Thank you for reaching out and fixing up the sloppiness. I just wish it was done correctly the first time..**Sloppy Rear Windshield Work**WOW. I cannot believe this place!!!! My little sister took her car in and she came back with a BLOWN SPEAKER and a mess in her car (photo with the glass was after she had already cleaned up). What kind of professionalism is that? It’s not just some generic sound system either it’s a Bose sound system. I’m shocked. She said she spoke to the guy about it and he said it’s not their fault??? Sir. This speaker was fully functional when she drove the vehicle in, so tell me again how it is not your fault? Went in for a replacement rear window and it’s not even correctly placed!! When you turn, you can hear the glass shift. Poorly sealed and the work looks so sloppy. To top it all off.. they left glass pieces inside the car and black hand prints on the beige interior.. such a disappointing experience.

Purchased used SUV for son, had it immediately detailed and then dropped off for a windshield. When I picked the vehicle up the inside was filthy, leafs and lots of old scraps of black urethane all over the floor, dash, console and steering wheel. Was given the opportunity to bring back to be cleaned but I declined because I did not have time and the distance was further than I wanted to travel again. Ended up cleaning it myself to insure it was done properly. Did resent cleaning the inside of a vehicle that I had just spend $200 having detailed the day before.Outside I found two gobs of black Urethane of the roof above the glass. Also two scratches along the drivers door window frame, one forward and a second (continuation) towards the rear. Having just purchased the vehicle I had looked it over thoroughly before buying. These scratches are at eye level and very noticeable, not something I would have missed.I have replaced many windshields over the years and not once, until now, were issues like this ever encountered. Crossing my fingers there are no issues with the install.

I stopped in because I had a small crack in the windshield of my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Teresa had one of the techs check it out in the spot. He said they could fix it and less than 30 minutes later I was on my way. $65 and I dont have to worry about the crack growing any larger. Great experience!!!

The service wasn’t explained as a “first come first served” business, so needless to say my wait was long. The first one and a half hours the 3 bays only had one tech working on cars. My car was in the bay for in excess of 3 hours. They explained that the windshield trim was unique and they had to modify some clips to make it work for reattachment. I wish they would have call me over during the procedure and shown me the issues. They ordered a windshield with rain sensor even though I had emailed them during the quote process that I Did not have that function. They discounted the service by $20 for letting me have this installed rather than reordering. Upon completion the tech was very gracious and explained the length on the process and how he had to make other clips work for my unique windshield trim. The service was not up charged for this additional tech time which was unexpected. The biggest problem was that on the way home from the install, the top windshield trim piece blew off into traffic and was immediately destroyed by other cars behind me. Now I have had to search the internet for a replacement piece and the proper clips to attach it with. I am ending up spending nearly as much for this replacement part as the windshield.

Was very quick and easy to get scheduled, dropped my truck off and they had the windshield replaced in 3 hours but you can see the urethane from inside the cab. A week later I call because I can feel air coming through the bottom of the windshield, they gave me no problems with bringing it back for them to look at it. Half an hour later get a call saying that it is fixed driving later can still feel air, currently having the windshield resealed at a different company. All around quick, cheap, and easy but not impressed with the quality of work.

This is my second time using Auto Glass. The first time was to replace a side window for my husbands car, and the two experiences could not have been more different.They dont schedule appointment times, so its walk-in only. Because there was a couple of people ahead of me, I assumed that Id be waiting about an 1-1.5 hours. I was there for 3.5 hours. When I arrived, they had told me that they were going to pull in my car right away, and because of that, I didnt ask to clarify what the timing would be. It wasnt until 2 hours in that they told me that it would still be in another 45 min (what actually turned out to be 1.5 hours), and that there were just now getting to my car.If they had communicated to me about any of that, I would have been able to better prepare/orient my schedule.They also dented my hood, and left it open after handing over the keys. I only noticed when the hood started to lift after I got into the interstate and was luckily able to pull over in time.

I took my Ridgeline in to have the windshield replaced. I was told It would only take a 1-1.5 hours, They would not allow me to make an appointments. I sat there from 8am until 12:30. The said they ordered the wrong window etc... (excuses)So, today I called to schedule another windshield install and got the same vague answers. So I simply called Glass pros, the price was the same and was able to schedule an appointment. : )If your are looking to have a windshield installed call a business that will value you as a customer!!!! Safe lite, Glass pros etc...

I am late on my review but, the price was right and the timing was amazing for my Jeep Wrangler Sahara unlimited! The customer service was A1! This is the second time I have went to them and they have not failed me at all! Thank you for your quality service !!

Amazing and accommodating service! While we were traveling, had a rock hit our windshield. By the time we called them, drove 15 minutes to their location, and had it fixed was 30 minutes. So appreciative that they could get it fixed and we could resume our short getaway quickly! Definitely recommend!

Called around 10:30am and they were able to get us right in on a Saturday. Called us back around 12:45 and said the car was ready! (Did not expect it, since they were so busy!) Had a quick briefing of things to not do over the next few days as well as things to watch out for and to call them about any questions! I highly recommend AutoGlass Now. They delivered exactly as promised - good installation work and at a significantly lower price than their competition. They are a no-frills operation - no appointments (first come, first served), no van to come to you and install at your home or business, no fancy waiting room with wi-fi or other amenities, etc. However, that goes right to the price - They are 50% off (or more) than the competition. I was very pleased to discover at the end of the installation that they even did the work for less than their original quote! How often does that happen these days? The manager of the location and his staff were friendly, efficient, and got the job done. Do show up early if you plan to wait, however - the line forms well before 8am!

I came in on a Friday after around 5:30p without an appointment. They not only took my car in to fix right away, but gave me a comped repair because they had already closed their registers for the business day.Regarding the quality of work - My windshield had a chip/crack and was starting to spread, so I was prepared for an expert to say it was too late and I had to buy a new windshield. They took extra time to fix the main chip and fix the glass where it spread to stop it from getting worse. It is holding up great and looks like the chip never happened to begin with.I am very pleased with the professionalism and customer service of Auto Glass Now and will definitely be referring my friends to go here if they ever have auto glass issues!

My husband was referred to this business to get my Jeep Wrangler windshield replaced. He called on Thursday morning and scheduled my appointment for the following day @1000. They took my Jeep back right at 1000 and was finished at 1025. I’m very pleased with their work, price quotes, customer service, and timeliness. Had an appointment at 11 today, didnt get done till about 2:30 which was a little frustrating. However still giving 4 stars because my new windshield looks great - there was no damage or anything like some reviews I read, the guy who did it did apologize for the wait which was courteous, and the girl at the front desk was the nicest person Ive encountered in a long time!

They were having a busy day, put me right in the lineup, did a great job.

Appointment was scheduled for 10:30 am. Didn’t get started for over an hour. Ultimately wasn’t finished until after 1. Glass and install looks good. No other issues other than slow service.

Walked in start of day (0815) on a Saturday and walked out with a smile on my face @(0945). There was one car ahead of me, both Amanda and Zac provided excellent customer service and expedited window replacement also cleaning up all of the glass. I put in online for a quote last night. I assumed I wouldnt hear anything till the weekend was over. I received and actual phone call instead of some automated response online. I was told that I could be in and out quickly, just get there at 9. I ended up being 10 minutes late. All bays were full. I knew that in fact was my fault, I was not on time and time is money. Regardless of my mistake, they got my vehicle in immediately and then had it finished in under an hour. I mean, I was quoted for roughly 2. That was absolutely acceptable for me but under an hour??!! Totally impressed. With service, with quality and all around staff friendliness/professionalism. Just...2 giant thumbs up

I was absolutely impressed with all aspects of my interactions with Auto Glass Now. I submitted info for a quote in the early evening and was surprised to receive a reply from an actual person asking for some additional details later that night. Schedule on a first-come first-serve basis. I was there second in the morning they told me an hour-and-a-half wait. I was there for 3 hours. I was watching them install my window. A girl was standing on my drivers seat, with her other foot on my arm rest, then she moved her foot to my windowsill, and there is the black sealant they use for the window now all over my seat, armrest, and door. They also rolled down my passenger window, to hide a huge scratch in the glass on my passenger side window. Totally unprofessional. I would not recommend this company and I would look elsewhere before going to them.

Had then replace a windshield . It leaked immediately. They tried fixing it without replacing the windshield. I have been told by quality auto shops that its impossible to without removing the windshield. Beware of the rest it you go here.

Would not recommend. I waited for 2hrs. Listening to the district manager tell another store their close rates werent good enough, going through all the stores numbers and how they needed to fire the front desk employee. When it was finally done I was told I would receive no warranty due to the vehicles age but that I shouldnt have any problems for quite awhile. That I was ok with, what I was not ok with was the day after the install it rained and leaked all over my car. I will not be going back and would t even trust them to fix it went ahead a did it myself. Lesson learned.

This was the absolute worst place to take a vehicle to get the window replaced. Was supposed to have an appointment Tuesday. We go in to find out they never put us on the schedule so we rescheduled for Saturday. Was told the car would be done in a couple hours and we would get a call. Never got a call so we go over there and our car hasn’t been touched at all, everyone had left for the day after promising our car would be done. We had to wait until Monday to call them and come to find out they hadn’t even ordered our window! Get there and they tell us they broke part of the frame on the window. Drive it home and find glass shards all over the dash still. VERY unprofessional, VERY poor quality, we will never be back after they fix the trim. Only gave them 1 star because 0 was not an option

Was told I could bring my f250 in after work and get a replacement for the broken quarter window. I told the man who answered the phone my back door was stuck. He didnt say anything about it. I get there, no one is wearing masks or practicing any kind of social distancing. I am wearing my mask. The guy goes to the bay, swiftly returns and tells me they cant replace the window because of the stuck door. Cant pull the drivers seat up, cant come in from the other side? No. This truck is no different from an extended cab except the quarter door opens. So apparently you cant replace glass in an extended cab either? So disappointed. Big waste of my time and fuel.

Absolutely awesome customer service and great prices!!! They switched out my windshield and my mass airflow sensor ended up going out. They not only helped me diagnose the problem for free, it was after hours and once we got the van running again, one of the gentlemen followed me home to Bellevue to make sure I made it safely! Great price quality work. Totally happy with my experience. They use PGW glass which is of great quality. Not cheap poor fitting aftermarket glass products. PGW has moved production to China but they still retain the quality standards.

They said they do provide military discounts, but since they already printed up the receipt that they could not apply it to our bill. Would not go back due to poor customer service and crap attitude receptionist. The mechanics there are good though.

Parts left on my seat. Tech seemed over anxious about getting it back, but it supposedly belonged to my old windshield. Not confident on job. Car now makes some sort of running water noise.

Told them I had a rag top. They said they would do the window and quoted me a price. I dropped the car off n paid the quoted price. 4 hours later they call and tell me they won’t touch it cause it’s a rag top. Then they won’t give me a refund and tell me I need to contact my card issuer and have them cancel the payment. Is a debit card and all I can do is dispute so now fighting with these unprofessionals just to get my money back 🤬🤦‍♂️

I called several different places before I was able to get the best deal...just like you can imagine Auto Glass Now had THE BEST DEAL to replace my windshield for my Toyota Camry. I was skeptical at the beginning you know what they said if it is too good to be true...this was not the case here and actually a very nice service attendant named Jose provided outstanding customer service and made sure my car was done within my lunch break...EVERYTHING simply exceeded my expectations!!! Called an the lady I spoke to was very rude, and was quick to cut me out. I asked a few questions and just didn’t seem interested to help me out.

My vehicle was broken into while I was at the gym around 11am. I came out of the gym, having only my keys and cell phone. I made a couple phone calls, Auto Glass Now had the most reasonable price. I got to their shop around 3 pm. I have 3 small children under the age of 5. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcome. The kids had coloring books and the lady provided snacks and small Gatorade and water for my children. I was taken back by the amount of sincerity and genuine compassion displayed. I didnt have any cash or cards because my purse was stolen, so the snacks were beyond my expectations. They have my family and Is business forever, if needed. Highly recommend this place.
