Stay clear of this business! I had a cracked windshield. When I called to schedule the replacement, I told them that my vehicle had safety features (brake mitigation, lane assist) and asked if replacing the windshield interferes with those systems. They told me it would not. Well now those systems don’t work. Took it back today. They looked at it, drove it, and confirmed these systems don’t work and I will have to take it to my dealer. I asked who is responsible for that bill and they told me they are not liable for fixing it. I called the dealer and they said if they used an after market windshield (which they did), it is likely blocking the camera. So now I have to have a new windshield installed by the dealer. HORRENDOUS business practices!Response: I was NOT told anything of recalibration. Like I stated, I specifically asked if replacing the windshield would cause any issues with my vehicle’s safety features and I was told it would not. I also have all my paperwork and there is NOTHING that says it would need recalibration. And why would I need to call for you to help when I was there today and told you would not help?? That’s specifically why I came in!!Edit: If you want insight into how this company operates, all you have to do is look at some of the poor reviews here and see how the owner responds. I should have looked prior to going there. His responses says it all…

So unfortunately I had a side window in my Honda CR-V get broken late Friday Night, it was still cold outside and I needed a window Saturday morning. I found this place on Google and they could get me in. At first it seemed like a decent place, a lot of employees, decent waiting room. After I got my car back I noticed a rattle when ever I shut my door, I figured it’s probably just some left over glass no big deal. The rattling continues for months but the window works so I don’t mind. The other thing I noticed after getting it back was there was a lot of cold air coming in through the door handle. At that point I thought they probably forgot to put the vapor barrier back all the way no big deal. After several months with increased road noise, air coming in the handle and a rattle that sounded like the window was going to fall out it did. My wife went to roll down the window and bam, now I am mechanically inclined and decided to take a look, sure enough a bolt fell out of the track. Obviously didn’t get tightened when they installed the window. Then I notice whoever did the installation just tore all of my factory vapor barrier away. The window coming off the track caused substantial damage to the track itself which will need to be replaced and I guess I’ll have to go to the dealership and see if they can get me a new vapor barrier. I would never recommend this place as my $109 window will likely cost me $400 when it’s all said and done.

Couldnt ask for better service! Stop by the shop and the guys were able to fix my remote start with in 10 minutes as I waited. Kudos to Glass Pros!

I took my car for a chip in the windshield to be filled. Shortly after they took my car around they told me they ran it into a truck in the parking lot. First they told me to not put an insurance claim and they said all that was broken was a tie rod and they were going to fix that then to come back the next day and they would do analignment. I suggested taking it to a mechanic for an inspection they refused said they would not pay for it if I did take it.They said I would get a new windshield too. They put the tie rod on and I brought the car back the next morning the owner said he could get a rental car but I would need to come back for it if he got one I live 40 minutes from the location. After that the owner employees were extremely rude and degrading to me, I could not work with them and be nice anymore I wanted to file an insurance claim, they refused to give me their insurance they said they would not be able to take the car for alignment for a few days. I ended up having to file an insurance claim I never heard from the company again. Needless to say there was thousands of dollars in damage not just the rod. Do not send your daughters here they will take advantage if they get the chance.

I had a rock crack my windshield during a road trip and needed a replacement quickly so I could stay on track with my trip. They were honest and upfront with me about the process and condition of my new windshield (minor scratch on it from transport/storage, knocked a few bucks off!) as well. Aweful business manners! Had an appointment this am for window tint on my car. Made this 10days ago. Got up early fought rush our traffic got there @7:15am. Was told it would be finished by late morning. I finally called THEM about 1230 and was told they were about to start on it? Really?? No courtesy call to tell me they hadnt even started? No apology?I had to arrange for ride both ways? No help, no explanations? Do you really want to waste your time and be disappointed when they take the excitement out of your expectations? Think about these things and remember there are lots of places to do business with that will treat you like you matter. Im a disabled Vet and will spread the word to my fellow Vets not to do business with Omaha Glass Pros in the end, I have an appointment Monday with a shop that is 30.00$ less than these guys with lifetime guarantee!

Great place to deal with. Super fast service. Was heading out of town and they couldnt do anything onsite install for us but got us in first thing the morning we were leaving. Been here three times now for different vehicles window replacements. Of all the places I have checked in Omaha, these guys beat their prices hands down and have always taken great care of me. Scheduled replacement seems to take about an hour. Its nice when the replacement is cheaper than your deductible

We had our front windshield to a Van window replaced. When we got it backed the glass looked great, the windshield wipers how ever had a hole puncture in them. When we came in to have them fix it, Taylor’s attitude problem let us know how much their customers mean to them. When we asked for The manager he completely avoided any conversation about what was being done about the problem and just took off with the wiper. Comes back to replace it with “just grab the cheap ones” . Now we are rocking windshield wipers that are too big for our van..... thanks for the quick fix, I’d suggest spending the extra $30-$50 and going somewhere else.

Made an appointment with this company and they took care of me in an hour. Was amazed by how fast they were able to get me in and out. Also, the tint job they did on my corvette is pristine. No bubbling or scratches or flaws as I know this can be common and expected. The staff was awesome and they were careful with the car. This is the second car Ive done with them and recommend this shop to everyone.

VERY quick, courteous, and cheap. You cant ask for a better place to get automotive glass work done! Work is very clean and looks amazing, and even if you had a problem they have a lifetime warranty on most of there work. These guys do tons of aftermarket work (starters, radios, tint, windshield replacement, repair, speakers, back up cameras, etc.) 5/5 the only place I trust to touch my windshield.

Ive gone here twice now for windshield replacements on two different vehicles. I was very pleased with the whole experience both times. They straightforward on price and process and get you in and out Im a very reasonable time.

I took my wife’s van in to have the windshield replaced after a rock hit it on the interstate. Scheduling was easy and fast. When I brought the car in it was immediately taken back and started on. The windshield was repaired quickly and looks great. I would highly recommend.

We tried to use this business for our drivers side mirror repair.After 3 tries of them trying to install it (kept breaking the mirror) & almost 2 weeks of not having a mirror or hearing back from them, we picked up the part and went to another shop and had it installed in just over an hour. The young gal at the font was extremely rude, unprofessional, and dismissive.You were recommended to me, but I guess my job wasnt big enough for you.

I really wanted to rate this place higher, but in the current pandemic situation I just couldnt do it. I went in last week for a quick chip repair on my windshield. The staff member was upfront about the cost and estimated time before they started, which I greatly appreciated.However, I saw at least 6 different employees (at the register, in the back office, and directly helping customers) during my short time there without a single mask in sight. This is the first business I have seen that did not even have a mask required for entry sign on their door (and the city-wide mandate is still in effect). Comfortably maintaining social distance was difficult. I am disappointed because their website outlines their COVID precautions, but I felt like none were being taken in the store to help flatten the curve. I have visited other car places that have taken many precautions to make guests feel comfortable during this ongoing pandemic. Im sure the staff is great and the service is wonderful here, but for now, I will be visiting other businesses that are better helping the community beat the pandemic.

I made an appointment on Saturday June 5,2021 and I was there at 10am on Monday 7,2021, these guys are Top notch, I have an 03 trailblazer, they said 2 hours Ill be in and out and sure thing, they answered my questions, professional quality service I was looking for my for, I should have had my windows done here to pass the time, I am currently staying with a person who claims to be bipolar, they have been absolutely mean,they are a therapist and just wanted me to have an bad experience with their negative attitude, i should have gotten my windows tinted just to stay away from this nut case woman, but that is neither here or there, sorry cartoys denver this guys here at glass pro has you beat! Got a Solace remote start system installed by Bob and his team. Original one we got installed was a little more complicated than we were looking for so they put a different system in for us that was perfect for our needs. Very impressed by their work and their willingness to help us out until we found what worked for us.

I had a list of things I wanted to do for my boyfriends truck, he needed a new switch for his window controls and a new mirror also wanted to get some speakers for his doors and also planned to get a sub and then possibly bring my car in for some sound improvements. They just seemed like my business was not important to them. I got the switch put in for the window and was pleased with that. Then asked about getting a price quote for some speakers and setting up an install date and the guy said bring your boyfriend in and he can tell us what he wants. Umm scuse me I said I wanted to get the speakers what you need to say is we have time on x day and come in we will get you taken care of. Then I asked about the mirror and he said they would need a deposit which is fine since they have to order the part, think he asked to make an appointment for that? NOPE! Im just disappointed they seemed too busy for my business or to accept my request on putting speakers in my mans truck, so I guess we will go to another sound system place and spend thousands there. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I took in my car to get a remote starter installed, but was sorely disappointed when after 8 hours of not having it, it still was not complete. When I went in to get it at around their closing time (5PM) they told me 20 minutes and it’d be done. So I sat down and waited... 3 hours later it was ready, but done poorly. Not only did I waste my Friday night trying to get my car back, but also had to pay $60 dollars more than the online ad. On top of that I was told I could no longer use the auto lights. I would never recommend this service to anyone I like, and never plan on using this company again. To add to my frustration I personally contacted the owner, Bob Dixon, he was no help, he was unfriendly, and didn’t believe in the “customers always right” saying. When he told me I didn’t know what I was talking about when it came to the ad he made.

WARNING!!!! HORRIBLE COMPANY HORRIBLE SERVICE! I took my new car to have my windows tinted. They did a horrible job, they offered to redo them. They didnt even fix all the mistakes from the first attempt. Asked for them to remove the tint and refund my purchase. They agreed after being treated rudely by management and the so called tinter . So you would think we could part ways. No they left all the glue on my rear window, glue on every window. All I wanted was the service I purchased or my car returned the way they received it. IM STILL REMOVING GLUE!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
