My wife lives there. Its a nice place

Horrible Place to live ... the have bed bugs everywhere and criminals. The Swat team arrived one morning and interrogated our neighbors. Cars are broken into from the off street parking . Also they rip you off and take your deposit. and charge you even after you leave the place spotless. The WORST part is that if your window air unit breaks they simply DONT CARE. Last year we were in a heat advisory and I was told to put a bowl of ice in front of a fan. My pets suffered and I had to stay at other places to keep from suffering as well . My Pets over heated and it took them 2 months to come out and look at it. I heard of other locations ran by D Thompson Realty that neglected the elderly as well in same situations without air conditioning for years. I have pictures and proof of black mold growing in the bathroom from the ceiling leaking ( never fixed ) . I showed management and they simply did not do anything about it . At the end I was billed on top of them taking my deposit and simply paid just so i would not have to see the office again because I was so angry!! I will tell everybody that I know to never be desperate enough to pay the low rent because you will pay for it in the end.!!
