This location on Black Lake Blvd in Olympia, Wa is rocking some excellent teamwork. As a manager myself, I can honestly say that this team was very cohesive, with excellent communication skills. Customer engagement was professional and courteous. I felt well taken care of and confident in the job performance of the team.The Team Leader should be commended and the team deserves a bonus of some kind. They went way above and beyond an oil change at the Black Lake Blvd Jiffy Lube.. One of the guys there, Nick, told me the inside of my engine had debris from mice nests. He said there was so much of it that it was a fire danger. He took care of the problem for me and vacuumed it out. His coworker, Sav, was great too. Amazing customer service and team work.Thank you!

I went to Jiffy Lube yesterday morning to ask for diagnostics because I have an old truck and the odometer readings dont work but was told that everything looked good under the hood besides my fan not working properly. I returned that afternoon for an oil change to save myself some time. I sat in my car and heard/felt pounding on my wheels and heard a guy say there was a steady leak on front passenger side caliper which was suspect. Mind you I had come from running local errands and wasnt experiencing any trouble with my breaks all day. I got 2 blocks from the shop and when I came to the light, I almost crashed into the car in front of me because my brakes failed!! My petal was all the way to the floor! Immediately my brake light came flashing on. I only live minutes from that Jiffy Lube. I called the shop explaining what happened and the manager Nate refused to provide me service, only telling me to have my car towed back there to take a look. I told him I didnt trust them to look at my car after it was obvious that someone there tampered with my brakes. It was obvious he was defensive and refused to offer any compromise. I went to another Jiffy Lube nearby and that manager checked and told me there was a leak/hole in my driver side caliper, not the passenger side like the other one said. He quote me and referred me to a shop for the work. Ill do the work myself. I took my car to Jiffy Lube for an OIL CHANGE. I hadnt had any issues with my brakes at all prior to visiting there. I ordered brake pads months ago just in preparation for issues with my brakes and can do the work myself when necessary (like I now have to do on my calipers unexpectedly). I hadnt had any oil under my car in my driveway until now of course. Im pretty diligent in doing the work that I can on my own truck. Trust me, Ill never return to Jiffy Lube out of convenience or to save time again. If the goal was to convince me to never shop there again for service, mission accomplished.

Ive been going to this place for all of my oil changes and just miscellaneous stuff for my vehicle over the past year and a half and this has to be the best place to get all of that done! The staff is awesome and they definitely know what theyre doing so its super fast and you know youre getting professional service and service done right!

I was driving my truck out taking care of some family shopping and my power steering stopped working I literally could hardly steer my truck. I take care of a couple elderly family members and work a full time job I cannot be with out transportation. I called black lake jiffy live and they got me in right away. As soon as I pulled in the Manager Nate greeted me and went straight to work with his team diagnosing the issue turns out there was a couple issues but Nate explained everything to me with detail so I understood the problem .Nate produced an estimate for the repair ‘s that needed done and a time estimate. He was confident he could get me back on the road in no time I left my truck with them and that’s exactly what happened with no worries. I just want people to know that this is an excellent place to get more than just an oil change these guys are trained and professional.. I go there a couple times a month because I have a slow leak in one of my tires on my truck that I have not fixed yet. The guys their are always very helpful and nice. Even though Im not spending money. I do leave some money for a gratuity though. Everyones time and hospitality is greatly appreciated.

This Jiffy Lube is the absolute best. I always leave with a smile on my face from the awesome staff and I know my vehicle is always safe and healthy when I pull away. I wouldnt go anywhere else for my vehicles maintaince

I stopped in when my oil light went off all of a sudden. It was early Sunday morning I was in the middle of a long drive back to Seattle. They very quickly diagnosed the exact problem and took care of it efficiently and for a good price and were excellent with their communication. Very glad I stopped here.

I live in Chehalis but will drive to Black Lake to visit Nate and his staff. They are friendly and get the job done well and fast!

Fast paced crew, everyone has a positive attitude. The person talking to me was Nick I think. He was very helpful.

My car’s indicator showed I was low on oil. Since I didn’t have time to take the car into the service station, I decided to top off some oil and then take my car in later. While topping off- since there was no indicator, I added a lot more oil than needed and it’s one of the cars with no dip stick to check oil level. On starting the car there was a lot of fumes from the exhaust and I started to panic. I took my car into Jiffy lubes and immediately they diagnosed that it could be due to the excess oil causing the issue and the burn off and immediately removed the excess oil. They were really very friendly and professional and helped me right away. To top it all they didn’t even charge me for their time or service. I would definitely recommend them . Thanks guys!!!

Even though I get discounted oil changes at the dealership, I prefer to use jiffy lube based on convenience. Today was my first oil change since COVID, and they did an excellent job making it painless. Everyone was masked, and you now stay in the car. The person assisting me was excellent at giving me instructions (I am pretty car ignorant) and the team worked together seamlessly to get my oil change done in minutes. I mentioned after I got my cabin filter changed at Toyota the fan made a loud noise, and the person helping me graciously was able to get the debris out so I can use my heater full speed in winter without the obnoxious noise. I will definitely continue to use this location based on their excellent customer service.

Nate, Nick and Chris gave us five star treatment when our battery quit working in the parking lot, even washing our windows. They had us up and running quickly and were super friendly. I highly recommend these guys!

They were clear, helpful, and went above and beyond showing me potential issues for my journey home. I didnt just get a great oil change, free brake check, windshield cleaning, tire air check-- I got a lot of helpful info and some diagnostics to boot. Thank you so much! You helped me get home!

All of the guys working at the time were very respectable. Bryce made sure I understood everything they would be doing to my car and answered all my questions thoroughly. And on top of all of that they got me out of there in a timely manner!

Im late in writing this review-- landed at this Jiffy Lube in need of an oil change and my battery died on their floor. Without missing a beat, Manager-Elijah got me up to speed, knew off the top of head which battery they had in stock that would work for me, and got me squared away. Elijahs knowledge about his work is apparent and hes uniquely talented at making it accessible. He also delivers impeccable customer service. If I were another shop known for this type of culture/experience in the area (*ahem* Terrys), I would be trying to recruit Elijah.

Even during covid they were very efficient and provided good customer service.

So far Ive been to this jiffy lube twice and both times I got really good service. Ive gone to a few others around the area and the service was poor or the quality of work was incomplete. This facility has a good friendly staff and they do a good job with what is promised even if they are busy.

This review is for one of the employees, not an oil change, however I will hope that he is representative of the way this Jiffy Lube does business because this guy was fantastically helpful.My daughter and I rolled into the parking lot of the Texaco with low pressure in one of our tires, looking for one of those coin operated air pump machines. Not finding one, I opted to check with the attached Jiffy Lube.Before I even get to the door, this dude Jessie steps out of the bay and asks how he can help. I explain, and he quickly responds that hell get some air in the tire and points me to where to pull in my car.I was so impressed with the friendly, helpful interaction that I decided I should try and come back for our next oil change. I asked Jessie about pricing, thinking hed have an estimated range of price that could give me an idea of how much, but no; this guy knew all the figures based on standard, blend, and full synthetic, and remembered to tell me that my Explorer would likely take more than the 5 quarts included so it would be $X.XX more per quart for any extra, and topped it off my letting me know that they also vacuum the interior (and maybe wipe the windows?... they do a full service, regardless).Anyway, thanks Jessie. You made our afternoon better. I hope your good service is indeed representative of the service at this Jiffy Lube.

I came to Jiffy Lube today because I had been neglecting an oil change for TOO long. I didn’t realize that I had come in directly AFTER close but Bryce did not hesitate to help me out anyway. Incredibly personable and professional. As a woman who knows absolutely nothing about my own car, it is sometimes scary to get any type of work done to my car— Bryce made sure to explain everything to me thoroughly and suggest only what my car needed in a timely manner. I had this group change my oil. The day after I noticed a large pool of oil under my car in my driveway. I took it back and they told me it must have been a faulty drain plug and replaced it. I was also asked to come back in a few days so they could check it and make sure it was working properly. Two days later I noticed another large spot of oil under my car. I took my car back for the second time. Erin, the manager ran out to greet me and save me explaining the whole story again. She told me they may have a bad batch of plugs. She used the last one they had and suggested I go to BMW to have them look at the vehicle. Erin refunded the $102 for my oil change. She also sent a very nice technician to my home to clean the driveway. Its bee a really long time since Ive seen such great customer service anywhere. Hassle yes, but they couldnt have handled it better.

Came in for a quick oil change cause I had my 6 month old with me. Elijah was friendly and got me out the door with an oil and filter change and changed my wiper blades in about 15 min... great service!

He was quite clear about options, expenses, suggestions on what parts needed servicing and when they should be done, was respectful of my budget and didnt push anything I didnt ask for. On a Sunday afternoon, expectations of workmanship were satisfied as name worthy Jesse and Elijah remedies a dashboard light, maintained scheduled maintenance, and rallied out customers to ensure to return. The office has had the same people running it for some time now, as that extends to in introductions workmanship.
