Have bought most of my cars here. Staff friendly, helpful and easy to work with in what youre looking for. Place is clean, spacious and follow all Covid-19 protocols. Would love to see them a fresh new look and layout to the place. Great service department and they pretty much have things done in a fair amount of time. Worth a look at.

I have to give a big thanks to Jake for an excellent experience at Rainier Dodge. We came in to look at used trucks and he showed us a variety of models that fell within our budget and was never pushy or tried to force a sale. He was a pleasure to work with and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Rainier Dodge in the future. It has been almost a month and I am still in love with my 2014 Ram 1500. I was looking online just seeing what was out there. Knew I was needing a new car soon. Happened to see a grand Cherokee on their website that I absolutely loved. Sent a message to the dealer and in less than. 10 minutes Sam called me. We talked on the phone for about 10 minutes about the Cherokee, my trade in and my credit challenges ( post divorce. Need I say more?) I was asked to fill out the credit app online. Sam assured me once that was done he would get the finance team on it and get back to me. Within an hour Sam called me back with excellent news. THEY GOT ME APPROVED!!!After talking further with Sam, I was in my car headed to the dealership. When I arrived Sam had already pulled the Grand Cherokee up front for me and met me in the parking lot. He handed over the key and told me to go take a look. Went and had a look and loved it even more. They new I was working with a time constrain and did everything in their power to get me where I needed to be. After about an hour at the dealership, I went in and signed my finance papers with Trey and was on my way in my new car.If you need a car, head down and see Sam LeBlanc and Trey. They are all amazing and super nice. I am beyond happy with my experience with everyone at Rainier Dodge and I love the Grand Cherokee they got me in.Thanks guys!

Would have given less stars but not an option. My car I purchased in cash was supposed to be fully inspected before I brought it home. Not even 3 months later brakes failing and needing new rotars. Called shop and theres nothing they can do making my family eat the cost. Never going there again.

I have been team Dodge since 2012 and have serviced my cars at Rainier Dodge since 2013. I can honestly say, the staff there are very personable and professional. I never left the establishment dissatisfied. Rob Wiggins is a salesman who would always speak to me when I brought in my vehicle for service. He never was pushy or tried to coax me into buying a vehicle I didnt need. Often times, I would watch how Rob handled customers and treated each of them with respect and professionalism. I approached Rob years back and told him if I ever get another Dodge, I would come to him first. A few months ago, I talked with Rob and indicated that I was interested in getting another Charger or Challenger, but I stipulated it must be purple. Rob contacted me immediately and told me they had a Hellraisin Charger in transit and if I want it, come down and reserve it immediately. I was a bit hesistant because I wanted the Plum Crazy version but I quickly realize Dodge wasnt releasing that color scheme this year. Hellraisin it is, so I came down and dropped my deposit off to Rainier to hold the vehicle for me. Rob kept in constant communication of where the vehicle was and when it arrived at the dealership. It was a few weeks after its arrival, I was able to come down and pick-up the vehicle. Many people expressed interest in the car and Rob kept them at bay. On August 25, I was able to purchase the car and I can say, it was an enjoyable experience. The car was clean, topped off and ready to go upon my arrival. Dodge had granted me discounts on the car without me ever have to bring it to their attention. I told Rob on my way out, if I ever get another Dodge again, Rob will be my salesman again. This man is the epitome of a solid person and a prototype for how a salesman should be. Thank you Rob and Rainier Dodge for taking care of me. I truly appreciate your service and we will continue to do business in the future.

I bought my new Dodge in 2016. Great no pressure sales experience with Robert. He was awesome. Recently my check engine light came on. I was concerned because I only had 28,000 miles on my car. My 36/36 warranty had expired but due to the low mileage on my car they repaired the part for me. The service manager Aaron was amazing. Their goodwill will keep me a lifetime customer.

Ive been dealing with Rainier Dodge for many years primarily for parts and services (which has always been a good experience), but the other day my wife and I decided to take the plunge and bought a vehicle from them. Everybody from our salesman Mike G. to the used car manager Jeff, and the finance manager Danny were top notch by going above and beyond to ensure my wife and I felt at home. They worked together to find us a more than fair deal on exactly the vehicle we wanted and were able to secure us an APR much lower than we anticipated. With amazing service like this we will continue to shop here for years to come!!!

I called to order a part and the young man that helped me with the part actually had it in stock. He put my name on it and let me know it would be available for me to pay for and pick it up when I was ready. I went today to pick up that part and they had a lot attendant actually help me get the part on my car which was nothing more than a license plate holder for my front bumper but the service was great they were extremely nice and professional and I appreciate that.

A few weeks ago my old Subaru was stolen without a trace, and given its age I knew I was going to need to replace the car instead of put faith in waiting around and restoring it if it’s ever found (it’s still missing!). Replacing it—while afoot in the middle of the pandemic—was not something I was looking forward to doing. I knew I wanted a Subaru Forester, but the Subaru dealerships I contacted were not able to keep their appointments with me. It was very frustrating! By luck, I found a Subaru Forester at Rainier Dodge and when I called to make an appointment to see it, Matt was super friendly—and kept my appointment! The car was ready for me to test drive, Matt was able to answer my questions even though this isn’t primarily a Subaru dealership, everyone wore masks and socially distanced which made me feel safer, and I was able to smoothly purchase the vehicle—and feel good about the experience. I dont usually take time to leave reviews (good or bad) but I am absolutely appalled that I trusted the service department to give me a fair and accurate diagnosis on my Jeep.I was quoted $150 for an hour of diagnostic work. They gave me different stories about what exactly the technician did to determine the recommendation. After questioning the validity of the work, they said they wouldnt charge me for a full hour. They offered me $20 off but also added an undisclosed and unauthorized $20 shop supply fee and still charged me $150 +tax.I went against my better judgement thinking they could offer a more thorough diagnosis, but they werent able to tell me anything I didnt already know. I called them out and still got taken advantage of. Go at your own risk!

I dropped off my Dodge Dart because the battery kept dying and needed to know why. At the end of the day they told me my battery was dead so they couldnt diagnose it. charged me over 90$ to confirm that I indeed had a dead battery. I will not be returning.

We bought a Ram 1500 and traded in a car. Customer care was excellent and all the people we dealt with were fair and transparent in their business dealings with us. Michael Giglio knew more about the trucks he was selling than any salesman we had met previously at other CDRJ dealerships and was great to work with. They were also able to get us a car loan at a lower interest rate than our credit union offered us. Although the paperwork was as slow as anywhere else, there was no pressure the entire time, and a genuine effort to put us at ease. After having been treated to the usual sales tactics at other dealerships in the Puget Sound, Mike and Trey were a breath of fresh air. We even had a rebate we forgot about until the paperwork was almost complete. They told us they would take care of it and send us a check in the mail. I told myself, that’s too good to be true, but the check arrived as promised. Thank you Rainier Dodge.

Just have to give a HUGE shout out to Rainier Dodge Service Department!! As Jeep owners we had been going to the local dealer where we purchased BOTH of our Jeeps, a Renegade and a Grand Cherokee, for ALL of our vehicle needs. But the frequent turn over in employees has given us great cause for concern.The most recent time I took my Jeep into the dealer for an oil change there were no reps at their desks and, I found out later, the new service manager was over in the corner helping the new receptionist learn something on the computer. We were ignored for almost 10 minutes and finally the manager looked up and asked us if we were there for a service! Wow! I told her yes that I was there for an oil change that was to have taken place now almost 20 minutes ago! She went back to the corner with the receptionist, got her little hand held thing to go out to my Jeep and get my information. When she returned she went to the copy machine, got my paper work out and told me to sign it in order to get service! I looked at the total and then asked why I would be paying over $100 for an oil change!! She told me that was how much they cost and there was a tire rotation fee on there as well. I asked why they always felt so free to rotate my tires without asking me and then charging me for something I didnt ask for. She rudely told me that I didnt have to get my tires rotated if I didnt want to shed remove that charge. She never answered my question!Long story short she informed me I didnt get free oil changes and Id have to pay for them going forward unless I wanted to purchase another package deal to get them free. She tried to pull up my car info on the computer and then told me that GM had pulled that info from her screen and she could no longer view it! REALLY?? So I said I wasnt going to get my oil change that I was going to think this one over. I left and went directly over to Rainier Dodge of Olympia to see how they could help me! Please keep Ellyn Burris forever as she is one amazing asset! She used to work at Titus Jeep dealer and now works for Rainier Dodge. She contacted me and told me that they could work on our vehicles there if we wanted so thats what took us there!Sure enough they did! I found Ellyn, and Jessie, and got hooked right up with amazing, kind, considerate, knowledgeable service department employees who within minutes had me signed up for an appointment the next day and had told me about the oil change plans they had to offer! Wow what a difference!Its so great to be treated with respect as customers! That has been lacking now for over a year at our former place. Thank you Rainer Dodge Service Department Team for a job beyond well done! You guys are amazing and you have our business! No we wont give up our Jeeps but you have the privilege of servicing them from here on out!We cant thank you enough or praise you enough! Keep up the amazing jobs you all do! Took car in for airbag recall, when I picked up the car the airbag sensor came on- not the same airbag and they missed it on their diagnostic? Zero communication and zero trust!This is in response to the owner- I will be calling, please know there was no meaningful dialogue- yes after much arguing I was able to have the 150$ diagnostic fee waived, I argued that labor should also be waived as it would be considerably less if they found it the first time while the car was open- instead I had to come in three different times. This is a safety issue- I took the car back for an airbag recall, while driving off the airbag sensor came on- I was told that means the airbag would not be deployed. I reiterate- this sensor was not on when I took the car in for the recall, and again I was initially told that it was not their problem and had to leave- only to come back again. This in no way is a success.

I spoke with somebody from financing about my gap insurance he said he was going to email me what I need and he never did and that was like 5 days ago so just a heads up even there carwash is never openand glad not gonna be doing business there anymore so if you want good customer service go somewhere else.

On Saturday mid-morning 22AUG20 I stopped by Rainier Dodge Service Desk with respect to an issue on my late model Charger. The lady at the time working the desk informed me I needed to drop the car off for diagnostic testing and earliest available appointment was Tuesday 25AUG20 at 0700 and it would take an hour or so to get a diagnosis. Tuesday 25AUG20 at 0700 I drop my Charger off for testing. When i asked my service advisor how long it was going to be and mentioned the lady on Saturday said it would take an hour, my service advisor said my techs dont come in for another hour and a half. I was also informed that i would be contacted on my personal phone later the same day once car had completed the required testing. At 1615 (9 hours and 15 minutes after i dropped my car off) I made a phone call to Rainier Dodge and was informed that no notes were in my record for ticket number 264. There was no calls made to my phone or voice-mails recorded informing me of my cars status. I called at approximately 1630 ans left a message for my service advisor to call me and advise status of my car. It was not until approximately 1700 when I received a phone call from a 360 number whom no one spoke or addressed themselves when I introduced myself. By this time I was 1 minute out from the garage therefore I didnt call the number to make contact. My assumption is that this was the service desk. At approximately 1702 i was physically at service desk when I asked my service advisor the status of the car he advised that his tech looked at it, drove it around the block. When I pressed further my advisor informed me he needed more rime.To be honest I didnt have the confidence that I was getting a truthful amd or accurate answer on what really transpired for the 10 hours my car was in their possession during that interaction. Right or wrong you left a bad taste in my mouth. He asked if I could bring the car in tomorrow (Wednesday) for further testing. I agreed hesitantly but now I am publicly informing Rainier Dodge Service I wont be back. Also I was never given a printout of the work done and/or testing completed. Unfortunately you have lost my business and I wont be coming back for ANY service or recalls at your establishment. I wish your business nothing but the best.J. Teters

11/27/20 - First time customer at Rainier dodge. Took in my Ram 3500 and reported a trailer wiring error message, right rear taillight/blinker message and fast blinking of the right turn signal, and windshield wiper fluid low error message. Even with these errors everything was functional. I turned my truck in at 7AM. Kara, the Service Writer, stated they would call in the afternoon after the diagnosis. I received a call at 3:32PM and Kara only reported that the right rear taillight had a pinched wire and it would cost $75 to repair. I asked if they could fix the pinched wire today but there wasnt enough time or mechanics to get the repair in. The other status was about the windshield wiper alarm and stated that it needed a sensor replaced but the knowledge she had was superficial as she couldnt answer any deeper level questions. The problem about the check trailer wiring had no report and I had to remind her that it was one of the concerns I mentioned.I went to pick up the truck at 4:26PM. No repairs have been made. Already frustrated of having to pay almost $300 dollars for a diagnostic and no repairs, I was ready to get my truck and take it somewhere else. There was a workmanship problem though. After the mechanics conducted their diagnosis my truck was handed back to me in worse shape than when I turned it in. On top of the reported issues above my left taillight is completely out and blinks fast when signaling and my back up camera does not work. I immediately called back when I discovered the issues, once at 4:47PM when I discovered the left turn signal didnt work and the taillight was out. The second at 5:25PM when I discovered the backup camera didnt work. They told me to bring the truck back in on Monday which I cringe at the thought but I would like to at least have my truck returned to me in the same condition that I gave it to them in. I have low confidence that Mondays experience will go any better. Hopefully I dont get a ticket for a taillight being out.I feel I did not receive the value that I paid for and wasted my time and money. The operations need help as having this dealership service you vehicles has a high probability of requiring a minimum of a two day commitment. Two days of lost time and inconvenience. The biggest issue I had was the underdelivering and my expectations were never set. Im scheduled to go back in Monday 11/30 so I have to find a ride and inconvenience a friend or family member and be out of a vehicle another day.Update on the return visit. The same tech was more thorough with his diagnostic and found water damage from an trailer wiring upgrade that was done by the previous owner. The cost of repair is $1300. I asked Kara if this was the diagnostic that I shouldve received Friday and she said no. The issue here is I didnt feel the tech was thorough during the first inspection. Kara was persistent in asking if I would like to move forward with the repairs which I declined. At this point this is one of the worst customer experiences Ive ever had and if I was the service manager responsible for the level of service provided I would fire myself!Ill be taking my truck back up to Tacoma Dodge. They have the space and mechanics to get customers in and out while maintaining a high quality bar.

I asked for my key back and the service rep tried to tell me my truck was serviced and ready for payment. I told him my truck never left the spot I parked it in at 1:30. He said oh, the key was with the wrong paperwork. Wont be coming back. Hate long waits and lying staff.

This guy was as rude as can be and told me I can take my truck elsewhere. The sheer incompetence of this service department astounds me. They refused to fix warranty work because they claim it couldnt be a wheel bearing because they had one guy years ago bla bla bla.. I took it to less schawb and had them show me and it was a bad bearing and when I told these people in the service department they said and I qoute.. We dont believe less schwab we know its the tires.. I cant believe how incompetent that guy was and hes still there.. I would recommend you take your money and time and go somwhere that cares to help you

Thanks again for a great deal!Update: After owning the vehicle for a very short 3 months the Air Conditioner went out on it. I brought it down to my local mechanic and he took a look at it. I purchased a 2015 Town and Country and this vehicle should not be having air conditioner problems so it was a mystery to me and the mechanic. Come to find out the vehicle had been in a front end collision and this was not disclosed to me at the time of purchase. I called Casey the general manager to see if he would be honorable and try and right the wrong and he was completely unwilling to do anything at all except tell me to bring it down to his service department where they would run a diagnostic test on it for free but charge me for any service or repairs that needed to be done. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone who is doing their best to just purchase a vehicle from an honest dealership.

Great staff. Everyone is amazing, minor issues with the vehicle, they handled quickly. I bought a new 2018 Ram 2500 diesel and they are very helpful and accommodating. I know money talks but it is nice to see great service. Recommend Rob Wiggins as a sales man, he provided a excellent experience.

Great dealership to buy from. Bought a 2015 Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn and got an awesome deal and interest rate. Had a few issues with it that were all handled quickly and bought other stuff for the truck at a price I just couldnt refuse. If your going here they are all great at their job and their #1 concern is making the customer happy. Ask for Jon Richardson when you show up and he will take care of you.

I would like to start by saying WE give both good and bad reviews based off all the things consumers expect when making purchases. Especially when it comes to vehicles, which we all know can be anxiety ridden.We bought a Challenger about eight weeks ago and the five-star glowing review we gave, was much deserved. However, this past week we attempted to purchase a new Durango R/T and oh how things changed.Without drawing this out too much Rainier Dodge AGREED to match another dealers price on the Durango. However, when it came down to it, they declined to meet the agreed upon price even after it was provided in writing via TEXT.With that being said its hard to believe we are writing such a contradictory review from just eight weeks ago. We will end with no matter what is agreed on, even when its in writing, it appears you shouldnt be surprised when or if Rainier Dodge changes their mind.WE ARE SO DISAPPOINTED IN YOU

Well, let me start by saying my 2017 Ram 3500 with only 35750 miles on it stopped running. I had the truck towed to Rainier Dodge. I knew everything should be covered under warranty. They had my truck for almost a month and everything was covered under warranty except for one fuse that had blown. They charged me $472.00 labor to change one fuse, and 3 hours of labor to trace a wire that you could see hanging down from where I took my auxiliary fuel tank off before the tow truck came and picked up my truck. I tried to work with them to get some of that labor cost taken off, and all they offered was a one time $100 store credit. I was going to get my tires from them for the upcoming camping season and have them do my service ( Just moved here) - but not now. No way will I take any of my vehicles here. I went to Les Schwab and got 4 tires and have scheduled my service at my local mechanic shop.

In 2013 we bought new Dodge Dart in South Florida . From the beginning the car had issue with the airbag light that would not go away. We took it no less than three times to the dealership and they never fixed it. We also tried another local dealership service shop to no avail . Soon after we relocated to SW Louisiana and the Dodge dealership there was just as worthless. In 2017 we came to Olympia. Here, we took the car to Raineer Dodge and they fixed the problem. The light never came back, so I think Raineer Service took care of it.Thank You Raineer Dodge Service. You are the best in my experience.

Went with my Mother in Law to pick up a car and she had numerous problems with the transaction. First they forgot to apply the vinyl stripes to the car and didnt notify her before we drove an hour to pick the car up. They told us they didnt have those stripes in stock so she would have to schedule a later date to have them installed.When she went back to have them installed the ones they received had been ripped on arrival, again she was never notified prior to making the drive in to have then replaced of the problem. When I mentioned to the salesman I might as well apply the stripes for her he was incredibly offended and told me I most likely didnt have the proper equipment for the job, it requires special vehicle vinyl..... When I informed him that I have been applying 3M Vehicle vinyl for years he became even more irritated.Any dealership who claims only they know how to do a job is often a dealership I would recommend avoiding.

Low pressure and very helpful. Don was great to work with and was extremely helpful. I feel like I got a good price and closing was easy and quick. I was replacing my 17 Year old Dodge Ram and was just looking for one that replicated the one I had with all the modern equipment. Don made sure that happened. As you can see, I dont buy a lot of vehicles so was glad for a good experience.

My husband & I were in the market for a new Dodge Ram, so we went to Rainier Dodge (first time) and we were impressed with the salesman. We ended up leaving with a 2013 Dodge Dart. Two months later we decided to get our truck and we went back to Rainier. Again, the same salesman (Jason Beecher) was outstanding at helping us. Not only did we get the truck and car we wanted, but we were impressed with the customer service by everyone at Rainier Dodge. They were phenomenal. I also had our oil changed on the new Dart & it was a great experience. Usually when you go to a dealership, they have you do a credit application FIRST and then they tell you what vehicle you can get...BUT not at Rainier Dodge. Instead, they had us look at what we wanted, we discussed prices, colors & all the various things about vehicles AND then they did an excellent job at getting us the best deal possible for the vehicle WE wanted!!!! I cannot express how much these people care for others. Everything was phenomenal when dealing with them. We are really enjoying our 2013 Dodge Dart AND our 2013 Dodge Ram 1500.

My experience with Rainier Dodge has been excellent all around. Aaron from the service department is awesome, very compassionate about what he does, and very committed to his customers. He will explain to you everything about your car from what needs to be fixing and what does not. I just recently brought my new Dodge Journey from Jason in the sales department. He spent countless hours over several months to make sure that I got just what I was looking for. He got me the best deal he possibly could and I am looking forward to working with him again when my boyfriend goes shopping for his next vehicle. Tom from the finance department gave me some great advice for an extended warranty because he took his time to listen to me about how much I drive. What a wonderful and caring team! Very professional small dealership that has been at this location since the early 90s. Excellent customer service. The waiting area is barely OK; it is clean & safe. Their busy lot can be tight to manuever in. It is easy to find, access, and exit. It is fully handicapped accessible.

Took a test drive in a rig that wasnt detailed. Drove and rode ok but they wanted too much so I didnt buy it. I left and 30 minutes later they called to tell me that I forgot my drivers license. Excuse me? After they took it for the test drive they never gave it back. Did I forget it? Possibly but its their job to give it back. Also they didnt know pertinent information on the rig they were selling. Unprofessional in my opinion.

So I did a few things within Rainier Dodge.1) Dropped off my truck for a new alternator, 2 hrs after they pulled it back they told me they they will have to order the part. Oh well no problem. Go rent a car from Enterprise. :-(Anyways, come back next day since I got a call saying it was done. Go in and pay, they drive it around and my engine light was still on. Um WHY? They take it back around and clear the codes (this should have already been done). I jump in and find my seat settings so messed up I dont know how anyone could drive. (Once done, put seats back to how u got it, or atleast close). Then my mirrors were looking at the ground. (Again, put back once done).I know small stuff but stuff that shouldnt have happened.2) sales while I was there. Very friendly, didnt push. Maybe because he was new but still good experience. Didnt take them up 9n their offer though. Price to steep for my wallet. :-)

After we completed the deal with our salesman who was great, I asked the floor manager for the 2nd key fob for our truck and he quickly said we dont have it. There was no offer at that time to replace it or have one programmed for us for free or even one at reduced price while we were at the dealership. We happened to meet the previous owners of our truck and I asked them if they turned in 2 working key fobs and they said yes we did. I contacted the dealer by e-mail and requested they provide us with our missing key fob and they claimed they didnt have. They said they didnt have it but would sell us a new one for $153.71 (included a 25% discount). The additional fee of approximately $63.80 for programming would not be covered since I would have to take the new key and my vehicle to a local dealer in my area. I again e-mailed Casey Johnson at the dealer and told him that would not be acceptable since our truck was turned in with 2 working key fobs and we are rightfully due what we paid for. To date I havent received a response from Casey regarding my request. I have been told be numerous individuals that work at dealers that the dealers will take extra key fobs and sell them on the internet because they can make at least $100.00 on them. I can only presume that is what Rainier Dodge did with our second key fob. It will now cost me approximately $275.00 to get a new key fob and have it programmed at my local dealership. After you drive away from this dealer dont expect the same service they gave you while selling you your vehicle, YOU WONT GET IT. Also, beware when buying from them they will sell you a CANADIAN vehicle without disclosing it. When you go to use the warranty in the US it wont be covered.

Ive purchased quite a few cars and it has always been a hassle. Dealerships always waste so much of my time. It literally took me two days to purchase my last vehicle. I was dreading the entire idea of purchasing a new car as I completed my inquiry online to bring in the next day. The second that I completed my application, Lu (one of the Dodge team members) contacted me to set up a time to meet him at the dealership. I told him that I knew exactly what kind of car I wanted and Id already had my loan information completed. The following morning I went to Dodge, picked out my car and was done in less than hour. Lu was professional, efficient, and one of the best salesmen Ive ever had the pleasure of working with. He didnt try to pressure me into anything I wouldnt be interested in (overselling) nor did he tag on unnecessary features that would have made my note higher. He explained every feature of the car and any extra time I spent there was simply because he was such a great guy to chat with. I will be purchasing with Lu again when my wife is ready for a new car.

I just want to share my awesome experience here. As of a couple days ago I have purchased/upgraded to a 2015 dodge charger R/T. And there is yet no remorse. The car is a dream and everything I wanted, the sales representative that helped me was Don Thomas! He is an outstanding person, and trust me on this. The whole cliche its what they do to sell cars but I looked pass that and you cant go wrong with your connection with him. I was looking at some new charger that would have been practically impossible for me to get on my own. So he did some digging around and showed me the charger that belonged to a person that took well good care of it and with low miles with a killer deal. Since I was a new auto buyer, i had some turn downs from multiple credit unions, but as soon as he got a confirm he called me and let me know I got approved! Then the ball started rolling and now I own my dream car. This is my personal experience with detail, and thanks again rainier dodge, a well happy customer of the mopar family.Update: BEWARE of car wash! Scratched whole car. They never clean the car wash equipment! Tried to get something settled with service manager and general manager. Offered to do front bumper..... and said Ill think about it. But to remind the whole car is messed up do to their equipment. And was called a liar by General manager. (Twisting my words)Tried to reason but he kept interrupting me and laughing like it was some joke.(Of course it got me mad) So much for making things right and keeping a customer satisfied... First and last dodge Ill be buying.
