First time getting a pedicure at this location. Had to made an appointment, took a couple days which i took as a good sign. Staff was very friendly. One of the best pedicures ive ever had. As a guy sometimes walking into a nail salon can be intimidating but i felt very welcome and appreciated there. I will be a repeat customer!!

Nicky is rude, mean, snappy and unprofessional to black and Latino customers but super friendly to her white customers. Smh She raised her voice at me and got mad at me because I honestly couldn’t understand her because of her strong accent and that I had a previously poor quality nail job done from a different salon (mad that she had to fix it even though I’m paying her extra to do so and made me feel like it was all my fault) then she proceeded to aggressively, rush through my nail job. First and last time. Never again. Nicky, treat ALL of your paying customers with DIGNITY AND RESPECT! Shame on you.

Ive been going to Nicky for 13 years. She is always concerned about you and the quality of her work. Once you come here you will never go anywhere else. Which is why they book up quickly, unfortunately I see reviews of those who were turned away, but this is a family run business that is truly the best. If you made an appointment you would not be disappointed.

This place is so wonderful. Service is top notch! I come here once a month with my mother in law and aunt. Reasonably priced for the services you get. The ladies are seriously the nicest folks Ive ever had the pleasure of meeting.

Highly recommend! When I moved back to Omaha, I looked a long time to find someone who could do my nails as well as Nikki. They are very busy so I would recommend making an appointment, when possible.
