to review the work and confirm that it met my satisfaction. I ended up choosing to upgrade to covered gutters, and was still pleased with the total out-of pocket cost considering the work that was done. I would recommend Carps to anyone!

Had house completely resided with James Hardie siding by Carps Complete Exteriors. Received several bids from other companies but felt that Carps had the most comprehensive and professional presentation providing us relevant information needed to make a decision on which products and company to choose. Was so pleased with everything about Carps! Before project was started, met with owner, project manager and crew supervisors to review all aspects of the project. Received consistent updates with pictures of the progress so always felt fully informed. Crew was never late, hard workers and respectful. Cleaned up work space at the end of every day and covered up supplies for safety. The end product was awesome! Feel like we have a brand new beautiful quality house! Did final walk around with owner and project manager and supervisors to ensure that we were happy with every aspect of the job and final product. Many neighbors stopped by regularly to tell us how impressed they were and how great everything looked! Highly recommend Carps!! Im sure this process was very representative of the quality of any of the products and services that they provide.

Chad, the owner, was personally engaged with the sales and project scoping. He offered solutions and guidance that were in line with neighborhood covenants and insurance budget. He helped identify work missed by the insurance adjuster and his team helped submit the necessary paperwork to get all the work funded. The work was done well, on time, and crews cleaned up when complete. Id recommend Carps complete exteriors.

Carps did a James Hardie siding project for us. Chad provided a very detailed project plan, gave us a long list of choices, and provided addresses to several project houses for us to review to see the work firsthand for ourselves. Chad provided us a link to a website that allowed us to overlay our siding type/color, trim/gutter, and paint so that we could see an animated view of how our house would appear given the choices wed made. The installation crew was excellent; they are obviously good at what they do and worked efficiently. They listened to our concerns, and addressed all of our punchlist items at the end of the job. In addition, I think Carps has several of the best project managers in the market; they communicated with us, were available as needed and kept us informed of the project timing, any hitches they were experiencing. Very positive experience for us.

I was very lucky to find Carps. Another contractor said I had several things wrong with my 3 year old roof. The representative that came took a lot of time to thoroughly check out my gutters and roof. He only found one very small section of gutter that needed re-pitched. When I mentioned that I was getting ice dams in one area, he checked out the drain tube to see if it was blocked. That was above and beyond. What a great company!

After a snowstorm I noticed leaks on my ceiling. I called 3 roofers to check it out and Carps was the only one to physically inspect the roof and siding. The other 2 made a snap judgement without even looking, saying that it was an ice dam problem. I hired Carps to fix the chimney area as well as put new siding on the back of the house that was causing a leak in the family room ceiling in the basement. I really appreciate it that they always answer the phone and I dont have to play phone tag.

Estimator showed up on time and gave me estimate. Workman showed up on time, completed work and cleaned up after himself. Good workmanship and fair price. They made it simple.

Perhaps, many companies can install a residential roof but not all can offer the level of customer service given by Carps. Both, the sales representative and the roofing installers, NIck and Jose with his crew, respectively, made the whole home exterior project all about me. They did what was agreed upon and never strayed the course. And Carps end product is outstanding; my exterior looks better than ever. In addition, Carps bid came in at a fair price. I am definitely a satisfied customer.

BUYER BEWARE!!! This company came and gave us an estimate and without a signed contract or any kind of commitment showed up at our home and started tearing off siding. Also to mention the men that were tearing off our siding we’re CLEARLY on heavy drugs. As a mother with young children I didn’t feel safe in my own home because they would show up at random and we’re on drugs. It took the WEEKS to do a tiny little siding fix and then they had to come back out with a different crew and REDO the work the drug addicts did because it was awful. Months later and multiple conversations with the owner and we get a bill for MORE than the agreed upon price and this is after he said they would do the job for free since they MESSED up so many times. If I could choose 0 stars I would, I will also be submitting my review to the BBB along with all the evidence.8/16- Since google will not let me type in a response to the company here it is: your check will be in the mail today but it still doesn’t change my review, BUYER BEWARE. I stand by everything I said, this was my experience with your company and I am sharing it with the public so they proceed with caution. If you choose to go with this company put EVERYTHING in writing including the completion date. Make sure to note they won’t compensate you for their for any of their mistakes.

Great company to do business with - very responsive and fair on pricing. Did a good job of communicating with us and providing some reasonable solutions to unforseen existing gutter problems (standing water and lack of proper drainage in one section of our gutter sections). Highly recommend!

I had an outstanding experience today with Carps serviceman, Nathan. It had been some time since I had done any maintenance on my leaf-proof gutter system. Nate listened carefully to my concerns and walked the perimeter with me. He was thorough and quick, resolving several problems, cleaning the gutter toppers, and assuring clear flow from gutter to ground. He showed me what he did and was done much sooner than expected. My high expectations were exceeded with this call, including the charges. Thank you!

Excellent initial response and communication - high quality craftsmanship - very efficient, high quality follow-up and customer service.

They talk a good game, including willing help with cleaning or trouble shooting after the install. The gutters are ok and the installation only average- not a lot of attention to detail. When asked for support after the installation, forget it. These guys are all about making money on the installation, but really offer no help or support after the fact. They have ignored me time after time and I would not recommend them to anyone. Extremely poor customer service.
