I am new to Omaha and asked for a tailored pedicure with a regular manicure. The man refused to massage my feet. Then said words in native dialect to the woman. Then the two switched chairs and she finished pedicure with No masssage, just polished. Ironically she asked for a tip! Hahah This is not a welcoming establishment...dont spend your money here! Not a nice place!

The new owner is very sincere and did a wonderful job! She even stayed late to finish our nails.They were done very well! I would recommend to anyone!

Horrible experience I went in there and there wasn’t anyone there. I was the only customer. The guy who helped me did a good job on my nails but cut me several times and didn’t even apologize or discount me. I paid 40$ and I still have multiple cuts on both hands

I went to Vogue nails on a whim because I have always wanted to try it! LEE helped me, and my she is sooo good at her pedicure. I am telling you. I felt SO PAMPERED. She was so sweet. I highly recommend this place to anyone!

I wanted to get my nails done and the nail salon I had in mind to go to was closed, so I decided to find another place fast and chose this one. As soon as I got in, I started to read reviews because I had a bad feeling and regretted choosing to go here. There were two workers in there, a man and a woman. A man was doing my nails and he didn’t cut them where I wanted- I told him to go up a little bit and he still cut them without going to the length I liked- and burned my fingers with a tool he was using for under the acrylic nails. When my nails were drying, they rushed the process. I was there after the closed, but they only let my nails dry for 2 minutes-l when he said to let them dry for 5. As soon as I walked out my nails were messed up and they were in a hurry to leave. I do not recommend this place.

I had my nails filled here. I didnt want to wait at my normal salon and this experience tells me i should have waited. I am not normally a person to complain but my experience was less than ordinary. I paid for a decal and after expecting this a certain decal i got i finally settled with polka dots which after 3 trys i would have thought would have been easy turned out to be just as horrible. I paid $31 plus tip which was before the actual polish. After the polish he barely deserved $20.

I go here for convenience but not anymore... the hot towels had such a mildew smell to them my skin stunk after!!!! I had to go home immediately to freshen up... all I got was sorry and a mask of sented lotion

I have been going here for 3 years and have never had an issue, my nails always look amazing and get done in a timely manner. I refuse to go anywhere else.

We had 4 sets of nails done here, and 2 out of 4 sets started popping off the next day. All 4 looked horrible. They are very rude. The guy cut my daughters finger 2 different times and was mad because I asked about it. The lady checked our nails and as soon as they were dry she said ok its time for you to leave. Goodbye. NEVER again will I waste my time or money at this place.

Took my girlfriend here to get her nails we called in advance to see if we would have enough time and the guy who answered said yes one we arrived he rushed us to pick a color telling her to hurry to sit so he can start as she told him the length he went ahead on his own and cut them shorter and said theyre fine also rushed me to give him the money before even completing her nails saying hurry give me the money so I can just close DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE UNPROFESSIONAL PLEASE CLOSE THIS NAIL SALON.

Sorry to have to post this, but this was the WORST pedicure experience I have ever had. I went with two friends, was the second person to start, and the first person to finish. The man who gave me the pedicure cut my nails to the quick, brushed the tops of my feet (painfully) and then painted my toenails. I was finished in less than half the time my friends were. When I tried to talk to the man about the difference in our services, he claimed that he simply worked faster than the other technicians. No way I would ever recommend this business to anyone. I hope this review saves you some time and money; I might have been able to had there been a review beforehand. Go elsewhere, Omaha!

Worst experience Ive ever had with anyone in my life. The manager left, my nails looking bulky, uneven, and on the sides of could see layers that he didnt apply evenly. I might understand if he would have been in a hurry because there were a lot of people, but I was the only one there. The sander he used was either on way too high, or he was pressing down so hard that it literally started to burn my real nails. Unacceptable. The most disrespectful manager I have ever had to deal with.

Worst french shelac Ive ever received. Started to chip by 2nd week. Lady stated she did not even like doing nails. Very disappointed.
