I just have to say one thing. the customer service is great. Shawn is great, and his work is completely flawless. One person that showed out is bridget at the front desk, super nice and helpful. I waited a little bit, but it was totally worth it.

I was there for over two hours, picked my colors and stood waiting for a while then the technicians switched half way through and the girl that was helping me first went and helped someone that came in after me while I waiting for the other girl to finish with another person that came in after me. I was also excited to drink while getting my manicure and was not offered anything, not even water. My nails started chipping the next day so it wasn’t even worth waiting all that time for.

Shawn has been my nail technician for about 5 years and he is excellent! From fills, pedicures, eyebrows, and eyelashes, his service is splendid! He is professional and dignified. I have followed Shawn to different shops and I am always impressed when I hear the laughter and chatter in the shop yet Shawn is steadily working with his client. He may smile at the conversations his co-workers are having but rarely will he engage in them. His work is is important to him and my nails are proof! Ask for Shawn!

Had some extra time this afternoon while visiting Omaha. Walked in and they were able to fit our pedicures in quickly. Very sweet front desk. Super nice staff. Loved the heated stones. Highly recommend!

The pedicure was fine. However, Jenny (the owner) was extremely rude to not just me but the poor pregnant lady trying to run the register. If I were that lady I would be finding a new job after hearing the way she was talked to. Our bill was completely wrong and I was overcharged a huge amount. While trying to reconcile this the owner was hurried and downright mean. When I left I told her I wouldn’t be back and I’d make sure others knew what a mess this place was. She responded with ‘whatever’. The lack of professionalism and rudeness the owner had after HER mistake was appalling. There are so many other salons in Omaha that have pleasant owners-she doesn’t deserve to own a business.

Every time I come to Bali Nails I’m always greeted with a smile and quick service! My nails always look great and I’m always pleased with their services!

I asked for dip acrylics and got shellac. They got us in quick due to my sister making a reservation. My nails are not the proper color, they are crooked, and not even 5 days later the polish is coming off and there are brown/black specks that showed up out of nowhere that I can’t even get off. Will never go back even though I need them fixed ASAP .

Bali Bar is always coming up with new ways to enhance the clients experience. I love the new pedicure/manicure options every time I visit!! I was incredibly surprised today when I arrived to find a completely refreshed environment! Just when I thought Jenny couldn’t make it better, she surprised me! There is a fresh new “Bali “ look going on!

First visit here but I get a pedicure about once a month, and also own a hair salon for the last 14 years. Was excited to try a new place unfortunately this didnt quite hit the mark. Had a reservation for 12:30, got here a bit early just in case it worked out for them. They did promptly sit us in our chairs on time- which would have been awesome. BUT the water was cold... Not barely warm but actually not quite room temp. We then sat there for 20 minutes until 12:50 waiting for our technicians. Who were VERY FRIENDLY... Hence the 3 stars. They refreshed the water out of electric kettle because their water heater couldnt keep up with how busy they were on a Saturday morning. Im guessing since they had two electric kettles handy that this isnt the first time. Might be time to invest in an tankless water heater so they never run out. But anyway... Back to the pedicure. I ordered the most expensive one... $70... because of my long career on my feet they require lots of work even though I go monthly... Since Im a guy and dont get polish theres plenty of time to work on calluses etc. She didnt do much of this 😞 pretty sure Im going to be sandpaper rough in about a week. My friend that came with me had a super fast polish job... No top coat and very thin coats of polish... Thin enough that you can see through the polish. Thats also not going to last. The massage, hot rocks, etc. Was done well enough but nothing to write home about. The drinks we had were also done well enough. But this was no where near a $70 pedicure... Maybe $45 experience. Cold water withstanding. Theres lots of options in West Omaha so Id recommend shopping around then prebooking your appt when you find a place you love!

The owner was incredibly rude- she overcharged my sister, would not listen to any of her comments, talked over her, would not refund the right amount- talked incredibly rude to her front desk girl. And when we walked out she made a rude comment to us. There will be 5 less people going there- and a lot of bad reviews to friends and families!! The actually pedicure was good- I feel sorry for her staff!!

This place is perfect for a girls day they treat you so good here. The place is covid friendly. Right when you come in they offer you something to drink. They are not fought with you and so nice. They are so friendly and help you with every discussion.

I started going to Bali nails because of the nail Technician Shawn... he is THE BEST!!! I used to do dip nails but it made my nails so thin and brittle until I found Shawn… He convinced me to try shellac again which I normally dont like to do because they peel off after such a short period of time… I have never experienced shellac nails like Shawn does! They never lift or pull away from the nail, and 4-5 weeks later they Are still intact and looking fine, although grown out. I have had my nails done for years in many states and multiple countries and All over Omaha, trying to find someone that knows what they are doing and SHAWN IS THE BEST NAIL ARTIST EVER!!!!My nails are strong again and even though I beat my hands up through life and my job as a nurse, he always leaves them looking pretty and has saved me so much money and annoyance at pealing, chipping nails. I hesitate to write this, because selfishly I dont want him to become so swamped that I cant get in, but on the flipside he deserves all the props!!

My daughter and I came in for a relaxing manicure pedicure! The staff was very professional! It was such a nice relaxing experience! They had just remodeled the inside and it has such a fun theme and is so clean. Thanks for a relaxing afternoon!

Went with a gf for an christmas gift of nails, 2hrs before close, asked for pink and whites, received nude and white french tips done terribly. Went back the next day, asked for a refund, no refund but owner took off the set and replaced with a new set, pink and white ombres, looked better but by day 4, three nails broke in half. None of them were the same thickness either. 3rd time there last time ever.

Do not get your eyebrows done here. The person they have doing them doesnt know what they are doing. I have seen the results and been present for the interactions with my wife who has given them multiple tries to do her eyebrows right. They dont listen to what you want, or pay attention to example given to thems. The most recent incident the specialist ripped off half of my wifes eyebrow. Leaving her with 1.5 eyebrows. I will be seeking the revocation of this persons licence.

Thu (Nail tech) was AMAZING. I love doing shellac/acrylic nails but I like matte colors so imperfections are easily seen. But Thu did an AMAZING job! Nails are straight with no bumps and are exactly what I wanted. I dont wanna go anywhere else after having Thu do my nails 💅🏼

Nice set up. The staff was nice. Unfortunately when getting a pedi some nails were clipped some were not. Wish they were all the same on each toe on each foot. When getting a mani got my cuticles cut a little to deep to where I bled.

Worst manicure I’ve ever had. Salon not equipped to handle small groups -even those with appointments.

I have been to this location only twice. First experience was very pleasant, but most recent visit had me leaving more wound-up than when I arrived. Amazon and other delivery packages were scattered around the main waiting area and looked very sloppy. A very unkempt fish tank is also at the entryway, which had 3 fish, no accessories, and one fish was on its side on the bottom substrate. When I mentioned this, there was no effort to relieve the fish or do anything about it. Also, some refurbishing and redecorating of the interior was happening during business hours, so men in and out of door, hammering, nailing pounding on wall surfaces was all very loud and disturbing. I just wanted to unwind after work for a bit, and it was especially hard to do this visit.

I Love going to Bali Bar to get my nails done. Everyone there is super friendly, they guarantee their work, make sure their customers are happy and keep coming back.Bali Bar offers TONS of color options. Today I had chameleon flakes on top of black per Pinks idea and Im obsessed. Id never seen anything like it !

I have been coming here for a long time. I would never go any place else. This is a great place to get a manicure and pedicure. They also offer many other services. I am looking forward to having an eyebrow wax on my next visit. Every nail tech is friendly and professional. My nails and toes have always turned out beautifully. I know that if there was ever a problem, Jenny the owner, would fix it IMMEDIATELY. The salon is always clean, and I am always waited on in a timely manner. I feel comfortable having any tech do my nails as everyone is top notch in this salon. Great atmosphere! I called and scheduled 4 pedicures and they said to definítely come on in and there safety right now is also very good and clean. They made sure we chose the color we needed and offered drinks. The pedicure itself was just Amazing!!!!! She toooook her time and we did the Strawberry Chocolate Pedicure and it smellled delicioso!!!I love that we always feel welcome and they are so Nice and courteous!! I asked for dip powder with tips in a almond shape. The girl gave me a cat shape nail. I told them I didn’t like the nail shape because it’s not what I asked for and asked them to take them of. The associates were rude and laughing at me like I was the funny one because their associate doesn’t even know how to apply tips. I would not recommend going here at all.

First salon Ive ever been to with a bar that serves alcohol, so that was a huge plus! Talk about bringing a pedicure to the next level. I received the watermelon pedicure, and it was almost an hour long. Super relaxing, smelled great and a great experience! This salon offers a teacher discount, too, which is a huge perk. Only reason Im giving four stars is because my technician put line designs on the big toes and they were pretty crooked. Id definitely come back here.

I recently switched to this salon from the one i used to frequent & i’m so glad that i did. each time i come in, everyone is so nice! they take their time doing nails- you can tell that each person has pride in their art. & they are always willing to offer suggestions & help you make sure that you’re getting exactly what you came in for as well. the esthetician’s positivity mixed with the aesthetic of the salon makes each visit great & relaxing :)

I got gel /shellac pedi and a dip mani. The pedicure was fine. I explained what I wanted to the lady for my manicure which was a two toned ombré but I wanted the ombré to be pulled down not up. The dip is very thick which would’ve been fine had she sanded them properly or evenly afterwards. My nails are too thick and wavy /bumpy. Also she glued my skin to my nails in several spots and then proceeded to try to file in those spots which caused me to bleed three times. I won’t be back. The Prosecco was good lol

I having been going to Bali for a year now and my nails always turn out beautiful and last for so long. Never have to wait they always get me right in and prices are very reasonable.

They were very nice, clean, and you can buy yourself an alcoholic beverage along your visit. It has a 50s bar theme. I also got a gift card for my next visit AND a punch card good for a free service on my 10th visit. My nails look great and we did a walk in 2 pedis and a full set and they got it all done at once. They also listened to me when I asked or told them something. I will be going back.

1st time there and what a great experience! They ask you what youd like to drink when you pick out your spa package and then bring it right to you in your chair too! I suppose it was MAYBE a little pricier than some others?... I got their basic mani & a pedi package, added on the shellac to both my nails & toes, also added a rhinestone design, and it totalled $88, but both Brandon and Billy did an awesome job! I was so relaxed and just had a great time with the girls! I would definitely recommend Bali Bar Nails and Spa!...especially to any groups of gals that are celebrating something special or just out having a Girls Day Out! Thanks so much!

Everyone at Bali Bar is SUPER friendly and it is such a fun environment! I can go and get my nails done every 3 weeks and I know they will look marvelous! Occasionally I go in for a pedicure and a drink and just relax in the massaging chairs!! My husband even goes with me! I have known the Owner, Jenny, for almost 20 years! Stop in and say HI! Youll be glad you did! Oh and the new nail art they can do - is absolutely amazing! And so much fun! And the prices VERY reasonable!

100% horrible service! This place doesnt even deserve 1 star...I came in for a full set on 5/8/20 and was there for two hours because the lady that did my nails did a HORRIBLE job. My nails were uneven, rigid, rough, and not filled in correctly. I stated to her that my nails were not done right and she got upset telling me that they are fine. I said if you cant fix them, please get someone who can. She walked away and started speaking in her native language to a coworker and laughing at me. Then the guy that tried to fix nails only made them worse. I was so upset and didnt have them painted. I asked who operates the nail salon to the lady up front and told her my nails where terrible. She said they are fine and would not fix. The staff are very rude and unprofessional. Not even a discount for my horrible nails.

I had my nails done today here and they turned out absolutely perfect!! I got acrylic with shellac overlay. The atmosphere was clean and friendly, all staff was friendly and the work speaks for itself. 10/10 recommend!!

Been looking for a place that could do a good job with dip in West Omaha (, havent had any luck before) and stumble upon this place. I believe Pink did my nails, I had no appointment and they still did my nails and the atmosphere is very chic and fun. Definitely a place to come with friends and have a glass of wine (or beer) while you get pampered.

Love this place! I’ve been going for over a year now. They always do a great job, no matter which tech you get. The whole staff is very friendly. The owner Pink is always there and will ensure you get exactly what you want. They offer adult beverages, which is always a plus in my book. I really enjoy the music and atmosphere. They have a ridiculous amount of shellac and dip colors. I’ve never had a subpar manicure, which before Bali I just dealt with because I’ve never had a consistent experience anywhere else. So glad I found this gem.

I’ve been coming to Pink for over 6 years now. I always ask for a specific shape and design which for others has seemed to be too complicated or not available. She truly finds a way to make my vision into reality!! The pedis are the best I’ve had in Omaha - hot stones, essential oils, and not your typical massage. When she opened up her own place there was no hesitation in following her there!! All of the techs and front desk staff are pleasant to work with. The choice of wine, beer, and margaritas really completes the total spa experience!! Love this place!!

My daughter came in for mani/pedi today 5/25/20 when she left she called me crying me about the way she was treated. They were rude and mean toward her, if I’m paying for a service you need to act like you appreciate my business and not mock your clients!

Had an appointment, once we got to our chair, it was filled with cold water we asked them to get the water warmer they then started bringing buckets of hot water from the sink we ask what the problem was and they tell us they sat us at broken chairs and we said we don’t want to be at broken chairs their response was, “sorry” proceeding to dump lukewarm water into the tub. So we ended up leaving would not recommend coming to this place, this has been our second bad experience, 2 strikes you’re out. Thank you next.

Average experience. Went there Wednesday afternoon and waited about 5 minutes at the front desk to be greeted and when I wanted to pay and leave. Was sat in a chair (after about 10 minutes of waiting up front) that was not bubbling and filled with luke-warm water. Asked for the bubbling and the lady told me itd bubble when my nail tech came over. After another 10 minutes of waiting the tech arrived and upon request warmed up the water with some scalding water. The massage pressure was way too much. I got the basic pedicure for $28 ($2 off for paying cash) and the scrub lasted maybe 15 seconds. The Basic Pedicure is advertised as 30 minutes but the whole thing was done right at 20 minutes (I know because I received a call right when it started). Nails got done and look good but this was not the relaxing experience I hoped for - more of a spa to just get the job done and get out.

I mean, all in all it wasnt a terrible experience. I didnt set an appointment to get my nails done. I walked in early on a Tuesday afternoon. I waited at the unattended front desk for a bit. I guess the receptionist was getting her nails done as well.Once someone came up to the front, I was seated at the bar. I waited about 15-20 minutes before anyone came over to me. From the looks of it, they keep the staff pretty short during the days. Understandable.I was given multiple shellac samples to look through and pick out my colors. But I wasnt given much time to actually look at them with both hands. (which, in my opinion, is much easier.) The tech started in on my nails right away. Not terrible, making up for the time I sat waiting.Now, the main reason I chose this location to get my nails done was so I could have a glass of wine while I was pampering myself, preparing for a wedding I am in this coming weekend. I wasnt even offered a drink? Whats the point of calling yourself a bar if you dont offer anything to your clients?Im happy with how my nails turned out, but I probably wont go out of my way to go back there. I didnt have an outstanding experience. And since there was no wine, its no different than the place I usually go to.

It’s a shame that I have to even redo this, a year ago I started coming here and got superior service it was amazing. If I set an appointment I got who I was suppose to work for and I was out in a good time if I mentioned I had to be somewhere. But now after going 2 times a month for a whole year I feel like I’m disappointed in this place. I just came last week and said I’m on a time crunch, I mentioned it over the phone and In person but was assured I would taking care of. The last 4 times I’ve came I scheduled with Jenny, and beside this last time I got pushed off to someone else (what’s the point of an appointment). But this last time it got to me my nails didn’t look anywhere near what I wanted and after leaving there salon, looking all over my nails it’s not even with the shellac put on. And on top of that Jenny kept disappearing for 5-10 mins at a time. I would of been okay with everything else if at least my nails got done correctly but I paid the same price on something you did amazingly a year ago but not the same today. I just thought I found the right nail salon for once but that’s not the case anymore.

This is the first salon I’ve ever gone to for a set of nails and it completely exceeded my expectations. Hannah applied tips and did the dip in an elegant pink color. The whole process took about an hour and twenty. I really can’t express how happy I am with the result and I will definitely be going to Bali from now on!
