We had an appointment with Michelle Williams to view handicap accessible apartments. She was an absolute angel! Weve looked at SO MANY apartments, but this BY FAR was above the rest. The property is super clean, amenities you wouldnt even think about, plus the added bonus of the staff. Thank you Michelle for your kindness and professionalism. You are a blessing and she cant wait to move in!

South Gable 8911 Apt 108I don’t feel safe since somebody breaking intomy apartment, and try to open my safe and I believe that happened during all those breaking last summer.The A/C does not work correctly in summer when is too hot according to the maintenance manager that happened because the Furnace units is too old and nothing can be done, Until the landlord replace the Furnace, 2019 was a miserable summer.The kitchen and the bathrooms they don’t have an Air Vent Grille and its purpose is to extract Air by cooling or heating.The dogs park is always filthy, I called The office many times and nothing done is always smelled bad and it’s not healthy for animals.Please see the pictures of the MOLD inside the closet of my master bedroom nasty nasty nasty.I never been sick in my life like last year because of the MOLD plus i have asthma.

DONT RENT HERE!!! This place has gone down hill within the last couple of months. Pictures are attached of just a couple of things. The cleaners are NOT good at all. These pics were taken less than 30 mins after they supposedly cleaned. you heard the vacuum but they sure didnt do it. the glass doors havent been cleaned in at least 3 weeks, the elevator is disgusting, I dont think the walls in the elevator have been wiped down in at least 3 weeks. Not only that the hallways are so hot and then that is mixed with peoples stinky apartments that make the hallway smell like a zoo, and you cant breathe. I have lived here for many years and cant wait to get out. I will NOT be renewing my lease when it comes up that is for sure.

0 stars for lack of safety and security!!There were several breakins and burglaries in this apartment complex as the theif had access to master key and the keys to all the apartments in the buildings without the knowledge of the management thanks to their carelessness.Although they claim it is gated, several non residents can easily gain access into the buildings. The elevator entry is kept open most times.Dont ever think of moving into SouthWest Gables unless you do not mind your apartment being broken into several times.

Love this place! From the road it looks like a clean and upscale place to raise my little family! Been here four months and this holiday season I am grateful for the move I made to live here. Happy Holidays Everyone!

Pool is so dirty

These apartments are absolutely perfect.Theyve analyzed all the things that are negative of living in an apartment building. They not only address it, but hit it out of the park!The woman that gave me a tour should get a raise, the amount of detail out into this place for the price is insane.Underground, private parking. A trash chute. Elevators. Gorgeous lobby. Beautiful courtyard. Vaulted ceilings. Free WiFi. Even little spots to put animal waste after walking your dog!

The apartments are well laid out and the apartment building and whole complex are very well maintained. The halls are wide and well lit with easy access to an elevator. I especially like the lower level parking in the building when the weather is extreme. There is even a complimentary car wash area. There is a lovely outdoor pool and barbecue area and the Office complex has an exercise room, small movie theater, business center (with paper shredder) and party roomEach building has its own caretaker and ours is great. She puts up seasonal decorations and does a great job of keeping things clean. The managers are friendly and helpful and arrange events within the complex which helps build community.The complex is conveniently located for schools and any kind of shopping needed.

Very clean property and the grounds are well kept. Good location also. The employees are great to work with and have fun events for tenants during the year.

Great place to live. Multi-generational. Staff excellent, maintenance great and fast. Live her with grandson, daughter and have nothing but good experiences.

Its starting to show its age and thats not just the buildings. The clientele is quite aged as well. Covered parking is quite nice and they do have space for you to wash your car.

Management/Caretakers have favorites! If you arent in their little clicks they treat you like you are nobody! They will come up with any excuse to take your security deposit away! When you live there for 5 yrs. with no upgrades of course there is going to be painting! No professionalism at all! Price is ridiculous for what you get!

I have had many issues with bad management. The elevator in my complex does not work half the time, and this apartment complex is constantly having issues with BED BUGS!!

Horrible!The complex management are very rude people and play favorites. My son was told several times he can only have 2 guests with him, yet several other residents have multiple friends over for the pool, the gym, and the basketball court which is used by the same group of people every Sunday evening.When I was late with my rent, I was immediately threatened with eviction rather than being given an opportunity to catch up.Beware that most of the residents, at least in my building, were elderly. They would report on me coming home at 2:30 AM if I didnt close a door quietly And they critically watched my sons activities as well as his friends. Several residents would stare out their balcony window if I were to talk with a friend in the parking lot.I never felt welcome at the place after living there 2 years, even though ! helped several residents with their cars and packages.Live there in quiet solitude with no friends coming over and dont use the amenities. Or dont live there at all!

Clean, well maintained facility with friendly and supportive staff. Indoor parking is a great convienience.

This is a very difficult review for me to write. SWG has been my home for 8 years. It was owned by Stewart Company and managed by some very exceptional ladies in the office.It was where I found home after a frightening apartment invasion at gunpoint at a previous complex.I have numerous fond memories of SWG and the specialness of this place.Sadly, the apartments were sold last year and are now managed by Lund Company.During the past year, I have endured radical change and a CONSTANT and persistent intrusion of a once peaceful environment while a complete overhaul of the complex has occurred. I do understand that updating properties is usually a good thing, but this has been to an extreme and consideration for the tenants during this period has been minimal.Parking interruptions, noisy hallways while new carpets and painters invaded over the holidays, a clubhouse and courtyard being completely renovated making access to the fitness center or movie room difficult if not impossible, carbon monoxide alarms blaring and windows needing to be opened in winter, and garage door not working at optimum level, just touch the surface of my experience. I have tried to endure these inconveniences telling myself that it would be worth it in the end. The final blow came last month when I received a letter detailing a list of additional charges that would be added for amenities that have previously been included in the already elevated rent. These charges amount to approximately a 100.00 a month increse which I cannot afford. I once proudly recommended SWG to everyone I knew, but at this time it seems to just be a highly overpriced complex for this area.
