I got my nails done here last week, 3 nails have already fell off. Ive getting my nails done since I was 15, Im not from here and I just wanted to try a new place. 30$ for a full set, their charging too much for what they offer in my opinion. They feel cheap and came off in a week. Do not recommend. And I have a slight infection on my thumb from this set. I dont bite my nails theyre just short I cut them down before I get them done.

Positive - young lady did a great job on pedicure! I gave a good tip, paying $80 total.Negative - Ms. Julie did my manicure special in a hurry. I returned the next day because my polish began to peel off. She fixed two fingers and another peeled before I could get home.

Awful, just awful. If I could, I wouldn’t give any stars! They had their 13 year old do my pedicure! No joke. I’m not sure she even trimmed my toenails. Hand any 13 year old toe nail trimmers and see how well they do that and pick dead skin off around your toes. The massage was ABOUT a minute long, the warm towels were on for maybe a minute as well and she even painted my toe nails. This is by far the worst experience with a pedicure I have ever had in 10 years! To top it off, there were 3 adults there! 1 working on another 2 customers while the female painted her own nails and the male sat and watched a sports game on his phone! Ridiculous!

If I could give no stars I would. I feel bad for the woman running the salon but I can’t say nothing. I went in and she was the only one working. Her husband kept coming in making comments on her Asian heritage. It was awkward so I kept trying to talk to her and the ladies waiting in the salon. I asked for a stiletto full set. I said if she wasn’t comfortable with that I’d be happy with a regular long nail. She assured me that she was fully capable. I ended up with nails like I’ve never had before. They were all different lengths and shapes. They were almond on most I guess? It was such an awful experience. I ended up disputing the charge with my bank after my nails started popping off less than two weeks later. I’ve never had a full set of new nails just pop off. They didn’t break they came right off. Also, my shellac started peeling after a week. I totally empathize that they’re struggling. However, I went there expecting to have something to at least get me a week of having my nails done. Please go in with limited expectations. She may be able to do other things that I didn’t ask for. I don’t know. My experience was just not good.

My friend and I decided to go get our nails done on a break at work. When we got in the salon, we had to wait a little bit to be seen which was fine. I got to get my manicure first. When she was removing my old nail polish and filing down my nails, she cut the nails even though I asked her repetitively not to. She continuously told me that the nail will grow faster if it’s cut all to the same length. Not only is this a blatant lie, as the nail grows from the cuticle, and the length of my existing nails have nothing to do with how fast my nails will grow, but she cut the nails even though I asked her not to at lest five times. My nails take an extremely long time to grow, as they are very weak, and it took months to get them to the length that I had them. Then she didn’t even file them into a decent shape. Just left the corners curved like I had them before, and the rest of the nail squared. I had to ask her 3 different times to round my nails out.When she was putting the polish on, I noticed it wasn’t the color I had asked for and told her she grabbed the wrong color. She said she didn’t so I showed her the book where I found the color. The numbers didn’t match and neither did the color names. She chose to then tell me she didn’t have the color I wanted, and that “this color will look the same”. She then continued to paint my nails and at the end asked me if I liked them. I told her I hated them. She found a different color that matched my original color almost identically.Now that the manicure is done, I’m picking shellac nail polish off of my cuticles. She did an extremely poor job filing the nails, and my nails keep catching on everything.I will NEVER return to this nail salon. The people were rude, and the service was horrible.

Love going here! NT is the lady I go too. She is sooo good at doing nails! She can create almost any designs! And they stay open til 9pm. Park by upstairs younkers it’s closer.

Used to love this place until i got a very bad infection in my hand and was hospitalized over night because of my manicure i got at this place. Recently i had went in to get a full set of acrylics and the man doing my nails didnt understand what shape i wanted and my nails were very uneven, varying in thickness also. He even filed part of my skin off with the electric file because he wasnt even looking at what he was doing. He was a nice guy, but didnt seem to have much experience. The employees here seem to rush on every customer, and always make you sit down at a station and you end up waiting 30 min for a tech to even assist you.

Ive been going here for several years. They always treat me professionally, and they do a great job on my nails! Love chrome #4!

A 12 year old girl did my cousins toes and it was the worst pedicure I’ve ever seen! Way worse than my boyfriend can do. In a huge hurry the entire time. Worst nail place in Omaha easily

I go here all the time when I am in town. There are 2 techs I normally use. They have always done a good job. Ive never had any problems here.

I would NEVER go to this nail salon even if it was my last choice. A friend and I went in to get pedicures around 645 7. They dont close until 9, so that is plenty of time to get a pedicure. We both chose the citrus pedicure which was $35 dollars and took around 30 minutes to complete. One of the ladies started on my friend right away and I had to wait until one of the techs was finished on another customer while another man stood around. It kind of felt like he didnt want to do the pedicure so he made the other girl do it because he finished the set of nails on the other customer while my tech came and did my pedicure. It was VERY rushed. She made rude side comments to me about my feet. Which they just needed a cut down. My friend asked her tech to fix a nail that was clearly smudged and she made it worse. Didnt fix it, just put some more clear polish on it. I didnt leave a good tip because the whole experience was TERRIBLE. While we were leaving the tip they stood over us like Hawks seeing what kind of money we were going to leave them. Then I look at my bank account today and they gave themselves an extra 9 dollars, giving them a $10 tip. Thats the last time I try a new nail salon!!!!

They did a good job on my pedicure but they ruined my nails I had one loose they just glued it back on they put the nailpolish on to thick and the nail polish peeled off they didnt do anything about that green on nails I am very upset I had to go to a different salon to get them fixed

Place was terrible they rushed and every nailed lifted before the next visit which was very expensive to not last. Never again

I got my nails done here and the girl did it really fast and it wasn’t good.it also came of before I even got home.

Kept peeling acrylic off of the skin around the nails. even after consistent complaining the lady didnt do anything. Left me in between the process to grab another customer. when I complained, she just asked a male friend to put the nail paint for the customer. To which, his reaction was, who me? which showed that theyre definitely not professional people. Also, realized later that she tried to overcharge me. Today is just the 3 rd day of getting my nails done and theyre already chipping off.overall horrible experience. poor sanitation, unwilling, unfriendly and inexperienced staff. DONT EVER GO TO PLACE!!. I wouldnt even give one star but for the sake of the review getting published i am doing so. DONT EVER GO TO CHIC NAILS at Oakview Mall.

I am so disgusted with not only the service I was provided, but also with how they acted when I went back to talk to them about the issues I was having.....2 DAYS LATER.Beginning with the initial visit: I walked in and asked how long it would take for a full set and was told 30 minutes with a 5 minute wait. Sat there for about 8 minutes and she heard me tell my friend we were going to leave so she sat me at a station, filed my nails down in prep for my full set, and then left to go work on her other client. About a minute later another woman sat down and started filing again. I told her it had already been done and she looked at me and continued anyways. I pulled my hand away because she wasnt listening to me so the original woman told her she had filed already. So she put all the white tips on and got up And walked away, in what seemed to be a posse off mood. She went and sat at her actual station and just sat there on her phone. So Im now stuck sitting there with tips on my nails and no one working on me while Im on a time limit. About 5 minutes goes by and they tell me to move to aanother station for a THIRD person to do my nails. She began clipping them to my desired length and then the powder application.this was by far the SLOPPIEST nail service I have ever experienced. I was peeling acrylic off of my skin throughout the entire thing. You would think she would take a hint but NOPE. She gets to the part where shes files them down to not be so thick, and drilled into my skin making me bleed a good 3 times. I pulled away the second time and told her it burned and she got mad about it. At this point Im realizing I shoi ld have left after the second woman tried to file me down again and wouldnt listen. At the end of the service they looked okay with the exception of two nails that were attached to my skin ABOVE my cuticle. Im thinking okay I can file that down I just want to het out of here. This is what I get for going to a place in the mall. So the next day two of my nails start lifting a little. And the day after thay I have a nail pop off because I put my shoe on. Day after that another nail comes off while applying my lipstick before work.I went in and asked for my money back and what I got was the final woman who worked on my nails SCREAMING IN MY FACE. LITERALLY SCREAMING AT ME. THEN he coworker tries to calm her down and they start screaming at each other WITH CLIENTS IN THERE. At this point I am appalled. I was nothing but nixe the entire time, even with a 4foot woman in my face screaming. They told me to wait so I continued to wait by the front, quietly as I had been the whole time. I thought maybe they were going to refuse me or something. No. THEY CALLED SECURITY ON ME. I was going to post pictures here on this review but I guess its no available to do.DO NOT GO HERE FOr THE LOVE OF ALL THINGS HOLY. DONT.

Worst experience ever. I went to get my nails done and they had a 12 year old helped me! She couldnt even glue the nail she tried har for about 15 minutes until I said it was enough. I was there for an hour and they didnt do anything to my nails.

I go here regularly. They are very friendly and accommodating.

This is not a good nail salon to go to. My manicurist did not used sanitized tools. She cut my skin and didn’t do that well on the gel polish application. I would not go here again for a nail service.

I just got my nails done yesterday (2/09/17) and it was very rushed and parts of my nails arent even painted. There is also a huge gap between where my real nails start and the arylic begin... very disappointed.

Poor service. Rude tech. Had to paint them myself because the tech ran out of time. Offered to have me come back later. Nails starting chipping and breaking off within 3 days.

Got a full set done less than 4 days ago and they are already falling off. They are rude and unsanitary. (red/brown stains on towels, dirty work stations). Never going again !
