My friend lives here. Its an alright spot. They are remodeling all the apts right now. Not the dirtiest place and not the cleanest but the tenants are nice and I havent ran into any problems.

Moved me to another apartment to remodel my building Wich was exciting because Ive been here for 3 years then three days before I was supposed to move back to my newly rennovated apartment called and told me my rent would be raised to 905$, Wich is almost a 200$ per month increase, with no amenities!Now Im stuck in my temporary apartment till me lease is up because who can afford a 200$ increase per month with a 3 day notice. There losing a good tenant, but something tells me they dont care!

This place used to be a decent place to live until Sarah went on leave and this new lady came in and let a bunch of drunks and crackheads in the building. We have random drunks walking through the halls at night with police chasing after them. Homeless people INSIDE the building because the doors are always propped open leaving no security. Music blasting at midnight multiple times a week. The building is also UNSAFE. It is dirty, it reeks, there’s a hole in the hallway ceiling, the laundry room floor is always soaking wet from the malfunctioning laundry machines. Not to mention, there was a fire and it was no fault of the tenants. There were gang signs spray painted on the front doors. Do NOT rent here!! It is unsafe and not worth your money at all!

Been here almost a year & renewing my lease this week..love my ladies in the office! The few concerns Ive had they took care of in a timely manner...

Not a great place. Looked at the property several times. Too much of a not so great element there. Screen doors hanging off of the slider doors. Debris all over the property. Just not welcoming at all.

Large apartments. Lots of room for kids to play. Wish they still had a swimming pool. Halls are a bit dirty.

The property as a whole is Poor, unkempt, smelly environment. So very much room to improve. 😯😕😐The tenant I visit as a very clean in organized space, however.

I have come to the conclusion that selden is not wanting to take care of the grounds or apartments. Ive been trying to get the staff here to come look at the wall by my back door for black mold. Sara said she would have someone look at it and Ive been waiting 2-3 weeks for someone to come out.ive been trying to have the backdoor looked at for 2 years now.

Beck on the maintenance team is clueless and refuses to do any after hour emergency maintenance such as non working heat in the winter or non working a/c during the hotter months. filthy hallways and Sara(h) will try to alter your lease in order to evict you. No pool like we were promised upon move in 2yrs ago. The african american gentleman and the curly, blonde hair gentleman on maintenance excel at their jobs and if i could i would give each of them a 5 star review and a small tip when they resolve my issues.

Worst place i ever lived at! I have only been here 6 days an i dont feel safe! I wake up the 2nd day to see the gang tag on the front door an everyday ( NO SECURITY) I ALWAYS FIND THE DOOR TAPED OPENED OR PROPTED OPEN AT 4:30-5:30 AM ? WHY? HELP

Extremely filthy! Got a tiny cockroach into my ear when I was sleeping at night!!!???! Ended up costing me big monies at the doctors

When we moved in nearly 5 years ago. The place was decent but went down hill very fast. Last summer the pool pump went out and was not fixed. The trees and grounds were always a mess with garbage from no one wanting to take care of anything.The Seldin company has came in and cleaned up the grounds. All the dead cedar trees have been removed. Boiler systems are being repaired bug and pest control issues are being taken care of. Everytime I have called in they have been polite and understanding of the situation. This place is making a come back!

Love the Office Staff and Maintenance Crew at Seldin. Since Seldin moved in it is so much better here.

I have lived here for 6 years, this is the only home my younger kids have known. The management is great, the staff is awesome. They take care of issues in a timely manner. Contrary to what others have said, our halls dont stink, we have no mice. Yes there are kids outside, but thats because the playground is in the court yard. I have never had a problem with noise or the kids in my building. My guest have never had a bad experience. I have.never had issues with people breaking into my vehicles. My building is pretty quiet for the most part. Like i said, i have.been here for 6 years and its been a good experience for me. I love the neighborhood, the schools are great, and its convient to everything.

I will never recommend it to any friend! The worse place that I have ever seen. it doesnt look good and clean in general and I always feel unsafe. Lots of strange people also. waiting for my contract to end up and move soon!

Went to see my granddaughters apt n she has 3 kids under 2 n its not the safest for lil ones..the cover over the heater along the wall wont stay up n barely touch it it falls off,the rails on the deck are loose,the dishwasher leaks all over the floor,the hallways is dirty,the acc cords gotta be on floor for the kids to play with n chew on..But thats all she can get with section 8..so had to deal with it.Not impressed.

This place is not what i expected Shouldnt have to wait months to get an air conditioner the heat barely works now i am starting to see roaches they wouldnt even let me view my apartment til the day i moved in my apartment is so out dated varpet looks worn oven so old got rust on the outside counters all banged up and scuffed up fridgerator dont work right i dont pay 825 out if my pocket to live in a dump. Good luck getting anyone to come replace or fix anything i have called several times and nothing has been done this place is the worst place i ever lived in. Too embarrassed to even have company over I thought it was nice at first til i got to move in to a run down apartment

Staff unhelpful, maintenance seems to forget they are in a middle of repairs and never return on their own accord to complete work. From bad with NP Dodge to worst with Seldin. I would NEVER recommend anyone to live here.

Bad experience with the management. Will never stay in another apartment managed by Seldin.

Pretty much the worst apartments in Omaha the hallways always stink wood chips stuck in door so you dont feel safe and the most unprofessional manager ive dealt with i would be embarrassed to have her as my manager lot more things to say but not worth anymore of my time

The employees can not be trusted to keep their word. They lie!!!! Get it in writing!!!!! They lie and steal from you. My daughter was in the hospital for 10 days called about paying rent because she was still in the hospital. They said it was ok to be late a few days and they would NOT!!!! charge a late fee. Liars!!!!!Sure fall back on the legal doc excuse. We know what the lease said. That still doesnt change the fact that YOU said it would be OK!!!!! and then reneged. You could of said NO in the first place what was so hard with saying NO? Then you wouldnt be Liars.

Love the area,love the staff but buildings are quite old and need to be updated...very out dated...

This place is a bad place to live theres roachs everywhere they take for ever to fix things unless you tell them over and over I would not recommend this place to anyone

The apartments arent maintenance like theyre supposed to be my daughter just moved into one and her drawers are falling off the faucets leaking underneath the cabinet her screen and when though lets water in when we have a big storm.
