Sadly this is the second windshield I’ve had to replace in the last two years; that said I can say that my experience with Kruger Glass was outstanding. They ordered my truck’s windshield in two days and had it in and out In two hours. And the price was considerably cheaper than last time (granted we lived out of state), but they are a wholesaler but offer great service. I will absolutely use them for any and all window glass repair or replacement.

Im a truck driver and needed my windshield fix right away. Very good customer service. Got me a quick appointment and fix my windshield in less than an hour. Mine doesnt need adhesive maybe thats why its quicker but they still did a quick job. For a Volvo Semi-truck solar only windshield cost around $250.

I had checked another nationally known company for a quote to fix a chip in my windshield, it was $100.00 more than Kryger glass, I got there early for my appointment, they kindly got me in right away and in less than 30 minutes, I was on my way! Start to finish, a good company to work with. Called a few places for quotes for my windshield replacement and was impressed with the front office staff, prices were competitive and had them service my vehicle at my location. Service was great and replacement was as good as my original windshield. Was surprised when I looked at the finished product, my State park sticker was transferred to my new windshield along with the oil sticker, If I know better I would never know this was my replacement glass. When I opened my door even more surprised as they cleaned my floor mats to better than Ive seen them in quite a while. Thank You for the great service today!

TL;DR: Repair took longer than expected, technician caused a fault with vehicle interlock system which will cost us more money to fix, and I was treated incredibly rudely when asking for help remedying the situation. Full story below.I recently needed the windshield and back glass replaced for my significant others vehicle due to vandalism that happened while she was at work. I happen to work next door to Kryger, so I called and spoke with Trish. Our interaction was pleasant and we scheduled the repair. The vehicle was brought in Friday with the promise of being complete by Monday before noon. At about 10:30, I called to check on the vehicle and told it would be another couple of hours, so we arranged to pick it up the 26th. Upon dropping off then vehicle, we informed Trish of two things. One, that the vehicle key was not programmed correctly, so upon unlocking the vehicle, the key had to be put in the ignition so the alarm wouldnt go off. Two, there is a brethalyzer interlock in the vehicle from a DUI a few months back. Trish joked that that meant she couldnt drink while working with this vehicle and assured us that they had things like this all the time, which put us at ease that everything could be handled with no issues.Fast forward to picking up the vehicle and we discovered that there was a violation on the interlock during the time it was in their shop. These violations, when they occur, cost approximately $80 to reset the device. I placed a call to Trish to work something out, but she replied that they would not be incurring any expenses for that issue. I asked her why she would not be helping with this as it happened while the vehicle was in their care. She went so far as to tell me she was never informed about the interlock at all, which we clearly did. I reminded her that she told me she goes out of her way to treat folks who work at neighboring businesses like family. I told her I expected them to cover the charge and the exchange became heated and she responded Are you serious?So, as bad as I feel for giving a one-star rating, (they did replace the glass, after all, so they at least performed the service requested) the delay in completion of the job, the fact that that we now have an additional expense caused by them which they will not pay for, and the way I was treated by Trish left me with one of the worst customer experiences in recent memory.

Upon speaking with Kryger Glass, I knew right away that I would be taken care of well. The people answering the phones and the mechanics are just FANTASTIC. In the end, they didnt have the glass for my OLD car, but they were polite as ever. I felt like breaking the glass on my other car just to give them my business! They replaced my glass and it survived a 70mph 30-40lb turkey right to the driver side, others maybe cheaper .....dont do it, the only reason Im not in the hospital is the fact that only the best glass and adhesive were used.
