I heard of Hand of Gold through a boutique I really like and decided to give them a try, but Im very disappointed with the quality of the Gel Manicure I got. I got it done on Thursday and by Saturday the polish started to peel off. The execution was very messy due to running out of supplies and my nail color ended up with a bunch of little air bubbles instead of a smooth finish and doesnt look professionally done. I get a gel manicure elsewhere every two weeks and I never had this issue. They ask for a hold on your card for the appointment and my credit card was charged twice for the same service. I called Hand of Gold so I could let them know, but their phone is out of service. Im sure the extra charge will get credit back to my account. I enjoyed the hand massage and the moisture hand treatment was good. I wish them the best, but I wont be returning.

Everytime I go to get my nails done, its an amazing experience!
