Very professional people. My toes and nails came out really good!

They were quick so thats a plus. I got a matte black dip with designs and lets just say my nails look like a thrift store version of the picture I gave them. I chose a simple design in the hopes that it wouldnt be botched since Ive never been here before and It wasnt botched but I think Ill try a different place that pays more attention to detail in the future. Excuse my ashy hands.

By far the worst service I have ever had! The tech messed up on my white tips and didnt even try to fix it. She then said thats just my nail bed. I told her it wasnt like that before. Thes just waived me off and started speaking in another language to her other co worker. I felt very angry so I just payed a left. Very rude service. I would not recommend this place ever to anyone! I now have to go somewhere else and get it fixed.

My tech did my nails tonight. She was SO quick and fantastic! The place was cute and here is a. The prices were right on point! Clean, great. Im a happy shopper!

I have been going here for awhile now and I have never had any issues with them. Always friendly and professional. This time I let my tech have full range to be creative and she didnt disappoint.

The worst service ever I asked them to paint my girls nails and give me a full set but they couldn’t get that right I asked who was gonna do my daughters nails the guy said not me and started to speak another language at this point I’ve had enough I just paid for mines and my oldest daughter and left …… Do Not go to long nails theses people are very disrespectful and don’t honor reservations smh

They were clean and they do a decent job however they are always rushing for no reason and if you request your water to be hotter when getting a pedicure they have an attitude like it’s a problem adjusting the temperature. There’s no line in the lobby yet they rush and don’t take time giving you your pedicure. Maybe this was just my experience but I went to them twice and won’t be going back. She didn’t even file down my toe nail which is entirely too long and the quality is just not there.

By far My absolute favorite place to get my nails done, they always do an amazing job and make sure I get exactly what I want.!!!! I will definitely be back.

I personally think that Long Nails so far, is the best! I have been getting my nails done for years, and I have visited many different shops, including a couple who have been very nasty and rude, but its really been nice to have people who treat you with respect and honor, no matter what race you are, and they do just that, so Thanks Danny, Lee, sister and wife of Danny and Lee, and also Thanks to their a great mom who is awesome on the feet!!! The woman who did my gel removal and gel manicure was so precise. The salon is relaxing and very clean. The staff is friendly and care you have a good experience.

My daughter had her nails done, they were beautiful and she was charged the agreed upon price. I got a pedicure and chose the basic $27.00 choice. When it was time to pick my polish I was given several cards of choices and my tech said I had to choose from that card for my basic pedicure. I didnt like the colors but chose one anyway. She kept offering services and I kept just telling her I wanted just the basic and pointing on the price card. When it came time to pay it was $41.00 because I had picked a shellac color . It was on the one card out of 7 that I could choose from. After much discussion I paid the $41.00. Very disappointed.

Nail tech Danny was Rude and unprofessional he must have been in a Bad mood stay your behind at home I dont have to take that and no one else Not good for the public.

I’ve been going to this shop for a year, now. Every 2wks. Depending on the time of day, there could be a wait. (Which speaks for itself- that people want to come to this shop.) But, once my nails are started on- they are so efficient, & quick. I never leave dissatisfied! Every time I leave- I stare at my nails, for days, in awe at how pretty they are. Thank you all for the good work! 😘

I love this place. They do gorgeous ombre acrylic nails and beautiful designs and accents. I moved out of town and made a point to get my nails done while I was back in town. Just stunning

My wife and I came for a mani/pedi. I picked out the basic pedi, my wife picked out a basic plus polish. Should have been $67 for the pair. First they charge extra for removing dead skin. WTH. What’s a pedi for? To remove the dead skin right! Then they didn’t do everything they stated would be done. My $27 basic was $60 at the counter. My mani was fine and I am good with that but we will never return again. Feel very violated. $130 for the worst pedicures ever

Honestly this place do good work but their pricing are mess up. I went in and got a pedicure. The wife told me it was $45 for the deluxe and I got gel polish on top of that. She said it would be $15 extra. So just for my pedicure it would be $60. I think it was her husband that proceed to do my nails. He did a great job but he was very rude. Keep telling me that what he doing is good and pretty but it’s not even what I want. When I went back to wash my hand. The deluxe pedicure was only $40!!! She overcharged me $5! Not honest business would not recommend unless you’re rich.

If you want to treat yourself and a girlfriend to a lovely afternoon of shopping and pedicures, head here. My technician took the time to fix my nail that was splitting before doing my manicure. I get compliments on my nails by all my friends and family. This is why I will continue to be a loyal customer here!

Good Male nail technicians but they suck at doing pedicures I need a good pedicure.

This is one of my favorite nail salons in the city. I made an appointment, I was serviced right away, and it took no time at all. They offered a wide selection of colors to choose from. My least favorite part about getting my nails done is having my cuticles pushed back, but they manage to make it painless here. Thank you ! I would call and set up an appointment!

I go to Long Nails all the time. I absolutely love them. The only reason I gave 4 stars is, because they charge for every little thing. But if you dont mind you will absolutely adore them. My nails stay on for 3-4 weeks with out any falling off.

They used dawn dishwashing liquid on me.they make you get shellac polish said there is no regular polish. And 10 for callus treatment. Dust on the products

Don’t ever go to Lina! I’ve been here multiple time and I was just there 2 days ago. Lina was doing my shellac but she wasn’t focus. She would talk to her husband and would leave the table and do other things. She could understand me. After finishing my nails, I told here there was little grains on my shellac, and she acted like she didn’t understand English. She just nod and smile and told me it was $25! Everyone in this salon have done my hand. Le is very good. The other guy is too but don’t go to Lina.

Its about 20 minutes from house but totally worth the drive. Love her. Very professional and friendly & I want to personally compliment her. And just an overall great experience.

HORRIBLE!!!! HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!!!This is a worst place ever! Buyer beware they are scammers! They are forcing customers to pay for higher services and then offering substandard services.Look at this work, would you pay for this?

Was instructed to take off my own polish in a communal polish remover cup (like you buy at the dollar store... It literally said Dollar General on it) and the remover was acetone which is a big no-no for acrylics which they knew I had. Then I waited 30 minutes for the lady to come do my nails and she was incredibly rough with me when using the drill and had it at too high an RPM. Then she pulled out a nail brush to get the dust off my hands and it looked 5 years old, the bristles were yellowish and at the base it was brown.She was very hurried and just globbed on the acrylic with very little attention to shaping and didnt even try to avoid my skin so now I have to pick all this acrylic crap off of my skin and hope it doesnt mess up the nail part.While I was there, 5 people came in and instead of the lady telling them the truth that all of the (3) techs were busy and it would be a 30-45 minute wait she just said it would be soon and all the girls started working even faster. One girl yelled at a tech, I refused color, and two walked out while I was still there. Part of being a business owner is knowing when to turn people away or at least be honest about wait times so customers cant be as mad.NAILS CANNOT BE RUSHED!!! It will take the same amount of time no matter if you are hurrying or actually doing it correctly. Do not go here unless you are willing to spend an unspecified (long) amount of time waiting and are okay with unsanitary conditions.Horrible experience, horrible place. I honestly didnt see any licenses displayed anywhere in the shop either so who knows if these women are actually certified to do nails in the state of Nebraska.

I first got my manicure here a couple of days ago and left completely unsatisfied. They offered me a menu of services above and beyond pedicure when I sat down. They were the truth. . & I brought my own tools, but I could see they do clean. The salon is clean with lots and lots of nail polish choices. Youre aces in my book! & The salon has great customer service.

I have been here 2x now. They are really nice and clean. They do good designs. The massage chairs do a pretty good job for a chair.

I have been going to this place for 5 years and after how I was taken care of yesterday I will not be going back, 25 min wait with my feet in the water, the color did not even go across the nails, the sides were bare, she used a top coat that turned my pink color orange and looked like a child had painted it. I wanted a new color of my own put on and she wanted to charge me to have it redone...NOT going back.

If I could rate this facility 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service! Very rude! Kept muttering I was a child, Im an adult! Demanding I needed to pay before he had even polished my nails and said YOU PAY NOW! LIKE as if I didnt have money. Never will I go back. He was rushing and not gentle at all. Actually hurt me while he was filing on the side of my nail. The file got caught and he just yanked it upward. Its ridiculous! This place should be closed down. Im a PAYING CUSTOMER and should NEVER BEEN TREATED IN THIS MANNER!!!

I got a full set with gel and my nail technician did an amaizing job. The staff are really warm and efficient as well. The environment was calm and very clean. Needless to say Ill be back in a couple weeks :)

The employees barely talked to me, but they all talked at the top of their lungs to each other while ignoring customers.My nail tech changed midway through with absolutely no explanation.My manicure barely lasted twelve hours - its not like I was doing anything strenuous. Nearly all of my nails are now chipped and one is already broken.

I went to get a fill Danny was red eyed and rude he left my tips thin after removing my shellac and acrylic when I asked for him to fix them (bc the previous time 3 nails broke in 3 days) he made them so terribly thick and ugly he the. Started yelling and bring disrespectful a second man stepped in asked me was I drunk and do I do nails smh he followed me to the door and was talking crazy to me will never go back my nails are embarrassing!
