I have been bringing my Jeeps to Olympia Jeep since 2014. They treat me fair, do great job and have amazing staff with acute focus on exceptionally great customer service. They treat me as part of their family and I am loyal to now Bruce Titus Jeep, as they were loyal to me all these years. Want to say my thanks to Kim and to Hailey Newman.. I hope they keep doing a great job for the Jeep community around here.
Aaron and the 2 ladies in service are absolutely the best all the way around! Aaron is an incredible person polite considerate and prompt, calls when the time is given to keep me informed. The JEEP service department is one of the nicest professionals Ive encountered. NO, hidden cost upfront and spot on! The mechanic working on my Jeep was polite and thoughtful. My Jeep was completed the time given. Thats not all! There were no rental cars available, but not to worry Debbie will get you there and pick you up in a van provided. Might I add, deliver you on time! 😉A BIG thank you to the 5 people that made a stressful circumstance into an enjoyable experience. 😁
No one answers the phone. They want you to text for communication. Even though its an older jeep the techs left there dirty, greasy hand prints all over. It took 2 hrs to clean it up. They didnt even put paper on the floor. Nothing like getting in and have grease all over the steering wheel. Then I got it home and 2hrs later it wouldnt start. They burned up the starter Im sure trying to diagnose what was wrong. I wont ever go back.
Went in to have a couple of mechanical issues addressed and to catch up on maintenance issues that I had deferred. Aaron was very helpful in identifying the actions required and recommending the items that were safety and maintenance must dos and lesser priority actions. He made sure I had a loaner vehicle since my vehicle required a several day parts delay. Very pleased with him and the dealership -- really first class.
I was very pleased with the service I received on my Jeep Patriot. Kaleb kept me informed from start to finish. I was even offered a shuttle ride to my home, and back to the dealership! How amazing was that! And I had an awesome driver; ms. Debbie!A huge shout out to all who helped in getting my Rosetta back rolln on down the road!Thank you, ms. Gail
I sent this email to the service manager three days after the service rep hadn’t responded. Manager has yet to respond two days later.“Hi Jenna.I’ll send this to you as I’ve yet to hear back. There are quite a few issues with the job my Cherokee was in for from Monday til Friday last week. Number 1 issue was my trailer hitch 7pin was not working, that’s why I came in. Got extras just because it was in, brakes, oil, plugs, etc. but the plug(trailer hitch 7pin) wasn’t really addressed until I came to pick it up and then they needed more time but I had a flight to drive to. On the drive this warning light in photo came back on 20 miles into the drive. What do I do here? Thanks”
My experience was horrible. I spent $1300+ on something they said would fix my problems, it didnt. So much time and money wasted and just to deal with this brat named Jen who wants to fight with me over text messages. I broke my arm, couldnt get in for awhile and she wants to fight with me over that. She is a joke! Jeep of Olympia is a JOKE! I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy. Kaylub was an absolute peach to work with but didnt do much for me. Just a nice guy. He couldnt call me to ask about switching my spark plugs out so they did nothing to my car all day and charged me $90 and a days worth of them having my vehicle for them to just suggest I switch my spark plugs, that I changed before they charged me $1300 fee. Why that wasnt suggested first is beyond me. O so they could get my money. Well they did and I switched my spark plugs again and my problem is still there! 2 visits and over $1400 later and nothing is fixed. Thank you Jeep of Olympia, for robbing me.
I am one of those customers who typically relies on dealerships for service. As much as I love the technicians work, the service advisors could really benefit from additional training. During my most recent visit I called several times to find out if my vehicle was ready, finally got a hold of somebody to learn it was, but was not told that my tires did not get rotated or would need to return when the visor parts arrived. Walked in the door to pick up my Jeep and found I was the only customer, yet I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. See all of the advisers were in the service manager office having a meeting, periodically looking back at me standing there waiting. No one moved until service manager told someone to get up and take care of me. Please know everyone there is nice, I just feel they could really use some focused customer service training.
Took 2 hours to get an oil change. The first time I had come there after getting my Jeep it did have a power steering issue. Ive since fixed it replacing the reservoir, high pressure line, bracket, gear box, and of course brand new fluid. They tried to say I needed a power steering service...meaning they didnt clear the previous record or bother to check the fluid, etc because you can tell (as its not even 6 months old) that those parts are new. They no longer do any of the interior stuff like vacuum, or clean windows and their car wash sucks. They also did not reset the service milage counter. It used to be a good full experience getting your vehicles oil changed here...now, might as well be a Jiffy Lube. :(
Poor communication. Charged for new battery, but did not provide test results to validate replacement. Called stating vehicle was done, but when we arrived to pick up, they had not reconnected accessories. They said accessories could have caused problem, but had no diagnostic to support statement. Vehicle warranty we purchased covers all accessories so if there was potential for an issue, they should have performed a more in-depth service. They had the vehicle for 4 weeks so there was adequate time to be more thorough.
Jennifer was very helpful. She kept us informed as to what our vehicle needed and as to exactly what it would entail. Would definitively use Olympia Jeep service dept. again.
I appreciate that your ql guys actually measured my wifes tires this time and recommended an alignment because clearly she had tire wear. However you should use the 3 category system for leaks when upselling me. The shock was a seap at best and should have been monitored.
Staff were very helpful and understanding of my needs. Whenever they did find something during their inspection, they brought up the issue to me, listed my options, and waited for my preference before continuing work or adding any new line items to my invoice. They were clear in explaining any issues found and patient with my questions. Overall, very satisfied.
Kaylub was our Service professional. He was honest and quick to solve every issue until we were satisfied. I will have all future service performed here.
Kim was very helpful in answering my questions and informed me of recall info for my car. Oil change went quick. Very pleasant to deal with. Very satisfied with my service experience.
Everything was done that I requested and done in a timely manner. The truck is running just like it should.
We were traveling from Idaho when my change oil soon notification came on. The service department was able to get me in for the service without impacting our trip. Thanks...
I came in with some odd noise coming from the suspension. Turns out the dealership we bought from didn’t torque the lift they had put on. Olympia Jeep fixed my issue quickly and I am glad they did as the issues were unsafe! I will definitely be back for all my service needs.
8/6/21 I brought in my 2018 Jeep Compass for my 50k servicing and first I want to give HUGE compliments to Kaylub in service for ALWAYS taking really good care of me anytime I am there for service, to be honest, hes the only reason I continue to come there for my service all the way from Allyn.Second, I do have to say I am a bit disappointed in the service that was done.I asked Kaylub to please have the techs wash and vacuum her out for me, and he made note of that and even put a note that the graphics on there wont be harmed. He asked them to please hand wash her as a precaution for my graphics.I came back after I got the text that my service was done and (this is the 2nd time this has happened) no wash or vacuum was done at all. Kaylub even came outside with me and saw it wasnt done and had no idea why.As I mentioned, I dont need to come all the way from Allyn for my servicing, I can take it to Valvoline or Jiffy Lube, but I continue to come there cause I appreciate that Kaylub treats me like family and that means a lot in todays world, but I dont think its too much for a simple wash & vacuum considering I saw them doing it to others as I was leaving.
Enjoyed the service but must get back in they replaced cabin filter and now it makes noise when you turn fan on high. Know they will take care of it.
Dropped of Jeep for diagnostic first thing Monday morning. Any and all correspondence from that point was initiated by me. They had my Jeep Grand Cherokee at their shop for 2 full work weeks plus a day for what I was told was a 16hr job. Every time I called to ask where we stand, how much longer, all I got were excuses. Were waiting on parts. Were waiting on this. Were waiting on that. You can bet that we will not be back. Not to buy, not for maintenance and not for service.
Great dealership who truly puts customers first, they don’t oversell their services and only service what is necessary. They look after the customer and their wallets, rare combination for a dealership.
Excellent service and staff. We were at ease and pleased with final results.
Aaron and Kim in the Service Dept were extremely helpful and professional. Thanks for all of their assistance in diagnosing my probelm.
Worst service that I have ever received.Appointment for 8am that they couldnt address until after 10.Appointment was for a recall and I was then called and told that they dont have the parts, in spite of appointment being made 10 days or more prior to my appointment date. And the manager LIED to me about not knowing what parts are needed. I found this info in less than two minutes online, from a Bulliton put out by Jeep in 2013.Lack of knowledge, lack of planning, and flat out lies mean that this shop will NEVER see me or my vehicles again!
Caylub Slape was extremely professional.Because of him I would come back
Short wait. They kept me informed.
Hailey was our service advisor and she was fantastic!
Quick, polite, and responsive to all questions and needs for car purchase
Brian the technician was Very thorough in the diag and reprogramming of the the keys and ignition system. Aaron the services advisor was also thorough with updates and any issues that came up:
110% satisfied with the work done and everyone that talked to. I would give everyone a 10
Took my jeep in to be checked for steering box TSB. Truck came back with several small dents and paint chips on the tailgate. Spoke with CSR and provided photos of the damage and heard nothing back. I realize I cant really prove that it happened at the dealership. Im supposed to make an appointment to have the TSB performed but im honestly worried about taking my truck there again.*UPDATE*They contacted me and made an appt to bring the truck in for the TSB repair and to assess the tailgate damage. TSB repair was seamless, zero issues. They did not repair the tailgate dents, but did buff the paint a bit and explained that if they repaired the gate, the paint would be off. They comped me 2 free oil changes and sent me on my way.
When I came in I was panicking/ the staff were wonderful- They got me in immediately/ put my car as emergency priority status/ gave me updates and checked on me/ i highly recommend them for any service or when looking for a vehicle- it’s not just a business- They genuinely care!
That way I cannot see Titus Will Hyundai.
Excellent service. A little long, but ok.
They were on time and quickly scheduled the warranty service. Just wish they knew ahead of time that MY certain Cherokee was not in the recall.
I usually drop my Jeep off in the morning and they will call when the work is done. If I dont have a ride back, they have a shuttle, which is very handy.
Thank you Kim Riffe for taking care of me. You took the time to listen to me and my concerns. You answered all of my questions and explained each step of what was going to take place. THANK YOU for making my 2nd experience 100% better than my first.Andrea Miranda-Ross
Im giving a low rating for professionalism and quality of customer service.I took my car in because of a computer update that needed to be done. I asked them to also look at a few other things while they had my car. I ended up renting a car for the day so I could still get around with my two young kids(2 and 3 month old). When I went to pick up my car, the additional service I requested werent done. I spoke with a clerk in the office while checking out and we came to an agreement that I would come in the following Monday for an appointment. She offered a loaner car and told me she would call me the Friday before to make sure they had a loaner car available.Never called. Never followed up. I called that Monday to see what was going on and no one knew anything about the agreement nor would verify a loaner car be there (because my service needs were not a multi day job).As a mom who finds herself parenting solo a lot, preplanning is critical to survival. You all not having a loaner would have been fine if I had known about it the Friday before like you offered to communicate. I also cant Uber around easily with 2 kids in carseats. I understand my service requests werent big ticket items, but your failure to communicate taints my experience with Jeep and future purchases.
Very good service, Kim is awesome. I was treated like a valued customer.
This dealership service center was awesome. After multiple trips and many misfortunes dealing with a dealership in texas my car was in worse shape then when it originally went in. We were traveling and die to all the bad repairs done in texas we decided to tow jeep home behind our rv and let local dealer fix the other dealers mistakes. Olympia jeep fixed all the issues the other dealer caused during the 3 weeks they had it and olympia was able to correct everything within a reasonable time frame. Less than a week. I wish i towed it home the first time for proper repairs it would have saved me 2 months of misery!!!
Came in for recall service and check engine light. Charging $147 for a machine to tell the technician my thermostat was opening early is kind of steep. Oh well.
My oil change was fast and they took care of me . My suggestion, make a appointment, they do get busy .
They were very nice, and super understanding!
Customer service was amazing
I regularly go there for maintenance services
Very friendly and fast
Professional staff, fast service
My navigation is on the fritz and they diagnosed the problem and are working on the solution
Good job
Great experience.
Excellent and helpful.
Driver mirror was damaged
Scheduled for 9:30am appointment on 04OCT2021; for a simple Oil-change, Tire Rotation & Four wheel alignment. Waited for more than (3) three hours. Apparently, there was no one available at work to conduct a wheel alignment. There was no morning rush of customers being serviced or assisted at the time of visit. Disappointed and unacceptable.
It turned out well. It just took seeming forever.
