Horrible customer service. No communication the whole time I was sitting in the chair.. no hi how is your day or anything, so that was awkward to just sit there in silence the whole time.. when I asked for a star design I was told no.. I was a little thrown off (because it is a very easy design) and said you cant do this basic line star design? she said she could but it wouldnt look anything like the picture I had shown her... so I was going to take the risk and said ok just do what you can do... then she said it was going to be $20 extra!! I was blown away and said no thank you im fine with just the color then.. On top of that when it was time to pay.... I got charged $5 extra for getting 2 different colors (one main color and one accent color) My nails are an average medium length, but I got charged $5 extra because my nails are long. None of this was mentioned until it was time to pay. My final total for a shellac fill was $40 for just a basic fill and painting. I will never return to this salon and will recommend people go elsewhere so you dont get jipped for your money on things that other salons wouldnt ever charge for. Ive attached photos so you can see what long is to them and what the design was that I asked for.

Deluxe Nail has been my Go-to salon since moving back to Omaha. Theyre customer oriented and provide an outstanding service in a clean environment and at a reasonable price. Ive never left dissatisfied!

This place is great. We had come to Omaha for a event and I had 5 girls with me, they were able to get us in. And did a fabulous job!! We have been busy and with the quarantine I haven’t been able to get a fill and it’s been 4 weeks and my nails still look good (with a little growth)!!

My sister and I went in and we had the best service my gals name was Karen and she was the best I ever had!!!!

Ive been going here for 4 years now and this place has the best nail technicians. Their work is precise and they ALWAYS get it right. I never leave feeling scorned that I paid for bad work. Since they are a small shop, sometimes there is a wait, but its well worth it. Each time I go somewhere else out of convenience, I always regret it! Im loyal to these people because of they way they do business, quality of work and fair pricing. There are a lot of regulars here which speaks volumes about the business. Keep up the good work!

Used to love getting my nails done here in high school, but unfortunately since then the service went sour one day. I was consistent for three years then out of a sudden they would turn me or my friends away. They just would outwardly be biased, just very unprofessional. They would lie and say they had appointments booked, but then let a white woman sit in. I don’t know, if you’re black just save your dollars and stress. No one likes to get profiled. I’d suggest going to Lees Nails, Martini, or even a local nail artist that will respect your dollar.

Got a pedicure, the massage and hot rocks were nice. I was the only one in there but they wouldn’t let my boyfriend sit with me. She smudged my big toe, I made 3 comments, and she still refused to fix it. I won’t go back, it was really disappointing.

I have been regularly going to this nail spa for over a year now for nails, toes, and eyebrow waxes. Every single time I am in and out with perfect looking nails, etc. This place and all of the employees really do a great job and the prices cant be beat for the service and quality! I would highly recommend all services, especially the pedicures, much better than any other salon I have tried! MAKE AN APPOINTMENT, as people know how awesome this place is and they have many regular customers. Dont blame the employees for your inability to make an appointment or to wait your turn as a walk-in.

I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years. I have looked high and low to find a tech that cared about the quality of work they do as this is VERY HARD to come by. I have been going to this salon for about 5 years now. No, they are not the most talkative, but does that really matter? I think most nail salon techs Ive met arent the friendliest and I think its because of the language barrier. Whats most important to me anyway, is that I leave there being completely satisfied with the services I received. I have wasted a ton of money in nail salons where I walked out really pissed off. That doesnt happen here. If you want the best nail tech in Omaha, you see Loni at Deluxe Nails. No, shes not a big talker, so what. However, she does perfect nails and I mean perfect. She takes great pride in what she does and you can tell in her work. If you want someone more talkative, then see Jack. He does a good job, not as good as Loni, but nobody is a good as she is. Simon is also pretty popular there and speaks English, but again, hes no Loni.

Horrible. Went here got my nails done they did them good but left a gap between my nails so things were getting stuck underneath (debris) I went back twice to try and get issue fixed they tell me to come a day and I did and although they have workers they don’t want to remove them and tell me that they are too busy but there is a worker sitting with no customer! I even tipped them really good while being serviced. I’ll never use them again!

I just left super happy!!! This is by far the best pedicure Ive ever had in my life. So attentive, detailed, not rushed. I will be going back after work for a manicure!

I had an emergency acrylic nail fix. They saw me quickly, but they started into scraping off my nails before asking if I wanted to to soak them off. Its been my first time with acrylics so I didnt know better, but it was a painful process and Ive heard its unhealthy for your natural nail.

I was a huuuuuuge and faithful customer! Never would go anywhere else unless they were too busy or closed. Always tip and definitely would recommend them to all friends, family and even strangers ! But the last time i went all of my nails broke off the next day. I went in the following day and told them and they told me it was my fault (even though the nails were terribly thin) and then tried to charge me for the redoing of my nails. My feelings were really hurt because i loved them so much . And i just spend 50+ tip the day before . I vowed to never try them again. I may go back one day but i left in tears i was so upset.

Now I know many people think its not mescaline for a guy to get a manicure or pedicure but I disagree. This is more than just a manni-pedi. Its an experience there at Deluxe Nails & Spa. The employees are not overly chatty so you can lean right back into the massage chairs and relax. Hot stone massage and all those aromatic scrubs make my tired old feet come to life. Guys give it a try and take your wife or daughter along.

They do a pretty good job and are friendly. I was a walk-in and got taken care of pretty quickly.

Terrible customer service. I spent half of my lunch hour waiting at a pedicure station for someone to come over to me. I was originally told they had time for me. However, after 10 minutes of waiting, I asked one of the women working there how much longer it would be. I was told a couple of minutes. After waiting for 15 more minutes, I got up and left. I was asked by the women no time to wait? and I said no, that I could not wait any longer. They should have told me ahead of time if they did not have time to take me at that time. I would strongly suggest you look elsewhere for your nail needs.

My biggest pet peeve when going to a nail place is lying about the wait time. We often go to get pedis over lunch and have a limited amount of time. If you say the wait is 10 minutes, the wait should be 10 minutes. A friend and I tried to go today and we were told 10 minutes, but we then proceeded to sit there for a half hour and it was clear that they were no where near getting to us anytime soon so we had to pick up and leave and go back to the office with our sad, wet, wrinkly feet. Also, the cleanliness of the place was a little concerning so suffice it to say, we will not be back.

Was asked to pay (and awkwardly tip the lady while she watched me) before my nails were even done; and then was charged $80.00 instead of the $8.00 for my polish change. My polish change was fine, but the customer service received before and after made it not worth it to ever come back.

So this was my favorite spot until this past weekend. Long story short, I had someone drop me off. I left my phone in the car so that that person could pick me up when I was ready (He had just broken his phone)...after paying to get both my nails and toes done, I asked if I could use the phone to contact my ride. I was told I had to ask someone around me and that I couldnt use their phone because it was for business only....mind you, I was just a paying customer a moment ago and felt very uncomfortable that they would suggest I ask another one of their customers to use their phone! Finally after asking at least 3 times (very embarrassing) the same worker got her cell phone and let me use it. (I just used it once even though my ride didnt answer). I just walked to the mall where I knew the person was....so yeah they will never get my money again. Definitely could have been avoided. I could see if I was just walking in off the street asking to use the phone and I hate to say it, but had I been white they wouldnt have given me such a hard time. F you guys;) If anyone is looking for new nail techs, I would suggest Loveland Nail salon! Check out their reviews...they even provide liners for their pedi foot bowls!

I have been getting shellac done for over a year at another nail salon. I went to Deluxe Nail Spa because my regular salon was too busy. HUGE mistake on my part. They did the shellac very quickly and it had all come off within 7 days. I went back to the salon and they told me since it was no longer on my nails that they could not do anything about it. The lady that did it for me was even there and knew I was just in and they refused to help me. They are all about the money. Horrible quality and customer service! Dont go there when you have so many other choices in Omaha!

Delux nails in Omaha was the worst service ever! Told me 15min wait time. After 20min I was moved to a pedicure chair and then the lady never returned. She completely forgot about me and then proceeded to help another walk-in who arrived 30min after me. 40min later, still no service. A complete waste of time! Headed over to Loveland nails, was taken care of instantly and offered something to drink. What a difference in customer service.

You will be discriminated if you are a person of color! I was the only person asked to pay before my services was completed....no one else....just me. They then stated it was policy but was no where written or found. The white woman next to me got the same thing but she stated she was not asked to pay before. Coincidence?.....yea ok.....

The service was slow, I waited at the pedicure station until my water went cold, and the male manicurist made my daughter bleed from the cuticles.My daughter didnt want to make a big fuss so she went through with the manicure and the not-so-gentlemanly manicurist started talking down to my 14 year old daughter. I complained and then the lady who was giving me a pedicure started talking down to me.Needless to say that I lost what little patience and grace I had left and told the girls to pack it up because we were leaving. The man tried to make me pay for spotty work and called me a B****. Well, I did say that I lost my grace, didnt I. I left soon after i gave them a piece of my mind.Remember, that it is never okay for a manicurist to make you bleed at any salon.

Terrible experience. Worst manicure Ive ever recieved. I walked in and the ladies were rude an the told me to sit at a station. Ther was garbage at the station, and the towel was dirty. The man was overly ruffe filing my nails and cause me to bleed. He put my acrylics on lopsided, and didnt even glue them down all the way. He left half of my cuticles uncut and was complaining abou the shape that I wanted my nails. They over charged me, and refused to acknowledge my coupon. Will never go back, honestly its a hell hole.
