I visited for the first time in January 2021 and was blown away by unbelievably excellent customer service, affordable prices, and fast service. Based on great online reviews, I called to see about getting four new tires, an alignment, a tune-up, and an A/C recharge and they were able to get me in next day (although I opted for a few days out). I did have to leave a message when I called, but they called back within a half hour and spent a lot of time helping me choose tires and giving me multiple quotes for different combinations of services and tires. I was expecting to have to pick and choose what I could afford to get done, but was able to get everything done under budget. I dropped my car off a little after 8 am and all of the work was done early the same afternoon. They even laughed at my lame jokes, which made me happy (we all need a little laugh these days). Theyve definitely won a new loyal customer and Ill be scheduling more work soon. Thank you RJM, for making my life easier!

These guys have done two jobs on my beater Tacoma (aftermarket UCAs, carrier bearing) and theyve never been anything but accommodating and friendly. Theyre quick, reasonably priced (inexpensive, actually) and they even come through with a loaner car when possible. No complaints at all!

I have a mechanic closer to me for routine maintenance but for work other than oil changes etc RJM is my go too. They not only do excellent work at a fair price but a number of times my end cost was lower than the estimate because they will only do work that is needed and wont upsell or charge for unneeded repairs. Good, honest work at a fair price cant be beat these days

Drove by today to schedule work to be done. The guys were great, Sammy the dog was awesome. Robert jumped in my car, did a test drive and confirmed the repairs needed. PLUS, the quote was about $400 cheaper than the quote I received from a shop also in West Oly. Im excited to have my repairs done by RJM and see how my van drives!! Ill update after repair is complete.Repairs were completed this week and what a great experience...Robert also fixed something extra for me at no charge.... great business to deal with... I just bought a used car and the tires were not wearing evenly, so I needed an alignment. I am a retired ASE Certified Auto Technician, so I know something about cars. I searched for a competent place to take my car, most tire stores dont do a very good job. RJM has an excellent reputation, and well deserved. The tech took my car out for a test drive before starting the work, this is what professionals do. I watched him briefly to see if he knew what he was doing and I knew the job would be done well. I waited is their small waiting area and watched TV until he was done. After the alignment the tech drove it again to check if it was OK. They did a great job, very nice and friendly people and I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to go there. Someone gave them a 1 star rating for test driving their car, she was mad because he was being professional, unbelievable.

Exceptional quality work at a great price!!! Im thankful RJM Auto Repair exsists. They were super efficient and quick in finding out what was wrong with my vehicle. Great one-on-one customer service, also great explanations on what needs to be done and how much its going to cost. RJM Auto can provide a loaner car which is more than most dealers are willing to do without a big hassle!!! Kids grow inpatient sitting in the waiting room so this was super convenient for us to be able to leave and run errands while repairs were being done! Thanks RJM Auto for an affordable fix. Fair, Honest, Professional and Fast.

Had some work above my understanding that needed done, called around looking for quotes. Called this shop and was quoted $750, about hundred less than the competition. In sales, once youve agreed to a quote, a salesman knows youre willing to spend that money. As a customer youve already accepted that loss in your wallet before bringing your car in. Well, not only did I bring my car in expecting to spend $750, but they inspected my Vehicle, and adjusted what I thought needed done down to about $300 dollars worth of work. $450 dollars they could have pocketed and I wouldnt know better. An honest mechanic is hard to find. 5/5 Would Recommend.

We came to RJM auto repair recommended by the Senior Engineer after bought terrible used car. The timing belt was broken on the highway just two week after purchase from the fraudulent dealer. we have asked several mechanic before came to Robert, they recommend change engine and it is cost a lot. Fortunately,Robert fix the belt and engine with very reasonable price. Robert was professional,experienced, honest. Not only did an employee chase me off their road then scream at me and harass me; I let these guys do my brakes a while back- pulled the pads off and put the same back on. Didnt even grease or clean the area to make it look like they did something. Why are they still in business?!
