Good timely service with ok prices

The blond lady managing the place there is a lair!! It all started when I got a busted window and she quoted me $200 for a passenger side window. I said okay and had them come to me. Well The lady sent the guys to a different school on the other side of town and had the audacity to tell me I was going to pay for gas. After I told her I was not paying for gas she asked me If I could meet them closer by. I told her no because I was at school. After all that they (2 rough looking guys) FINALLY made it to my school spent an hour and a half doing a job I saw someone else do for 40 minutes. The fat bald guy ( the blond called him Jason) told me it was going to be $475! I about pissed my self when he said that! I told him he must had me confused for someone else. I was quoted $200 for the whole thing. The guys said Well yeah but that was before gas and mileage and blah blah blah !! I told him I was not paying for that (Im a Senior in High School mined you) He looked at the other guy and told him to take the window out!! After school ended I had my friend take me to the main office to talk to someone so I could figure out what was going on. The office reeked of marijuana from the front door to the back office. So AFTER THE HELL THEY PUT ME THROUGH they took the window and told me We will be billing you for the services we had to complete! PLEASE PLEASE HELP!! THIS CANT BE LEGAL AND THEY HAVE DONE THIS TO OTHER PEOPLE! PLEASE HELP!
