Great consistent service between locations! We got a flat on Monday night and had to stay in Olympia to get it fixed. I got my vehicle to this Les Schwab at night and spoke with them the next morning. They were very friendly and started organizing to get my car fixed as soon as possible. They had to order in the tires from another location. Communicated with us very clearly to set our expectations and had us on the road minutes after the tires arrived. Very happy with our experience and knowing that I can stop at any location and get great service.

I brought my truck in to get new tires and wheels installed, and an alignment after installing a 6” lift kit. They were short handed and extremely short on staff at the time I brought my truck in on a Friday non the less, but the assistant manager went far and above what I expected in service and got my truck done without an appointment. When I arrived at the closing hour they were still pulling customer vehicles in to work on. I will never take my business anywhere else. Cudos to your crew.

Brought a flat tire in to have it checked out. Cook took a look at it and repaired the tire in about 20 minutes with no charge. Thank you so much will definitely be back to this location in the future.

I wish I could give this location more stars.....Once again, they delivered. We were headed to Sequim WA for camping with our trailer, just passing through. Noticed one of our trailer hubs was getting hoT, called quite a few places that couldnt fit us in. Les Schwab said of course, come on in, well see what we can do. From the time we dropped it off, we were gone in an hour, back on the road. Not only did the tech check the hub on that tire, but dug deeper because he could see that wasnt the problem. Found out we had a brake issue on that tire....fixed that, repacked all bearings & new seals. Unbelievable!!! Great staff, clean store!

I had been skeptical about using Les Schwab for anything because of some bad service at their Idaho stores, but I highly recommend these guys. They were quick, efficient, affordable, helpful, and overall it was a great experience. They didn’t try to oversell or upsell me anything, and I will choose this store for service from now on. I was on my way to a medical appointment when my Low Tire Pressure light came on. I pulled in and told them I was in a hurry. They immediately checked my tires, put air into one, and told me I most likely had a screw or something in my tire. After my appointment, I came back and, sure enough, I had a nail in my tire. They fixed it for no charge and I was on my way. Talk about excellent customer service.

The workers here are nice and friendly. They don’t try to up sale everything. They just do what you need. Much better staff than other Les Schwab’s. I appreciate they don’t over explain either. They don’t assume because you’re a woman that you don’t know anything. Rare for car places. I’d go there again.

I have been to the Plum Street shop in Olympia several times, and the service has been excellent each time. I have been helped by at least three different people in person and on the phone. The store manager is out front helping customers, and helped me out in the parking lot make sure our chains fit our new tires and that they were on correctly. I will patronize this shop again and recommend them.

Les Schwab saved the day! My mom is in another state and took a fall today, breaking her hip. Surgery is imminent, so I was trying to figure things out with family then head to the airport to try to catch a last minute flight. If course, thats when I get an alert on my car dash that my rear tire was losing pressure. It was 5:30pm and terribly stormy.. I pulled into our local Les Schwab (which was crazy busy due to the threat of snow this coming weekend). Although it was 30 mins before closing, the guy at the counter took my info and told me they could help, but it wouldnt be for another hour or so. I drove the .5 mile back to my house to gather up a few things, and came back about 30 mins later. There were still a number of customers in the waiting room, and I sat down to wait patiently, impressed that the staff continued to operate/help people even though it was after normal closing time. Around 6:45, they pulled my car into the bay to see what was up with my tire. A tech came out and told me he had bad news. There was a screw in my tire, but the wear on the tread was bad enough that they couldnt fix the tire. I already knew I needed a new set of tires, and had mentioned this to my hubby a couple weeks back. I also new that the tires on my car were unique and there might not be a full set in stock. In my head, I was already trying to mitigate the issue. No way I was risking driving the hour to the airport with the screw in my tire given the threat of bring stranded, or the idea of leaving it at the airport for several days, only to find a flat upon my return. I also knew that if they didnt have 4 tires, it didnt matter anyhow. The tech told me they had 2 tires in stock, and had placed a call to another store in town to check stock. Good news! The other store had 2 tires and they could drive them over. Feeling bad that they were already way late closing the store, I didnt really want to make them stay late, but the tech said were already here anyhow, so we can do it tonight! Wow! I went ahead and after and they began installing the 2 tires they had, while the other store drove over the other 2 tires. They got them all installed successfully and I was out of there by around 7:30 - a full 1.5 hours after the store was supposed to be closed. And they did it with smiles on their faces! I was literally the last customer to leave the store tonight and they all stayed to help (this the bright and empty waiting area!). THAT is what itd call seriously customer-focused service. Thanks much to the downtown Olympia, WA store for your amazing service and for going the extra mile. You already had me as a customer, but now Im a raving customer.

Ill never buy tires from these guys again overpriced underperforming Factory defect in their tire and they want to sell me a new tire Im going to Firestone now on

The staff here was SUPER friendly, they took care of me immediately even though I had no appointment, I asked them to rotate my tires and check all my pressures...which of course they did happily at no charge. This is a great location with helpful employees.

Went in there with a minor leak today, tire wasnt sitting on the rim right. Folks there sealed it back up for me super quick.

I have been getting my tires here for nearly twenty years, and that is for three reasons. One, the tires and service are tops. Two, its been good for my credit. Instead of some swag merchant credit at a department store I keep my credit profile fed with tires once a year, not a lot of room to use that credit line for anything else, except wheels and service. And third, at the Plum street location there is, by my years of experience, the best customer service professional and one of the nicest people on this cosmic rock: Sevy.

Well, actually heres my story. it was less than an hour before closing on a rainy night. I had a tire leaking and it had been driven on low and I was worried about the integrity of the sidewall.. They came right out and didnt hesitate to get me in and looked at.. when they came to me with the news the tire needed to be replaced..I figured I was going to have to schedule and come back... But they were like.. I can have it installed in like 10 mins.I was like wow! 👍 Now thats service. Do it.Pictured is the tires I wish I could afford to put on my minivan😂I remember a time when ya couldnt trust a tire place (Im kinda old) but these people have the right idea.. keeping people safe and happy with integrity.Good job guys! We showed up on a Saturday afternoon, 30 minutes before closing hours. We were welcomed in, and the team stayed late to change all 4 of my tires (one was flat). Great service!

I went here with concerns about my suspension and the receptionist informed me the guys would check it out for me along with my brakes,They drove my car round for about 10 minutes and informed me that the noise was normal car noises They didnt even take my car up on the stands and inspect it for wear and damage as mentioned by the receptionist. His knowledge of driving it was enough apparently.I wasnt convinced so I decided to go to another local mechanic along with my dealership mechanic.Turns out, there was a problem with my struts and bushes and I had to have parts ordered in to repair the problem.I feel like this les Schwab location did not spend the time with me nor take me seriously with my concerns.Sadly, Les Schwab has lost my future business, atleast this location has.

Worst service ever. charged nearly $200 more for the same service as the schwab I had it checked at 2 weeks ago but couldnt get the parts in a reasonable time

I came in to get my tires repaired due to constant deflation. They found a drill but in one and a screw in the other. Took just under an hour. I asked the guy who drove my car how was it? and needless to say he was very pleased that he got the opportunity to drive my car. 😆👍🤘

Had a flat which was changed out by two company, but took the flat to Les Schwab to see if it could be repaired. They repaired it, aired up the spare and put it back in the holder under the truck bed AND made sure all the other tires were ok AT NO CHARGE!!! Awesome and quick service!!

I was impressed with the service and ease! And was extremely impressed with the compassion they show to a homeless couple whose rv is broken down in their parking lot. According to the homeless Woman, they have been understanding, kind and patient. The business is even paying for the couple to be towed to a safe place in rainier. It is rare to hear about businesses with compassion. I am very impressed and will be giving them all my car business.

They repaired my tire and put it back on for free, which I was not expecting. However, the customer service wasn’t terrible it just didn’t exist. They never called to let me know it was ready so I ended up waiting for hours to have the associate go “oh you want us to put it back on?” In a not very polite tone because they were busy. Well buddy I dropped the tire off at 12 if you’d called I’d have been back before your evening rush, saving us both time and stress.

Like almost anyone living in the NW Ive been to Schwab a few times. This location has been fantastic to utilize. They had to chisel the wheel locks of a used truck I bought, and instead of charging for replacement lug nuts they used some extras they had. I later had them level the truck and replace struts as well as replace a TPMS sensor.Recently I stopped in about a front end clunk I heard occasionally. After a thorough inspection they concluded it was some bushings in teh steering system, not a part that can be replaced with OEM apparently but also no real cause for concern.

They were great people to deal with. We were traveling, passing through town and they were able to fix our tire on our toy hauler right away. They even found a problem with one wheel and were able to offer suggestions to keep the cost down. Although we didnt need tires, they didnt try to upsell our already new tires, but we bought a used set of 4 that were there right size because the ones we had were to big and rubbing the inner trailer walls. They were friendly and courteous and got us on our way promptly with a great deal and now we have peace of mind to continue our 3000 mile trip.

So my wheel came off my truck last night and my family was stranded on the side of the road. David, from you store was driving by and turned around to help us. My lug wrench didnt fit the lugs because I had gotten after market wheels and the lugs were different. David had the correct size in his personal vehicle and helped us out. I had to get the snow tires off my truck and went to this place to get it done. The staff were friendly and professional. The store was very clean and stylish. Ill go there any time I need my car serviced withoutany hesitations.

These guys never cease to amaze me! Always willing to help in any way possible. They cleaned my brake calipers all around inside and out even after I offered to do it as they were removing the wheels. To top it off, I had an appointment to be at and there was a problem with the threads on one of my studs so they would be a little longer to replace it. They were able to get me a ride to where I needed to be while that was being finished up! I honestly wouldnt take my service anywhere else in town. Customer for life! Recently moved to Prescott, AZ to take care of family.Came through Oregon, heading to Washington, stopped in the Les Schwab near Tillamook to get RV and truck tire pressure checked. These tires werent theirs, yet they outright refused payment for checkin all eight of my tires.Thats service, above and beyond! :)

I dropped my car off at 11pm with no note or keys and when I came back at opening time the next day they had already straighted the rim on my car and aired up the tire without me asking or saying anything. I was blown away at the service and they did some more work for me in a very timely manner.

Although a bit expensive they are a quality shop with a lot of knowledge and experience I would recommend them to anyone

I originally visited the store for an alignment after my car had post-collision repairs. During this visit, mechanics showed me that the car still had some minor rear end damage to suspension components that would make an alignment impossible, described additional costs, and the timeframe. I believed they would be doing this work and completing the alignment, but left the store after 3 hours and over $500 to find that they had only aligned the front and did not repair the rear suspension. The front of the car also had a knock when driving over bumps, which left me feeling like they didnt even tighten everything.I received a post-visit survey and the manager, Brian Brush, reached out immediately to schedule a follow-up and explain what happened.While my original visit was less than satisfactory, it seems to have all been a miscommunication, and the original mechanics didnt realize that I was approving them to repair the rear end.The manager, Brian, went above and beyond (even explaining that the front left caster is still out of spec) to make the situation right and our car is now aligned as closely to spec as possible. While my original visit left me feeling like I probably wouldnt return, the way I was treated on my 2nd visit has restored my loyalty to Les Schwab.This store specifically has done a few alignments and theyve always been pretty good. My only advice is to be sure youre fully understanding the work to be performed and that the mechanics have heard everything youve said and expected.

Top notch. The assistant manager came to my work and grabbed my jeep as it was making a wierd sound. I work in the same shopping plaza and gave him my keys. He returned it at the end of the day. Found something loose and fixed it no charge

The downtown Olympia location has far surpassed any customer experience I have ever had. I showed up earlier this evening soaking wet, dirty and desperate. My tire picked up someones keys and I had borrowed all the wrong everything with no lug wrench. The guys on shift loaned me a lug adapter with no issue. They were all very sweet. Well we got back to my car and my jack wouldnt fit... On the verge of tears and 3 min after closing I called hoping they were still in. Not only did they answer but they sent a truck to change my tire. The technician that showed up was fast, friendly and refused to take a tip. It was pouring down rain and dark he had earned it!!!!! Needless to say I am indebted to these gentlemen and cannot thank them enough!!!! So thank you thank you thank!!!!! Youve got s customer for life!!!
