They didn’t figure out the problem as they couldn’t duplicate it, however, they kept my car for a week trying their best and didn’t charge for the diagnostic when they couldn’t resolve it. Very nice! As for the service staff, amazing. My loaner car was not available but they problem solved that and went above and beyond to help. Could not have asked for better service.
The radiator was replaced as soon as the part for my 2010 Munro came into the shop. Other areas of concern were noted inorder to work on in the future. Extremely professional! Thank you Nissan of Olympia.
Purchased a used car from Flood. He was easy to work with. Listened to what I was looking for and took me to the exact car I was hoping to buy. Then He got me the price I wanted for my trade.Also the part everyone fears the dreaded finance manager.LOL He is a great guy who took the extra time to get me a great rate. I appreciated getting a written confirmation text right after scheduling appointment, that they got answers to two questions I had about electronic settings, that they took care of billing electronically once my car was almost ready, and that they did multi-point inspection. It was several minutes before I was helped when I arrived. It was another ~15 minutes before they got started, even though I had an appointment. I was told it would now be washed and vacuumed. It wasnt very dirty but that sounded good, and by hand since I have racks on. Unfortunately I had to sit in waiting area with a mask for over an hour longer to get it washed, and they didnt vacuum it. So great value in terms of money but not my time; I never would have had them wash it if Id known how long it would be take. I can do a quickie wash at home along in about 10 minutes and theyre professionals.
Great customer service from Alex. The actual wait time was about 15 minutes shorter than the estimated time. Plus I was able to pay in my phone since I had forgotten my actual card and Alex was very good about explain how that worked for me.
I dropped my car off at 8:30am on a Wednesday for what they said would be a 5 hour fix. I was informed later that day that they needed to order a part and it would be ready the following day, it was not. Friday came around and I called to see when it would be ready and they said they would call me to let me know. I never received a phone call. I called the dealership 8 times on Saturday morning for no one to answer! Finally I got a hold of someone in sales and they put me on hold and never came back to help me! I had to call again on Monday morning and my car STILL WAS NOT FIXED!! There was no communication which was the most frustrating part of this experience. Thank goodness this was my husband’s car and he was out of town and didn’t need it! I’m going to assume because it was a being fixed for free it was their last priority. They have lost a customer for life and I was considering buying a new vehicle from them.
I purchased a 2020 rogue brand new. It quit turning on and gave me a chassis system control error. I called and brought my vehicle in only to be told it was a “faulty plate in the battery” and not covered by warranty. They charged me $67 to tell me this and wanted to charge another $270 for the battery. I told them I will get the battery elsewhere for less. He then told me that if I did I would have to bring my car back in and “have the battery CALIBRATED”. I think the heck not. Tell me how do you calibrate a positive/negative charge connection. I may be a woman but I am far from stupid and not only will I NEVER recommend them but I will never buy another Nissan because of their antics.

Unable to complete service due to funding. Had diagnostic fee been deducted from parts and labor, I may have been able to squeeze by expenses. But not now, maybe later as things get better. Been a rough year.
I am very leery at having this dealership do work on my car. They did NOT have their things in order.1. They told me I needed a $1,100 Service that I already had done 6 months previous.2. They forgot they were going to loan me a courtesy vehicle.3. They found one, but then it was dirty inside when I went to use it.4. They took the car back to have it cleaned and when they brought it back it was still dirty.5. They called me to let me know that they figured out I didn’t need that $1,100 service after all, wasn’t that good news?!? They had already done it LAST time I took it in. Then they asked why I asked for a service that was already done? I told them that I did not ask for the service, it was their staff who told me it was still needed.They said sorry, but kid off pointed fingers. I expected better than this from the dealership. I am going to be very cautious from here on out if I use them for any other work.

It is so nice to have a personal assistant Bruce to manage my auto maintenance and problem solving needs!! I dont have to worry or stress about making good decisions. Nissan was even SO KIND to remove the entire nest of pinecones on the engine made by mice at NO CHARGE. Im sure there is not a code for that! Thank you so much. My car is clean and shiny too. I appreciate all the record keeping too, so I dont have to. Efficient and helpful.
Fast work and great customer care. We brought two vehicles for service and Bruce did a great job of making sure everything was taken care of. While we waited, we decided to go grab a quick bite and they provided a courtesy shuttle to get us to our restaurant. Driver was Debbie and extremely friendly and personable. She returned to pick us up and when we got back, our vehicles were complete. We will be back to get our vehicles serviced here. Great job.

The staff is very friendly and professional. They normally have a shuttle that will take you to home or work while you wait for your car to be serviced. The day I went in they didn’t have one but arranged to get me home anyway. This is a very respectable place.
I have had the best service here from from sales to the service department. Services are fast and very friendly staff. My sales person “Flood” even set the appointment for me! I will always recommend this place. And I don’t even have a Nissan, I have a Scion.
They stepped up and took excellent care of my Pathfinder (and stress level) when on vacation and the transmission failed during the trip. My Xterra began having mis-firing issues while I was on vacation on the Washington coast, as I was driving home to Oregon the issues were really bad. I drive it 80 miles like that and finally, just 20 miles east of Olympia, I called for a tow into Olympia Nissan. It was a Saturday and they couldn’t get to it until Monday. And first thing Monday Bruce called and also texted me a link to the diagnosis (failed distributor which was burning up the plugs and wires) and the quote. He explained how much the parts cost which helped me conclude that the cost of the entire job was fair. They ALSO ran a check on all of the systems, so not only is my 20-year old (but still new and very dear to ME) X all fixed and purring like a kitten, I am much more confident in taking it on more road trips now. They even gave it a bath, even with my sea kayak still strapped up top! Olympia Nissan did a great job, very quickly and thoroughly, and I highly recommend them. The only little niggling issue I have with Olympia Nissan is that no one in Service EVER seems to answer the phone. While I was broke down on the highway and waiting for the tow truck I called about 6 times and finally had to ring Sales to get a person to answer who then had to walk over to Service to get that person in the phone. That’s why rated 4 stars vs 5. If they fix that important Customer Service issue I will rate them a 5 🤩

3000 mile service for my Leaf. I was pleasantly surprised when I found that they had upgraded and now notified me as they did the work on my car by text messages. I love that, and quite apparently good communication is important to them as well

Not surprised but still disappointed.Original Review: Honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced - after trying to call to go over our repairs with someone for 2 days (made at least 5 calls, left voicemails - never received a call back) and no one answering the phone we had to drive down from Spanaway to actually be able to speak to someone about our car. Both the service rep and the service manager I spoke to were very apathetic and basically didn’t care until we told them we were getting someone else to do the work and then they tried to charge us for services we didn’t approve. We have used Titus will (Tacoma, parkland and chehalis) to purchase several cars and all our service And have never had a bad experience but our experience with the Olympia location was horrible.
Always on time for delivery as promised. Bruce always treated customers like himself with respect, courtesy and professional. Their service Technician crew are well trained and always performed accuracy diagnostic on my vehicles. Highly recommend the Service department at Olympia Nissan with Bruce- service advisor.

On 6/8/2021 they tried to service my 2019 altima it needed to be jump started and said key system error i waited 4 hrs to be told they charged my battery all good now not good doing the same thing used car but warrenty was still good close but still good is that why im going their again ! and now warentty will be done im not happy so can titus will service dept fix my car?

Only reason i gave 3 instead of 4 is because it wasnt ready by the time i was told it would be. Had plans set for after 3 which then had to change.
