Montclair village was a great place to call home for 3.5 years. Maintenance was always responsive and problems fixed immediately. The apartments were safe and nicely updated. Never had an issue with any of the neighbors. Very quiet and chill. Lovely neighborhood. The elevator was a plus!!! Pet friendly-big doggies ok!!! My minor issue was the fact that poopy bags are provided everywhere but some of those who own dogs-big AND small-refuse to pick up. Also the parking is a wee bit annoying but still super minor. I moved because I downsized to a smaller apartment.You really do get great value for your money here at Montclair village!

I visited a friend here and was honestly shocked at how nice the apartment was for the rent cost. If I didnt own a house, Id live here.

Excellent, friendly and helpful staff! I have lived in the community for over 1 year with no issues. I love my apartment with the open floor plan, paint color, nice appliances and garden tub.

I give it two stars, because they are luxury apartments, but VERY cheaply put together and VERY cheap materials. Also, the manager (Tracy) is always so rude about EVERYTHING, and literally always has an attitude!!!. I dont think I have ever had a good experience running into her. But they do keep the hallways clean and always smelling good. And the maintenance guys are all super nice and super quick to come to the rescue.

Only move here if youve exhausted all other options. Ive been trying to resolve an issue for 352 days. Documented all conversations. Finally had to video tape the regional manager to show what level of customer service their employees are giving. Still no response from corporate offices. Ill be contacting the news station next.

Fabulous site and amenities. After hours security provider less than subpar, and barely on site 5 minutes watching the establishment.

Overly priced, and they do not maintain it. The staff does not care about the people that live there . I originally moved in, the employee said only a nine month lease was available for my apartment, so 60 days prior to my move out date they gave me a letter, telling me to either resign the lease or move out. I go into the office and they tell me the employee who did my paperwork messed up, and even though it said 9 months, he entered the 12 month date as the lease into the system. The office was even confused. They told me since it was misprinted on the lease, I still had to go by that date as my move out date. I already had a place lined up(because once again, they even sent me papers saying my move out date was June not September). I asked for a garage numerous times, I just bought a $50,000 car, and I needed a garage for it . They kept telling me they had 2 available, but They never got back to me .Every time I called they kept making excuses saying it needed to be cleaned or that they will reach out to me later on in the week. I ended up getting hail damage, it totaled out one of my cars that I was about to sell, and $20,000 on my brand new lexus. Still never heard back from them for a garage, even though residents I have spoke with that have just moved in, have garages. The sign in the entrance to the complex is falling apart, it reads”tclaire village”(tacky) and there is a light pole that must have been hit by a car that is falling over and could literally kill someone if it fell on them, it has been that way for a few weeks now and still not fixed. The gym and pool are always filthy dirty and pool is freezing all of the time to the point where it is unbearable. They need to invest in a heater. My building always smells like weed, residents smoke it in the parking lot almost nightly. The walls are so thin in my bedroom that my neighbor keeps me up every night playing video games. Mu dryer has never worked right, i have complained about it Atleast a handful of times.For the price I pay ($1400) they need to maintain it much better. Glad to say that I am moving out here shortly.

I lived in this complex for a year and was happy with both management and maintenance. Really nice apartments with updated appliances. The property is well-maintained and clean (for the most part - see below). Wasnt nickled and dimed when I moved out. Id definitely recommend living here.Only issue I had while staying there were other pet owners. Omaha has a leash law and I would often see owners with unleashed dogs. These are the same owners that let their dogs defecate everywhere/anywhere and not pick it up.

New apartments but the 3 bedroom is like s 3rd bedroom squeezed in a big 2 bedroom

Expensive apartments with horrible service. The office staff never answer the residents phone calls.

Aweful administration. Terrible place to live. Avoid it at any cost. You will be asked to pay rent twice.

Not enough staff in the office on weekends.
