This place is awesome. I finally found my place! Best nails I have had in years.

Lovely lady Anna did my pedi. My big toe will need re painted... but I think it was just a bit thick. Otherwise perfect!

Every nail tech here is amazing! They do such a great job especially with dip manicures! I’m going here for my wedding nails if that tells you how awesome they are ☺️

I found this place through Yelp, did a lot of research and review checking on places. The first time here was good, I was immediately seated. Boo did my nails, she was great. Left happy. A week later they started to lift, so I started to have my doubts. Went back a week later, this time Anna did my nails. Because if her I have kept coming back.The only bad thing is if you make an appointment they always over book Anna, and you don’t always get in on your appointment on time. Then she feels the need to rush because she’s running late.Last time I was in, Anna wasn’t available so I had someone else. Let’s just say that was over a month ago and I won’t go back if I cannot get in to see Anna.

The nail tech never introduced herself to me when she first got there and basically threw the color selections at me. Did not seem she wanted to be there. For the gel pedicure she did the polish first and then did the lotion and waxes... seemed odd. She also nicked one of the nails which she fixed, after asking her to. There was red polish left on my skin. When she put the lotion on it burned me, and I would say I have a higher tolerance for heat. As for the manicure, she never soaked my fingers in anything or cut my cuticles. The whole time she appeared stressed and kept talking to her Apple Watch. She wasn’t even looking at my nails half the time. There was dip left on my skin after she was “done.” I would also like to note that there were a lot of old finger nails on the manicure desk and the desk was very dirty. I asked to speak with the manager as this was a less than relaxing and satisfying experience. I went there with a recommendation that it was a great place and was disappointed. I will say that Ha, the manager was very kind when I talked to him. He even fixed my nails and comped me for the manicure. He was the only saving grace, otherwise it was the worst mani/pedi I have ever had. I am not expecting perfection, but at least some professionalism.

This place is very crowded and they are very profit-oriented. Their customer service is extremelypoor and Vee is incredibly unpleasant. Their only concern is getting people in and out for the money with no concern for the quality of work.

Oma lost a customer today.Ive been regularly visiting for a couple months.I went in today to get the same service Ive been getting, which is dip. Since day one, Ive tried to ask questions and tried to be patient, and I thought we were starting to hit a decent stride.However, today I was charged 10 dollars less than other visits. Should be a good thing, but I am upset. The website states that getting dip costs $45. No breakdown of extras so ultimately you think thats what youll pay. They rang up $35. When I asked, I was told that its because Ive been getting extensions.The problem here is that upon my first visit, I asked. They recommended the extensions. I asked if it was extra, they said no. After a painful and upsetting first experience, I was charged $45 but thats what I expected so... No biggie.Ive been in a few times since, trying to give it a real chance. Every time, $45. Every time, discussion of natural nails will be next time! And today, I finally get there, only to find out that Ive been paying for something I would have opted out of if I had been given the correct information. I hated the extensions but thought it was part of the deal... My last set were applied hastily and left with lumps in the middle, so I insisted on not having them this time. Im incredibly frustrated to find out that Ive been paying for the discomfort.The very worst part is that when I tried to ask and explain why I was frustrated, the owner took an extremely disrespectful and accusatory tone with me, smirking at times and claiming that hes never made a mistake, never overcharged, and was offended that I would say hes the one who said it didnt cost extra. Obviously it was my misperception that made me think that service was included. He insisted that getting dip done was $35 and always has been. He full on argued with me... And it definitely demonstrated how much he values repeat customers. I guess Im not worth trying.We really just needed to acknowledge, apologize, say theyd correct the website information, *something* but no. It was an argument, a refusal of responsibility, to the point where I just walked out. Im beyond disappointed in how this was handled.This is just nails, but this is my body and my money. Im trusting the business to treat me with respect and with dignity. This was an epic third strike.

Used to love going to Omas, but the past couple of times Ive gone I have had very poor experiences. My most recent experience I left feeling terrible. The nail tech, V, had a difficult time comprehending what I was saying. While she was putting my shellac nail color on it was bubbling. She blamed me for it saying it was because of my cuticles. By the time I left she was incredibly rude talking with other staff about me.

Had an amazing experience with the perfect full set by Ha. Every detail perfectly followed through. In love with the perfect nails for the most perfect vacation.

I got a pedicure and it was an excellent experience. Emily painted my toes and Tony did the relaxing part of the pedicure. He was amazing, I would definitely request him. He asked for my name and if the pressure was to much. The price was great too! I love this place.

Love this place ! Its so clean and inviting. The owners are amazing. Had my nails done by Anna and she does amazing work! She did all the designs I asked for and theyre reasonably priced.!

Awesome staff great price and the staff I met is far from west omaha in personality and that was the best part. I didnt feel out of place due to collar color

Ive been going to Oma for over a year. I never ask for a specific technician because they are all great. Ive never had a bad Mani or Pedi yet!

Ana is AMAZING!!!!!!!!! Ana is the only person I trust to do my nails. She always does an absolutely perfect job and is the sweetest. She makes sure to pay attention to the little details and makes sure you’re happy with her work. I love her so much!! If you need your nails done, go see her!!

I have been seeing Elec for years, first at Virgo and followed him here when he moved to the new location! I absolutely love the way he does my nails i will keep coming back to him for this reason! He does an AWESOME pedicure also! Good Job!! I have brought SEVERAL people with me over the years including my mom who also comes back every time... she seems to like Nancy a lot. This place is VERY clean and very nice!! Love it here!

One of the worst pedicures Ive gotten in a long time, the lady cut me in two places with the cuticle scissors (see attached pic). She also changed my nail color when the bottle I selected was hard to open (she said it was the same color but hid the original bottle from me). Some of the nails were not cut/filed straight and she left a lump from the nail polish on my big toe. They were late getting me in even after I had made an appointment. For $35 no way am I coming back.

Don’t get Kim if you go, she’s not the best at shaping the nail. I won’t be back

Today I had my first appointment with Ha at Oma nails. I was greeted by a very friendly young lady. The place is very bright and clean. Ha was friendly and intelligent. I told him how I liked my nails to be done and he did them to perfection. I have gone to my previous salon for 15 years and decided I needed a change. I looked at many other salons and reviews. My decision to try this salon was because of the reviews and location. Very clean, bright and friendly atmosphere. Ha did an excellent job on my nails. I found my new place and highly recommend.

I came to this place for my manicure and I recommend coming here. I called around before visiting this nail salon. It was the most affordable one compare to the ones near north west Omaha. I was a little confused regarding what to do at first but someone came to help me right away. I would give a five star if my nail tech spent a little more time on a few of my nails. I had to instruct her to cut my nails a little better so all of my nails would have the same shapes. Overall, a good place if you want pretty nails!

This is the absolute worst place to get your nails done. I went there this past weekend with a friend and as a treat because we don’t get our nails done often. Both of our ladies were in a rush, ended up doing the wrong color. We picked a nude color and they put hot pink nails on us and I left with glue all over my nails. They didn’t even finish the manicures. When we confronted them about the color they said “sometimes they show up differently and can be darker” that was false advertisement and should be disclosed before choosing a color. I talked to the owner and he would only give us $7 off and finally took $10 off but wouldn’t offer us a credit for next time. Not to mention we got laughed at by the ladies.

Ye always does a fantastic job on my shellac nails. Her original designs are so creative & she can do anything you request. My recent design has an Eiffel Tower theme since I just returned from a trip to Paris. I don’t know how she manages to appear unfazed & unfrazzled. While she is transforming my nails into a work of art she answers the phone, makes appointments, greets everyone who comes through the door with a great big smile & in her sweet voice finds out what they need & finds them a place to relax where their technician will be assisting them. Did I mention that she is fun to talk to? She seems interested in how you are doing & what is going on in your life.* I recommend making an appointment, but they take walk-Ins as well *

I’ve been to so many nail salons and this place is by far the best. I got a dip manicure and a regular pedicure and it was the best service I’ve ever received. They have amazing deals and even better staff. Such nice people 10/10 would go again

This place is top notch. My daughter, who is only 7 and I, both have had multiple experiences here and not a complaint from our end. The staff is excellent and they have been able to exceed our expectations for our needs! Thank you Oma Nail, we wont go anywhere else.

Over all service was fine, but they used old nail files, they fudged my thumb and didn’t try to fix it, the got acrylic under my nails which was very annoying down the road, the brush they used was dirty (the only reason I know if because there is brown and black specs in my nails. You get what you pay for. If you want cheap it’s fine, but I’ll definitely be trying a different location. I did receive a free jewel on both my ring fingers, I got that before I noticed all the errors tho. It did make up for the human errors, but the for the hygiene errors.

Went in today for a shellac mani/pedi and despite it taking two hours I have never been more satisfied with the result. One of the owners, Ha, did my manicure and then one of their techs did my pedicure. He was so apologetic for the time it took but I didn’t mind. I have also been to the other two salons they own in the Omaha area over the last four years. Everything is so modern and clean and they use the best products. Literally no complaints. If you’re looking for a reliable nail studio seriously go visit Oma, True, or Virgo. 💕

I highly recommend this nail studio. They are very friendly, and have a great eye for detail. The selection of colors, dips, and powders are amazing and they are always bring new products, designs, and idea in.

I have only been here twice and had mani/pedi and overall had a good experience. But what I have found after going to multiple nail salons is lack of consistency. Each visit is different depending on who you get which is why people find a tech they like and make an appointment but I like the freedom of walk-in and a mani should be pretty standard.

This studio is super nice and relaxing! The staff are all super nice and conversationable! It’s reasonably priced and is my favorite place to get my nails done!
