I never get my nails done, but I wanted to before going out of town/for the holidays. I got shellac acrylic nail for my mani and just a basic pedicure. The pedicure was awesome but my fingernails is another story. My fingertips hurt from the amount of filing she did. She filed so much on the sides that my real nail is showing next to the acrylic. The matte top coat I got had sparkles in it when I didn’t ask for that. I can see the streaks and unevenness in almost all my nails. The amount of money this cost should have been way better. Two of my friends came with me and they also didnt have good experiences as well. Wont be coming back here again.

By far the BEST nail salon in Omaha. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve tried a new salon and told them exactly what I want and it just doesn’t turn out right. I’ve been coming in for around 3 months now and it seems to just get better and better every time! You can tell they truly care about the quality of job they’re doing. Everyone does such an amazing job and Anna and Sara do some of the craziest/impressive designs I’ve ever seen! Besides that they are always so personable which makes every visit so much more enjoyable. 10/10 would recommend to everyone! :)

I personally go to Sara and she is absolutely amazing I have been going to her for about a year. She always does an amazing job. She can do any design you ask her and do it exceptionally.

Anna has been my nail tech for 2 years and I have always been very happy with my pedicure and dip. Everyone is friendly and help each other. I get many compliments on my nails and I always suggest V Nails!

Horrible horrible place to get nails done at got mine done on Sunday and chipped on May go in at 10:20 and they say they are to bisy to fix. I will blast u all over the internet for poor service you dont charge 60 dollars and not fix the problem.

My nails looked so cute but my acrylics broke and fell off after 3 days of having them they were made to thin so they didn´t stay I am not happy it was a waste of my money and I will not be coming back.

This place is great! They did my pedicure and overlay fill, without giving me attitude for not wanting gel polish. The last place I went made a huge deal bc I didnt want gel polish on my acrylic overlay. The people are nice and do a great job. I went before and had a pedicure and manicure with gel polish and while they did a good job then, I just dont care for the gel or dip bc neither is fillable. Just my preference. I dont want to remove it every time I need them done. Thank you for being awesome. This will be my place from now on.

Very disappointed! I’ve been to this salon many times, unfortunately each time I go I have a different operator and the quality of the service continues to get worse. The young man who did my nails this time was in such a rush he would not even let the light go to the end of its cycle, he would manually stop the light so he could put the next coat on. He did a sloppy job of painting them, so between the bad paint job and the fact that the paint was not set, my nails are messy and dull. I went to the counter to ask if my nails could be fixed and he saw me so he rushed up and sat me down and put another topcoat on, but once again he did not let the light finish, so I still have a mess. Also, there is nothing “sterile“ about this business.

I have been going to V Nails for 3+ years and I will never go anywhere else. The owner (Anna) is the only one I let touch my finger nails because she is insanely gifted when it comes to nail art and cutting edge designs! However I will say everyone is very capable there and I have let everyone do my toes!

My daughter and I went to get a manicure and pedicure with my sister and her daughter. My daughter and my niece weren’t done yet. So we paid and went to shop. My daughter wanted her nails ombré. I paid extra for this! They didn’t do the ombré and they cut her nails to short! I called to ask why they charged me and they said because I have left. Why could they of not credit my account. They also put tips on a 13 year old without asking!

Took my wife and daughters for family pedicures today. This was my first pedicure ever. A very disappointing $145. I dont think I relaxed the entire time, my foot and leg massage focused on one spot on my leg and was extremely uncomfortable. Even my wife who gets pedicures all the time said they quality of pedicure was pretty bad. This is the type of irritation that stays with you for a while.... I do not reccomed

I made an appt for 1pm, showed up on time and the entire place was packed. They were still allowing walk in appointments. I sat and waited for my appt for over 15 minutes. Then I was taken back to a chair where I sat so long that the water turned almost cold.When it was finally my turn the employee rushed through everything (entire hot stone pedicure took 20 minutes). At the end, after my toes were painted, the employee took a brush with acetone on it and swiped the extra polish off and left polish marks all around my nails on my skin. Before I could say anything she left and went to another customer. No one came back to fix my pedicure or even spoke to me after the tech left my chair. I will not be going back.

If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. They don’t listen at all. I came in with a nice long nails wanting dip powder. They were nice and round and very natural looking. They cut it short ( when I asked them to keep it long) and and I’m assuming trying to be a square tip, but the center was shorter than the outside. I hated the shape, I hated the length, and there was a bubble in the middle of my nail. When I complained they told me it was my fault. I showed them a picture of what my nails look like when I came in, and they blamed me for not showing them the picture of my nails. I felt as though them looking at my nails as they looked was more than sufficient. I guess not. DON’T EVER GO HERE!!!!! Worst experience ever!!!!!

Best place I’ve been to in a LONG time as far as quality of work and customer service both. Since they’ve went under new ownership a few months back they’ve really Benito notch. I refuse to go anywhere else.

Since new owners not happy. Been going there for 5 years. New girls are not thorough. Shellac polish lasted a week. Used to last 4 to 6. Terrible job on cuticles. Wont be going back. Also did not use sterile package for toes or nails.

I went here with my friend a month ago because I had a gift card to use. I was nervous about going seeing how many bad reviews there are... but my personal experience was overall good. She took her time and I can say Ive never had my dip last so long. Its been a little over a month and it hasnt chipped at all. My friend, however did not have a good experience at all. The person who did her nails cut her cuticles so short that they were bleeding and just said oops and wiped it off when she noticed. My friend told me her cuticles were still bleeding the next day and her shellac only lasted one week. I started a good while before her and she was done way before me. So overall... I wouldnt risk it going again unless you are able to find one of the girls who actually do a good job.

Been there twice now, the nails always turn out very nice. So I went back a second time hoping my experience was better. Both times the lady put my hands soaking directly in acetone, both times getting chemical burns from it.

The last that did my nails wasn’t very interested in having a conversation with me. I told her quite a few times that I wanted an ombré natural look for my acrylics... she told me she knew what I meant. Then she asked me to pay before she put the top coat on my set. I looked down at my nails and they looked okay to me, so I paid her the $30. When she then put the top coat on, the finished product looked nothing like what she told me she could do. She then argued with me when I asked her if she could at least do a color on top. I wouldn’t recommend this place, the lady I had do my acrylics was really good at manipulating me into paying for the nails I didn’t ask for.

Tried this for the first time today and my pedicure was amazing! My lady took her time, listened to me and the foot massage was amazing! Was so nice to not feel rushed!

Not a good experience. My second time and I should have known better but my regular place was closed on holiday and we were leaving on vacation. Didn’t allow me to choose color until I insisted. Not one word of English the entire time. Operator didn’t understand ANY English so could not understand anything I tried to tell him. Other operators would come talk to him in Chinese and laugh but never one word of English from any of them except may I help you when I walked in and price when I left. Nails were misshapen but I gave up trying to tell him. Short of taking the file and doing it myself just had to go with it finally. Manicure consisted of him clipping cuticles, painting my nails and then rubbing my arms with lotion. He tried to do a hand massage but it hurt so much I stopped it. Will never return and would not recommend to anyone.

Came in with a party and I personally had the Green Tea pedicure which is very relaxing. Everyone in our party was very pleased. You can definitely sense that the technicians were experienced. Will definitely be back!

The women are bitter. I asked for pink and white. It was 15 minutes and she was done. They look horrible. I had to go to another place to have them done right. The woman was mean and didnt want to do anything I asked for. I wont go back. Super rude.

The last time I went here with my daughters we had bad service and rushed pedicures. I only went again to use a gift card. My daughter and I got the second priced pedicure. The water was warm the first few minutes then she added cold water to it, not sure why. My daughters pedicure only lasted 21 minutes start to finish. Mine was about 30 minutes. My heel is still rough and feels no different and a few of my nails are rough also. I would not recommend this place unless you have a specific technician you see. They need to slow down and do a better job. The only reason I gave a star was to get on the review site and my technician was nice.

V Nails is under new ownership. I had my normal green tea pedicure. When she went to trim my toes the instruments we not in a sterile package ☹️. When she did my manicure the instruments were sterile. I am hesitant to go back.

Me and my friends acrylic were nicely done and they have stayed on for very long and thick enough, butttt the designs we got (I gotMarble, she got French manicure) On the acrylics were badly done. Not worth $60

They dont take their time at all. When I go to a nail salon I expect them to take their time and make then look good now Ive wasted a bunch of money and my nails look terrible. Not to mention the fact they got nail polish all over my skin and didnt clean it off so I had to go home and do it myself. Im so upset and disappointed. Never going there again

I made an appointment for my friend and I, we both waited 15 minutes past our appointment time to get started. I had a soak off, full set, shellac, and ether flake. I was overcharged and paid $80 without tip, I went home and did the math before calling about it. I inquired about the charge she said “oh your nail tech forgot and overcharged you. It should have been $65.” I’m unsure how someone could “forget” and overcharge me $15 but okay. My friend got a very similar set and only paid $55. The 2 stars are for how well the set was done and the fact that I will be receiving a refund, but I can’t excuse the way I was blatantly overcharged for nothing.

Very nice and professional employees. The facility is clean and sanitary. They stood behind their nails and redid my nails when I smudge the paint as I left.

They have many sections of nail colors and it is very easy to make an appointment.

Ive been there a few times and have never been overly impressed. I just left there. They were rude to my daughter and niece even though they were having manicures done. The description of my chosen pedicure said a massage with lotion before polish. She didnt do that so when she told me I was done I said what about lotion. She quick slapped some lotion on in about 10 seconds. I go for a pedi mainly for the massage. They are lacking. Too busy there to give their customers the attention each deserves.

This place is very unprofessional. Absolute worst pedicure/nail experience I have ever had. My friend and I scheduled pedicures online for 7pm. They took less than 30 minutes on the service, I had the old polish from when I went in still on the edges of my toenails, calluses weren’t even touched (I had done yard work earlier that day and there was literally dirt still on my feet!), they didn’t massage my feet/legs or file my nails... and I paid for the “sparkling” pedicure which included all of this and more in an upgrade from the regular pedicure. I was talking with my friend the entire time we were there so I didn’t notice how terrible it looked until I got home. I called them the following day and told them I needed it redone or to be refunded. I live in Ralston and drove all the way out to village pointe only to be told that they would only clean up around my toes and remove my calluses. Gee, thanks! I spent $35, gas money and a lot of time all to have a pieced together pedicure completed very sloppily on two different days. Stay away from this place, I wish I’d have read the reviews ahead of time.

Went there today and they did a horrible blending at me and my friends acrylic nails. It looks like a 5 year old painted them. Only get acrylics here if you want a solid color. They did a good job at shaping thought

I do not recommend this place! I had shellac done on my nails and they started to peel a few days later. The polish on my thumb peeled off completely and when I went in to have it replaced she wouldnt do it! I even brought it my card to prove when I had them done! So now I have one nail with nothing on it and my other nails have pieces that have peeled and chipped. It looks ridiculous and I am so mad I paid for what I got! The Service is awful!! I wish I could give 0 stars!!!

3 times in 1 year I ended up there with my daughter around 8 pm and all 3 times we were treated rude and rushed through...... if you are open till 9 and do not want to work after 8 leave at 8..... or take your last at 7:30...there is a nail shop on every corner...you are not that important

I have gone here several times over the years, and I can definitely say today was the last time. The service gets worse every single time. The employees are rude and unfriendly. I witnessed one of them actually yell at a child today during my visit! I got one of the worst pedicures I have ever had, and didn’t even complain because I was just so happy for it to be over. I feel partially to blame because I got horrible service and nails the last time I went also, but chose to give them another try. They clearly don’t care at all about the job they are doing and it shows. If I could give less than 1 Star I would. I never leave reviews, but my experience here was so bad that I felt I had to share. I highly recommend steering clear of V-Nail.

The lady that did my nails did a horrible job! She made me pay mid session and was rushing the whole time. She only did two coats of nails when she should have done easily done 3. As soon as I was done she sat down and got a herself pedicure. Wouldn’t recommend! Again she made me pay before the job was done!

Worst nail experience Ive had. I got charged $10 for a cuticle clipping and another $10 for coffin shaped nails; which didnt even look as good as they should have for that price. When I called the nail techs about what I was charged so much for (because they took my card and didnt show me the price) they were very uncooperative and rude. I wouldnt recommend coming to this salon if you want a decent nail experience.

I am from out of state and I came to Village Pointe today hoping for gel nail extensions because I didnt know of any other nail salons in the area. When I walked in the door the atmosphere seemed neat and stylish. I was greeted by a friendly women who asked me what I wanted and she sat me down at the nail station. The woman working on my nails hastily brought out the kit and began to apply acrylics; not what I wanted but I am never one to complain so I allowed her to continue . She also seemed in a hurry to get me out of there. When she took me to the drying station I was horrified to see jagged edges and uneven nails; not worth the 30$ I had payed. Would not recommend this salon.

I’ve been to this nail salon twice and will likely not return. Both times I have visited, the techs were unwelcoming, rude and had bad attitudes. They were far from gentle; the leg massage was painful. Definitely not the relaxing experience I was hoping for.

It was terrible. I was there several times and every time i’ve had the same experience. When they file your nails it hurts and i’ve started bleeding. On 03/14/2016 I came to this nail shop with my 9 yr old niece for a girls day out spa / nail day. I was referred by another one of my nieces. Upon arrival, I felt rushed from the beginning. They did not take the time to do a pedicure on my feet not to mention, they could not perform a simple design yet they continued to try to increase the rate. After I had been there for 2 hours I called my original nail tech Ha from Tru Elegance luckily being able to get in on this day. It took 3 different nail techs to do the simple design on my niece hands and feer for just a simple chevron style design and they never even did my nails. My pedicure was no pedicure at all as they didnt even remove calluses as stated in their spa pedicure details. Not to mention my niece and I had to return the next day as her nails polish began to just slide off. When we returned she said she would redo for free but that children nails has oil on them in which the nail polish slides off. I never heard anything like this before. They were very rude as I tried to reason with one of them ( manager) she walked away. I then had to go up to her to place my concerns as my niece polish on her toes were doing the same thing. They placed my niece under the dryer and left her there never returning to let her know that she was done and could leave. I highly do NOT recommend this nail shop especially if you are looking for designs. There was poor customer service and their willingness to correct what they messed up was beyond ridiculous!!!

I am very picking on where I go to get a pedicure. I decided to stop in. The pedicure was rushed and took a total of 10 minutes. They didnt get all the nail polish off my toes and they quick put the nail polish on. The ladies chatted back and forth and were not friendly. Once the pedicure was over my lady rushed to go sit on her phone along with other workers. I will never be coming back here again and would not recommend you wasting your money here. Poor service all around

So, I went there for mani and pedi today. Its been just few hours and my nail polish that was on my skin is peeling off and with than my nail polish is chipping. Not happy with pedi either. Came home and looked closely and realized there were parts that werent covered by the top coat and so you can see the ridge. Probably wont go back to this place again.

Some awful experience and rude attitude since you walk in. Rude woman looking through her reciept while talking to me and my mum as we walked in. No eye contact and didn’t listen as i was telling her what we needed. Because she asked. Mum is in wheelchair place is at obviously not handicap friendly...offered to sign a “paper” (which I assume is a waiver) because otherwise she can only give mum mani and not pedi cos she is afraid of liability if mum gets from wheelchair to massage chair!!!! So changes her mind and says I cannot do pedicures. Then refuses to do anything for us because of our attitude!!! Seriously?! Never going there again. Smh I didn’t think anyone but me had given bad reviews but look at their google review. Lots of bad reviews about the attitude! Seriously you better change yr attitude woman . And like someone said you are not the only salon! There is Vietnamese salons on every block proffessional and nice!

Myself, my sister & her girls came for a little pampering before vacation to have toes & nails done. It was far from pampering. So disappointing 🙁 We felt like we were in an assembly line at a factory, and not a gentle one! They were rough, rude & fast! I was so preoccupied by the rudeness & chaos that I forgot to even turn my chair on or put my purse down. It was stressful! The young girl who did mine was nice enough, but then when I asked her to fix my nail that she smudged when putting my sandals on, she rolled her eyes! The young girl who helped my sister yelled at her once, pulled her leg & broke one of her nails! And my niece got burned by the hot towel on her leg! The only good thing out of it was my nails did look ok. But not worth the trouble! I’m not ever going back! Rude & we pay too much for those services! HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THEM!

The service was rushed. They were rough on both my daughter and I. I left with a file sore above my heel. They painted the nails very hurriedly and gave no instructions when to leave. We went for my daughters wedding and her nails were painted with crooked French tips and then she checked them to see if they were dry and ended up making finger prints in the polish. The very next day my nails were chipped. After 5 days I noticed the polish was almost completely chipped off. Very disappointed.

Very rude. Very rushed. Very sketch.I didnt see anyone wearing gloves. Employees only spoke to each other. They all used very old dirty looking nail files.Their method of cuticle softening was to mush goo onto my hands in a ziploc bag.I left with 3 bleeding fingers (that became very swollen, painful cuticles the days following). My French tips were all uneven and didnt extend to the edge of my nails.The entire shellac manicure took 15 minutes. Not relaxing or enjoyable at all.No one pays $35 to have someone annoyingly slop polish on their hands, we can all do that at home.Needless to say, I will not be returning.
