Management has been super helpful and informative. My family is loving it since we moved in. Its quiet around here during the day and night. Ever since we moved in our stress has vanished.

DO NOT move here!!!! Please listen to these reviews! Worst place ever. Management does not do their job and when you turn them in to the district manager, they harass you, retaliate, and lie to try to get you evicted. They do weekly or biweekly “house keeping” inspections just to be noisy. The grounds and hallways are disgusting and smell terrible. Mold in ceilings. There have been 3 fires since I moved in 6 months ago. Worst decision in my life to move here, trying to get out and now they are giving me bad reference. I am a wonderful tenant, never been through this in my life.

I lived here was a little girl and that is where my little sister grew up my little sister loved this place I love this place. I went to school at holling heights elementary. and the best thing was that the people where kind. they cared. they listened. they helped with homework and the kid programs

Poorly Managed and 3 fires in the last month.

Office never answers their phones. Pool hasnt been open for 3 years. Crime, drugs. But youd better not be late for anything!

Prone to starting on fire. 3rd time in a few months. Shut the place down.

Apartments caught on fire for the second time in a month. no surrounding fire hydrants worked. my friend lost her kitten. and the apartment people could not care less. they have been so rude and condescending especially whoever tony is. got mad for breaking down a door in a fire. like are you kidding me? DO NOT LIVE HERE

I lived here several years ago for a very long time. At that time management was excellent. Always helpful. I loved my two bedroom apartment. It had this funky little fireplace that was great in the winter. The kitchen pantry was a huge plus.

They never fix anything and do multiple inspections for nothing. People in the office barely help with issues, and I believe some of my stuff was taken by maintenance. I cant wait until my lease is close to being up because Im out of here.

The absolute worst...I dont usually write reviews but this place only cares about money. I only been here a month and its terrible if I had somewhere else to go I would have, I went to the office 3 to 4 times and still no resolution all they do is lie to you and put the blame on the next person. Do not move here I wish I didnt!

This is the worst place weve lived these people dont answer the phones theyre not professional in the maintenance department they actually patch things together when ever they do decide to come to your unit the hallways are never clean nor do they shampoo them.. but their always on time to harass residents about using the whole house hold to get money grants at the end of each year to up keep their property while you and the family are living pay check to pay check I wouldnt recommend this DUMP to ANYONE people do your research before moving here ask others that live here and if you smoke weed than this is up for grabs theres a no smoking policy no one here cant tell 😂😂 this place is actually called Mercy Housing 😬 that name alone sounds of the American horror story true facts 💯 good luck

I live here, and theres lots of break ins. Dirty people. Pool is hardly open. Its going smoke free in Jan. The good things are, the manager, whet they do for kids here. Its not a place to raise children.

Ive lived here since November 2015. Anytime something needed to be fixed they did so for me right a way. Recently had a situation and management stepped in and helped and was genuinely concerned. All staff has always been friendly and on top of things. Its been a great place for me to live

I love living here they always help with anything i need being a single parent. They also have lots of programs for the children.

If you can find some place else do. They dont fix things muved in over a year a go stuff still not fixed no place to park washer and dryer on one level our dishwasher and sink flooded and they just walked away run as fast as you can and dont rent from them you will be sry I am

My friend lives here, its decent enough living. Maybe a hair rough around the edges but far from bad.There are way worse elsewhere...

They allow pets and rent assistance (example..... Sect 8, Region VI etc)

The neighbors are really nice

Entitled maitnance guy, doesnt do anything and takes up handicapped parking, is extremely rude and inconsiderate, unsure why he needed to park there and made excuses and said the handicapped people can walk an extra 20 feet when confronted about why he parked there

Do not rent here...do not rent here.
