Really enjoyed the services and conversation with the nail techs. And my church family and daughter who surprised me!!!!

I was a walk in & they got me right in. It was an awesome experience.

A lot of knew employees that do not know what they are doing!! But if you get the owner or the older guy, they are excellent!!

Kim did a really nice job on my nails. I will sure be back in two to three weeks to get them filled. I really like the design the nail tech put on my nails

I always come here and have a good experience. They have 0 class of art when it comes to design. And when they are busy do not stop just schedule a different times because she rushes and have no since of care . When I complained before I left (quietly& privately as possible) and showed her it. She just looked at it clearly terrible and said she had to do it not to hurt. What does glue all over my fingers and a paint job has to do with not hurting me. I am highly upset as I an still here waiting for my ride terrible customer service when busy.

I have been seeing Kim and her staff since 2007. She is amazing and so kind! I have read other negative reviews and have to say I have NEVER seen her or her staff be rude. What I have seen are people walk in unscheduled and demanding attention and then be on their phones while she is trying to do her job. People let their kids run around and be rude while she is running a business. She is a very busy woman and does her very best to see clients as quickly as possible. If you clearly communicate your needs, she always does her best to accommodate you if she can. If you dont make an appointment, be prepared to possibly wait. I highly recommend her as a nail tech and she is great at eyebrows!!!

The owner rushes and she tried to put me in the basin right after a customer 🤮I politely asked her to clean it out, when I should have walked out. She had an attitude about cleaning the basin after using it.... yuck

I do Not recommend . Showed the lady the nail shape i wanted And she shaped them nowhere near what i asked for ... They also don’t have many colors to choose from; then once i chose an Alternative color thinking it was a solid [green] after the lady already had painted like 3 nails i noticed They were changing colors that’s when she told me they were “color changing”....i told her That’s not what i expected She ignored my statement and just CONTINUED painting the rest .... the WORST place ever to get your nails done and SERVICE wise . Don’t waste your money .

Easy to get an appointment at Technicians are professional yet friendly. They are also quite adept at filling the requests I make, such as nails at my preferred length and the shape preferred.

The people are nice, I just came in for a pedicure. I got the deluxe one for $35. She did an okay job with that pedicure came little scented packets. She used the lotion and the put the mud on top of it, she never put it on my feet just the lower part of my legs. Is that how they do that? I thought my feet would get the mask and the lotion too. I felt like it was rushed because people were waiting. I’ve had better pedicures for $20. The blue nail polish was dry and crinkly and dried on my toes like that. I’m sure she noticed it was bad when she was putting it on. The other lady asked me if I like it, I said NO. Vivenne took the polish off and used a different color.They need a better selection of colors and throw the old ones away. I believe most people come there and get shellac or that powder stuff that’s why there’s a limited supply. I will continue to go to the salon closer to my job.

BEEN GOING TO THIS PLACE SINCE I WAS 15... LOVE MS. KIM... SHE WILL DO LONG NAILS FOR JUST ANYONE UNLESS YOUR A REGULAR.

I’m sorry I’m not giving the best review but idk maybe it’s because I regularly go to top nails and they take good care of me and don’t upsale for wanting long coffin shape nails. Also this place put one of the nails on crooked I told him and he said that’s just my nail .. my right nail is not crooked my left nail is a bit but even when I go to top nails they’re able to get my nail straight on my naturally crooked left nail. They’re very friendly people though that’s why I gave them 2 stars

Very professional. Ive tried many places to have my eyebrows done, shes the best. Also, does a great job on nails and pedicures.

The owner is very rude and frankly made me not ever want to return to the business. She acts as if doing eyebrows does not make her money as well. I dont go to the nail salon to get my nails done its a waste of money and damages your real nails not knocking those who do. But if you run a business you should treat everyone the same whether you spend $10 or $50. Good customer service goes a long way. She will never get my business again.

My first experience was absolutely great. It was so great I returned 2 1/2 weeks later. I was so ready for the same good job from before but instead I was rushed and left unsatisfied. My nails were going to be paid for. I just couldnt understand why I still saw last jobs polish on the 2 clear nails I had. To make everyone job easy I wanted a small design to cover up their mistake. Long story short I didnt receive it and will be going back to Z nails and spa on 72nd. I hope you have a better experience than I did.

I have been debating since I left this nail shop on Friday if I should leave a review. The only reason I gave it 2 stars was because of the young man who started my nails. After seeing that I was visibly upset because of how I was being treated because of my size he made conversation with me to lighten the mood. I appreciate his customer service. I was not at all impressed with the lady who works there which is the main reason I went because ppl raved about her. She should probably work on her ppl skills. I felt totally mishandled and will not be back!

Went for the first time because I was referred by a family member to try them out my first experience there everyone was very nice and friendly however Kim did a very rushed job on my nails when I left the nail shop I realized that one of my nails was crooked and the other one was longer than the other I also experience three Nails breaking within a weeks time so I went back in to get them fix she asked me how I broke my nail and I said that they just start popping and lifting right away she got an attitude but still fixed it now the same nail she fixed 2 Days Later broke again I dont know if they are just using cheap stuff or what but I will never return there I will continue to go to Simon at Martini nails never experienced a nail breaking with them so quickly to be exact at all and the type of work I do I use my hands a lot and still never had any issues when I went to Martini Nails I will continue to go there I should have never tried a new place you do get what you pay for they are a little less pricey than most places but they say you get what you pay for and with that being said I would not recommend this place

The lady that does my nails is ride and they rush when they give you a pedi. The young thick guy takes his time giving pedi. Only reason I go there, because its close to my apartment complex.

Rude, rude, rude. Guy who did my pedicure literally insulted me, I called the next day to ask to speak with management and was denied. Besides being disrespected, I spent $70 on a manicure and pedicure that chipped the very next day. I very well could have returned, but I chose not to. This place will never earn my business again.
