Annie and Tany are friendly, professional and very attentive to your experience here. Not sure where all these bad reviews are coming from. I am a 3 years regular here and I have always enjoyed my time in here.If you ask to fix any issues they will do it. But if you don’t say anything leaving unhappy how do you expect them to fox it?I’m just saying.Highly recommend this place.Always clean too. I just love how cute this place is I always leave very relaxed. :)
I went to American Nails and Spa for the first time for dipped nails. I was sent out the door with the worst nails I have ever had and was very disappointed. Every nail was crooked. The ends were not rounded or smooth. The tops of the nails were thick and bumpy. The edges of my nails were rough and some were missing big spots of color. My thumb nails ended up being shorter than the nail I came in with after the nail extension was applied. I left with glue all over my nails and both of my thumbs were so sore from the excessive grinding directly on my own nail. I had another nail tech try to fix them but they were too far gone. I should not have been allowed to leave with the nails I received. Very unprofessional job.
Horrible customer service. The lady at the front said they could do a certain style. So I go my toes to match. Then the tech said no she can’t do it. I like my nails and toes to match. They wanted to charge me $20 for the color change. Maybe the front desk should ask a tech before saying yeah they can do it. Then the lady Tammy doing my toes just would push & pull on my feet where she wanted em to go. So much for relaxing. Then the lady doing my toes asked if I wanted my toes ombré. Shocked I was like you can do that? She says no. So why even ask? I did end up loving my pink & white Ombré though. But yeah. Ask a tech before saying yes. ‘ fix your mistake. Without charging $20. First pic what I wanted 2nd pic what I got. Love them but not my toes. I feel they should make it right. But whatever. I honestly want to give 0 stars. Yes
Enjoyed their ultimate pedicure. Felt really pampered and enjoyed my time there.
Waiting over an hour past advanced-scheduled appointments is unacceptable. Please reconsider your business scheduling strategy, including upfront communication to clients. This was supposed to be a fun treat for my mom and 5 year old daughter. I scheduled appointments so we could didn’t have to wait. A little wait is understandable—over an hour not understandable. I appreciate the apologies and warming of water. It’s still too long of wait!
I tried a new salon as my usual salon was closed for the holiday weekend. The pedicure I received was mediocre at best. The polish was not smooth and was on my skin. I ended up getting an ingrown nail, which never happens to me. I felt like it was rushed and the finished product was evidence of that. The facility is nice and updated.
Am Nails always provides courteous, professional, and wonderful service. The facility is immaculate and the technicians are very knowledgeable.
The only compliant was the wait. We had 5:00 appointments, but still had to wait over half an hour. Actual pedicure service was very nice.
My best friend and I had an appointment at 6:00 and were were waiting up front until about 6:20-6:30 and our technicians didn’t even come over until it was closer to 7. What made us even more upset is that there were other people that got there after us but were helped before we were. Another thing that was upsetting is what seemed to be the manager kept coming over to us and saying 2-3 more minutes and then someone will be right over to get started on your nails but when I’m reality it was another 10-15 and possibly 20 minutes until our technicians came. On top of of of this my technician was rushing on my nails so I ended up with bumps and uneven nails on my dip powder. Also when she used the electric file she got really close to my cuticle and made it bleed pretty bad which hurt so bad that I winced and she did even bother to ask if I was okay let alone apologize.
I LOVE LUCY!!! SHES THE GREATEST!!! MY FEET NEVER FELT SO GOOD AFTER I HAD LUCY TUNE THEM UP!!! GO SEE LUCY!! YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!RJOMAHA NEBRASKA
I came back in here today--first time in a couple of years and had an awesome experience! The remodeling that was recently completed is beautiful also! Ill be back!
Ellie did my nails for my graduation this weekend and did an amazing job!! I am super happy with them and they are super cute :))
I received a dip manicure with tips, and as he service was super speedy it was not good quality or clean, and it was some what painful. As you can see by my pictures they left glue and gunk under my nails and I had dip powder and polish stuck to my skin. The tech doing my nails was very aggressive and actually took off a glued tip when filing my nails and went over my skin with the electric file multiple times.I have been there in the past and this has not always been my experience but this time was horrendous.
DONT go to American Nail if you get acrylic nails!! They have made me wait 40 mins WITH an appointment, each 3 times!! Ive had to come back & get my nails fixed 3 times bc 4 of them broke (from simple things like opening a door & putting shoes on). This place is ridiculous!
I had their monthly special for a pedicure and manicure, i also requested a full acrylic set. My pedicure was fine, my nails however i am not happy with. The consistency in the acrylic is awful, they are thick on some sides and super thin on the other, even the paint job is horrible. There was paint all over the sides of my fingers and none in some spots on the nail itself. I paid for a manicure and she didnt even do one, she literally just put a full set of nails on and that was it. No cuticle care, hand wraps nothing! I am not surprised, this seems to be the quality of work that they produce every time i come in. For spending what i did and over an hour of my time i am super disappointed.
Terrible service and did not get what i paid for. All they did for me and the other 5 people that came with me was clip our nails and toenails and slap nailpolish ontop. Slightly aggressive with our hands and feet. They never massaged any of our feet, calves, or hands like we expected because thats part of what we paid for. Total waste, definetly do not recommend it.
Polite, professional, quick service. Friendly staff. Relaxing massage chairs. Definitely recommend for a mani/pedi!
Can I just say I am BEYOND disappointment and upset with how I was treated and the service received today getting my nails done. I had a gift certificate from Christmas. It was for a Mani/Pedi. I asked right when I got there if I could upgrade my Mani to a shellac manicure. I was told no, I would have to pay full price. Sounds off, but okay. Then when I went back to get my nails done, the technician asked if I wanted to upgrade. I explained to her I didnt have the funds to do so. To which she responds well the polish is just going to peel in 2 days then. She proceeds to do my nails very quickly. The polish didnt even cover a few of my nails. I had to ask her to fix my thumb. She didnt clean the nail off prior to applying polish and now there are pieces of cuticle under the polish. Not to mention my nails are filed awkwardly at an angle and polish left on my skin and round my nails. I saved this for a special occasion and now I feel like I should just remove it because they look silly. Will NEVER be going back to American Nails & Spa.
I went to American Nails & Spa with my two teenage girls and we all left so disappointed & very frustrated. We waited a long time after being told it would only take 30 mins. I understand places get busy but no one ever checked in with us. Once we got called & our water set up, by the time they actually came over feet were wrinkled & water was freezing. My tech came first & didn’t even offer to warm up my water. She put a towel on my lap & started on my hands first. All she did was file my nails which are not very long to begin with, all the way down to the skin. I was literally in tears because I had grown them out. She put cuticle softener on my hands, clip around my cuticles then rinsed my hands with freezing cold water to add to the already freezing water on my feet, then painted them. Didn’t push my cuticles back or anything else. There are spots of unpainted nail on the sides of some nails & polish on my cuticles. When she started on my feet she didn’t ask if I wanted them clipped & just started clipping away. Some so short that she cut my skin & I jumped really hard. She didn’t even ask if I was ok. She was super rough & didn’t push my cuticles back on my toes either. My toenails are uneven. One of my girls who has a little darker skin picked yellow for her color. Her tech told her yellow was too bright for her & suggested a different color which is completely unprofessional. My girl said she wanted a darker yellow if they had one. The tech shook her head & made commentary to my nail tech as they both laughed & made my 15yr old feel very embarrassed. She too got her nails filed so low, one was bleeding. They are uneven & the paint job is terrible as well. Same with her toes, they were filled down almost to nothing. My 16yr old who has long nails got treated the same. She asked for her nails to be filled to the same length. Her nails are uneven. Some round & some square. It took 5 mins for her manicure & her paint job on her left foot is terrible. When I checked out, the lady asked if everything was ok. I told her no & she didn’t even bother to ask why. Her next question was, “Are you leaving a tip?” I have never felt so upset with a service in my life and will not be back.
I have visited American Nails many times and have always been pleased with my experience. I called to make an appointment with my usual nail tech and learned that she had moved, so I just made an appointment with whoever was available. I had my nails done on Monday. On Tuesday I had a nail split and on Thursday another.I love that they give out warranty cards! Especially when things like this happen. I went in today (Friday) to have my two nails fixed by the same nail tech that had done my nails on Monday. The results were rather disappointing.American Nails has been my favorite nail salon in town. Not sure if I will visit again and request a different tech or if I will search for another, maybe less expensive, place.I gave three stars because Im usually very pleased with my experience here, my old nail tech would converse with me not the other techs and she did a great job. My last two visits were just disappointing compared to before.I attached some pictures of the repair of my thumb nail... just disappointing.
Love it. The place is fabulous and they treat you like royalty.
This is the most amazing nail salon I have ever been to! I have been to other salons before where the technicians are yelling across the salon, they are sleeping in the pedicure chairs upon my arrival or they are more worried about talking to their neighbors instead of paying attention to myself. American Nails is so professional, I have never experienced any of the negatives, it is all positive. I sometimes have to wait a little bit, but it is well worth it. I’m always greeted with a smile, it is so clean and the employees are constantly sanitizing. They have renovated and expanded, it is so beautiful and modern. I just sat in their new pedicure chairs, they are so relaxing. My nails have never been stronger with the dipping powder, they have so my colors to choose from. Everyone In the salon is wearing masks, I feel so safe here and well taken care of.
I got tips with pink powder and they charged $55. They say it costs $10 just to get tips. The whole container of tips doesnt cost $10. I have been getting my nails done for 10+ years and have never paid $10 extra just for tips. I generally get pink and white. They only have two people that can do pink and white. Pink and white is more work than just simply using pink powder yet somehow costs less. I will not be going back. They have a new girl up front that is always sassy and makes everything difficult. They have very poor customer service.Niki does my shellac pedicure and is amazing.
I went in for a Shellac manicure. The front desk was friendly and we were seated quickly. However, the nail tech was hurried and not so friendly. I told her I had nail wraps on currently and she used a rough file to take them off until she realized she was scraping up my skin and making me bleed. She switched to nail polish remover for the other hand. She did say sorry but you can tell she was annoyed she had to take the nail wraps off but they come off easily with nail polish remover when I take them off at home. Other than her attitude and my injury, I liked the color and shape of my nails. I’ll try them one more time.
I always appreciate how clean, friendly, and relaxing my experience is here. I had a mani/pedi done and Emily did an amazing job! The front desk personnel was as always very friendly and accommodating. Nancy made sure the water temperature was just right and the pedi chair was positioned to fit comfortably.
First time there . Very warm, friendly and professional ! Will definitely go back again !
This why I gave 2 stars, they kept telling me my nails were short ( yes duh). Then kept telling my daughter she need get shellac with her acrylics ( 20.00 more). I kept saying no thank you, but she kept telling my daughter in a week they are going to look bad. They wouldn’t take no for an answer it became uncomfortable. Won’t go again.
I love this place so much. Every time I go there I am always greeted with a smile and a friendly hello. Since they opened back up I have recently visited and the place looks amazing. They have sneeze guards at every station including the front desk and have wipes for you right when you walk in. I never had to worry about anything there because they were so sanitary. If you go I recommend Emily. She is American and loves to have a conversation with you and makes you feel welcomed. She is a bit on the slower side but I didn’t mind because I am getting my money’s worth and I get to stay away from the kids longer lol. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to relax and have amazing looking nails
Love American Nails & Spa. Their very courteous, genuine and provide great customer service.
They did a great job on my nails, and in between steps asked me if I was happy with it so far. Very affordable.I really appreciate their seven day warranty.
I made an appointment and got right in. The nail technician was very professional.
American nails is hands down my favorite salon in town. From the front desk staff to the nail techs, I couldnt ask for better.Being a business owner myself, rapport is very important to me when it comes to where I will be spending my time and money. American nails has just that. When I walk in the door they call me by name and get me right in.I couldnt ask for better!
Jiana-they do good with the nails and fine with the toes they burned me with the hot rocks...35-40 min wait the price is a little over priced
I have been here twice for manicures and have tried to pedicure there. The person that I had today tried to shortcut removing my gel Polish she would walk off and not tell me to switch my hand in the dryer. Im sorry I inconvenienced her today
The ladies there are so nice
I really like going to American Nails and I always get great service, but my last visit was a little concerning. There is a hand sanitizing station and posters about COVID precautions in place right inside the doorway. Unfortunately, there were several employees not adhering to the guidelines by wearing masks.
I felt really unsafe while inside. Masks are required, but most of the employees either didn’t have theirs on, had them pulled down so their nose was exposed, or all the way down to their chins. Just something to be aware of!
Fast and communicative 💚Will visit again!
I’ve been going here for several years now. This is really the best place to get a mani-pedi in Omaha. They’re very kind and exceptional at all the services they offer. They always do a great job and make me feel like an important guest when I’m there. The relaxing atmosphere’s soothing, while the massage chairs complete the spa experience.😊I highly recommend Cassie. She’s got just the right touch, and is always pleasant, warm and hospitable. If you’re wanting pampered, you can bet you will be! She’ll take great care of you!☺️Great Job American Nails & Spa!!! You’re right on target!!!
Love getting my nails done here! The shellac mani/pedi is my favorite. So relaxing and my nails looks so pretty! Cant wait to try their new bar service! I bring my Goddaughter on occasion and she loves the pampering. The ladies here are friendly and quick to get me in even when I dont make an appointment. Also very very clean! Great place!
Everytime that I have been to this salon Ive never left disappointed!! Ive always called ahead to schedule an appointment and have not had to wait more then a few minutes to be seated for a pedicure. Today was no different my tech Jolie was amazing and professional did an amazing job on my tired and ache feet. Got a design, showed her a picture of my dress, she did a beautiful design and I love it! my feet feel and look amazing! Couldnt be happier with the quality of the work being done at American nails and spa! Thank you
Found this place recently, we get his and hers pedis every two weeks here now. Prices are average, place is clean and modern, staff is friendly, pedis are great! Wish theyd do a bit more massage on the legs, its the only thing I miss about the place we used to go
Love the atmosphere and they do a great job. I wouldve gave them a five star but the last time I went in the girl that did my nails did not do the design that I showed her and I left unhappy.
I went to Americans nails and spa to get my nails and toes done for the first time. I was very impressed and very satisfied. They taking time to do it right and they’re very professional. The lady was doing my nails was very friendly, knowledgeable and her experience show the outcome. Her name is Kelli and the whole time I was there we talked, we have fun and I really love the way my nails looks. I will recommend this lady and the salon to everyone I know. I will definitely going back to see her again. Fun place to be.Thanks
Gone down hill. I’m so very disappointed in this place now. I paid $48 to be “pampered” with a manicure. The nail technician didn’t say 2 words to me, acted annoyed to be helping me. Did my nails- not in any pampering way at all- several times she was so rough it hurt. Then- no massage, no lotion, nothing. Just “You’re done.” 2 words. It was the most awkward encounter ever- and I felt like I needed to apologize that I bothered her. That is definitely my LAST visit there. Waste of 48 hard earned dollars. /sighs.
Best nail salon in town!
My mother and I pampered ourselves before the new year, and we enjoyed are time. The lady was a little rough but other than that I enjoyed my pampering.
Not impressed. Friendly front desk staff & quick seating with technicians, but wouldn’t recommend shellac manicures for the money. First manicure chipped in
This company is Amazing. Ive always gotten the best customer service experience that anyone can ask for. The staff is pleasant, very professional, and hospitality is great. I cant see myself going anywhere else.
Appalled! I got a $45 dip manicure done by Jenny and it didn’t even last 3 days! If I wanted a rushed manicure where I’m told they don’t have a dusty rose color and the color I do pick lasts less than a week.... I’d do my own nails. My last dip manicure at a salon farther from my house lasted 5 weeks and cost half of what this one did... I will never go back. Also Jenny spent half the 15 minutes I sat at her station on the phone instead of doing my nails.
Most expensive 20 minute pedicure I have had. I literally had my feet soaked in water, the shellac on my toes peeled off (not soaked off), then the new color put on. After slapping lotion on they put 2 hot towels on my legs. Luckily they only kept them on for a couple seconds because one towel was so hot I thought it was going to blister my toe. Staff was nice but I don’t think the work is worth the price.
Wanted to try a new nail salon...Went in on sunday, paid $55 for a shellac full set, 3 days later 2 of my nails are completely chipped. There was a air pocket in one of the nails and the polish is coming off. When picking a color, i felt rushed by the what looked like a manager. First experience was not good....
The worst pedi I’ve ever had! Definitely not worth the money
This has become my favorite nail salon, when I book an appointment I’m always seen right away and Ellie is the best nail tech. She’s always willing to talk to me and catch up when I come in. Very professional environment.
Usually when I come here it’s not extremely bad but it’s some level of bad, however this last time I came in I only was getting my acrylics soaked off. Given that they were attentive and friendly I’d give them the on star. Where they lost it was the nail tech didn’t even get all of the acrylic off. I still have about half on every single nail, which in turn has given them a very unhealthy look and made them look very thick. Do NOT come here even for a soak off. I know I’m finding a new salon for myself.
I have been to this salon about 5 times now. The staff is friendly and they are good at their art. I recommend this nail salon and spa to everyone.
Dip poorly done.
I paid $52 for the ultimate pedicure for the extra massaging after running a half marathon. The front girls sold me on it due to the extra massaging. The lady who did my pedicure acted in such a rush and was so worried about getting my done... mind you it started 2 hours prior to them closing. She rushed and was more worried about leaving work for the night. She did not massage me at all. She barely used the hot stones. I asked her twice to rub harder and she didnt apply any pressure and just rubbed oil on my skin. Might as well have gone to a place where pedicure are $20 for what I got. Also, the paint started chipping 2 days after my pedicure because she didnt paint them fully. I was very disappointed in everything.
Went in to see my regular girl. She does a great job and is friendly. Well she was on vacation. So I settled for other girls. I had 2 different people doing my nails and all the second girl did is complain about having to do my nails because I like them long. I will go back for my regular girl but only her. Then I was gonna have my 9 year old daughters nails painted and they forgot. I told them in the beginning about both of us. My little girl was so disappointed but she understood why I had to leave. They didnt even offer me anything for being unhappy!
Last month I walked in for a pedicure and a dip. I waited 90 minutes. I knew I would have a wait as a walk in but as it approached the 60 minute mark I finally spoke up and said something to the receptionist about the wait. She said “Oops looks like they didn’t write you down.” I then waited another 30 minutes for a slot. This month I came prepared. I called 4 days ahead and got an appointment for today. After waiting for 35 minutes past my appointment time and seeing 3 other people served before me I finally left. I won’t be back.
This is my go-to nail place for shellac and pedicures. I have tried other salons in Omaha and have been incredibly disappointed. I go Monday-Wednesday during Shellac happy hour and love the one-week warranty card they give you. Ive only had to use it once in two years! Usually shellac is good for two weeks but I can go almost three before the grow-out has to be taken care of.
Visited this establishment about two weeks ago with my sister and her husband for a relaxing pedicure. I was not disappointed, the experience was awesome. Not only was it relaxing, but I was able to enjoy a nice conversation with one of the women whom work here; I believe her name is Raz.Everyone was warm and welcoming. If Im ever in Omaha again, I will visit here again.
This is not just a nail salon this is my second home! I’m here all the time and every time I walk through the door I always feel very welcomed! Jenna is the BOMB! Nancy and Iman are so nice and warm hearted! If anyone wants to be pampered this is the place to be! ASK FOR JENNA!
Anne is amazing. Really its hard to find a nail tech you wont like. This is a professionally run nail salon. Come in and relax for an hour you wont be disappointed.
My daughter and I went for the 1st time to celebrate her 22nd birthday. Got a mani/pedi. Everyone was so friendly and we left with beautiful nails. Love the way the salon is set up. We will definitely be back!
Went here for the first time and waited about 30 minutes to be seated(Even after calling ahead). My nails were rushed and she only did one coat and said it looks natural, its better. Do not recommend
I will never go here agian really bad first experience I have never got my nails done never in my life I had Ellie and she was very very rough and hard with my nails she filed my real nail so much that my nail started bleeding I had to cut my acrylic off today after I spent 103 dollars on them after I got them yesterday
I have gotten many pedicures from here, and they have all been great until the past couple times. I suffer from ingrown toe nails, and I always mention to them that I have them and to be very careful. Well the past couple times they have completely disregarded that message. One time it hurt so bad afterward I could barely walk. I have also tried to get acrylic nails done here a couple times and those are awful as well. After a week of having them they started coming off. One time I asked for a simple design on my nails, and was told that she could not do it. She didnt even bother to find someone else that might be able to do it, and she was very rude. After the last time I complained, and never heard anything back. The customer service is awful, and the prices are very high. For what they charge you would expect better customer service.
Diane is the best!!!! You do an awesome job! Considering I posted that a year ago. Its a shame I have to change my review considering the last two times I have been there once in March with my daughters and once by myself in April the service has gotten terrible and feel rushed.
Visited salon while in town. Technician didnt ask before cutting down nails nor did she ask the shape. It was the fastest, sloppiest manicure I have ever had. Four days later, gel is peeling. The other ladies I was with had similar poor service.
The pedi wasnt great. The Mani, all I asked for was my cuticles to be trimmed. I had showed my nails the way I like them already because no one can get it right. She started filling and now some have rounded corners on one side and less rounded on the other. I like them straight across. Now I either make them shorter trying to fix what she did or let them grow a week looking all uneven and them even them up.
Friendly staff and great service! I will be back!!!!
AMAZING! Emily is the best! Takes such detail and pride with her work, and is personable! Love this place!!!!
The staff was very nice, But DO NOT get waxing done here. They are not aestheticians. The nail techs do your wax. I had a face wax yesterday and I have 7 areas that she ripped the skin off my face. It bled and is so painful. There are also red patchy and areas all over my face, more than in a normal wax. She was just so aggressive. In addition, I found a huge glop of wax at the base of my hair line on my neck. Of course there was no easy way to get that out, with out MORE pain. Stick to nails with these guys...
Great customer service! Great people! Thank you RaZz for making my toes pretty!!!
I love going here.
Just got a signature manicure and pedicure with Susan and felt like I completely wasted my money. She was very rough, did not do a good job filing or shaping my nails or removing my cuticles, and just scrubbed my hands and feet instead of massaging them. She also “cleaned” the cups she used by cleaning them in the dirty pedicure water and reusing then. When we told the girl in the front desk that we were not happy with Susan’s work and were unsatisfied, she just shrugged and said sorry. So much for customer service. This was my first time here, and I definitely won’t be going back. If you want a nice, relaxing, good manicure and pedicure definitely don’t go to American Nails and Spa.
Taylor did my pedicure today, and she did an amazing job. I will be back and reccomend to my friends and family!
Great hospitality-welcoming walk ins - great service
Loved getting my nails done here. Totally recommend going to Roz especially.
Always love going here since it opened. Nancy is the owner and always very personable. Also Emon is very nice too.
I was in on 7/21/18. I was told my wait would be 25 minutes at 40 minutes I asked how much longer and then was finally taken back about 10 minutes later. My pedicure went fine and I wore open toed shoes there so they placed the spacers on my toes and then polished. When they were done I sat for over 15 minutes under the light then left at 2:46 to drive to NFM to meet my sister. I did not get home until almost 6 did a few things around the house and then sat down and put a blanket over my legs as it was chilly in the house when I got up I noticed I still hadnt removed the spacers from the pedicure and went to remove them then I noticed that all my toes were ruined by the blanket. It had been almost 4 hours since they had polished my toes and they still had not dried. $58 dollars for a pedicure wasted. I dont know if they thin down the polish so much it would never dry or what.
DONT GO HERE! I asked for medium length and coffin shape and they gave me as long as my natural nails and rounded square, i have cuts around my fingers oh and i waited an hour and a half they kept on saying ten more minutes, twenty more minutes, ten more minutes and i asked for white and she put pink on my finger and tried to cover it up! DONT GO!!!!!
I am not one to ever leave a review but if I can help someone else from having such an awful experience, I will. My friends and I went to have pedicures which I will say the ladies that did the pedicures were very nice and professional. We frequently get our nails done so I can say that I speak from experience when I say that a pedicure should last longer than 3 days. We went on a Friday after work and by Monday morning they were already chipping. I called into the salon and let them know what has going on and they said to come in and they would fix them for free. Upon showing up one of the girls at the front desk informed me that they would not fix the pedicure as there is no guarantee. I work in customer service and I can say the tone and mannerisms she used is unacceptable. Horrible pedicures and horrible customer service, spend your money elsewhere!
Im very happy with my nails! They do a great job.
Hands down the best Salon with such reasonable prices! The interior is just relaxing with such excellent nail technicians. They have such wonderful manicure and pedicure.
They have always done a great job everytime I go!
Very good at what they do and nice employees and environment.
Its not always bad but this time around they told us it would be half an hour. A group of 3 girls came about half an hour later without an appointment, were told it would be 45 minutes but were seated 10 minutes later. At about an hour wait, we asked how much longer. They said we were next (guessing ten minutes after we pressed for an actual measurement of time for an answer). So we asked about the group seated earlier and we were told well I didnt seat them. It was a frustrating waste of an hour.
I’ve gone here several times before, and have always been happy with what I walk out with. However, like most people, I really only have something to say online when it’s negative. But I HAVE to share my amazing and positive experience, which is probably the first time I’ve ever done so. ever. My experience was so fantastic that I am literally compelled to share. My work Christmas party is in two days and I needed a pedicure and a spray tan. My 4 year old daughter began talking about my plans a few days ago; she was so excited, so naturally I had to bring her. She’s never had a pedi before because she’s 4, and screams like a banshee when you mention clipping her toenails so why would I bring her before today?! I had a lapse in judgment and thought she was ready, because again, she couldn’t stop talking about it. I had prepped her about the “foot bath” but I should have saved my breath because when we got in and sat in our luxurious chairs, she thought it was a good time to throw a fit. Also, not the easiest to reach over to try and help her when you’re getting your legs massaged and you’re on the brink of a micronap. The staff (several people) could not have been more accommodating. They helped her, brought her fancy pillows, and because she’s her mother’s daughter - none of it worked.I would have been ready to show us the door if it were me behind that counter, but they didn’t. They made my night a million times easier, reduced my stress and I even squeezed out a spray tan.Thank you American Nails, you seriously made my night.
Best place to get pedicure sometimes they go fast which messes up the experience but overall good
