I took my car in FOUR times and they fixed nothing. I went in to the have the AC repaired and I was serviced by Brian. Initially I went in, left the car, and when I got it back it was repaired.. but only for a day. I then took it back and the same happened. This repeated two more times where it worked for a few hours to a day at most. They wanted me to bring it in AGAIN. But by then I had lost faith that they would repair it. I called Brian asking if I could get my money back seeing as nothing was fixed and instead I got a patronizing explanation of how an AC system works. I continued to ask for a refund to no avail. This company was unprofessional and incapable of doing the job. Don’t waste your time and money, and just take it to the dealer for repairs.

I have used this shop 3 times now with 3 different vehicles. They have always made me feel that I was more than just a number. Each time they have worked to give me all the options available and all at a great price. The saying that you get what you pay for is true most times, but here I have always received high quality with a lower price than other shops. This Saturday I was having 2 tires replaced on my daughters car at discount tire. They couldnt get 2 of the lug nuts off of a tire and said the studs would snap so i needed to get them replaced before they could install that tire. I drove it quickly to AAMCO to see if they could do it. I forgot they were closed Sat, but they happened to be there. I told them the issue and asked if I could bring it by Monday. Brian said why dont we get that done today. They got it on the lift and took care of it. While I waited Brian gave me a popsicle to combat the heat of the day. They got the work done and then WOULD NOT CHARGE ME FOR THE WORK! How often do you find that at a shop. Thanks to Brian & Spot, because of you, I was able to get the other tire installed that same day!

I have taken my business to Aamco for many years and I have always received quality work at a reasonable price. Needless to say I received that same level of professionalism and dedication to quality service.

First of all, I am a repeat customer. I have never had a bad experience at this AAMCO. Even though they were super busy they were able to accommodate me and get my vehicle in and the work completed without any issues. Brian and Heidi we super communicative and friendly. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking for automotive care.

I had gotten my suv stuck w/ no way to get it unstuck. One of the awesome guys from AAMCO came to rescue me! I was exhausted after my flight, a long way from home & no $ for a tow truck. We were traveling when our A/C compressor quit. Brian was extremely helpful with advising our warranty options. Not only did he speak with our service shop in Florida, but was able to confirm with the local Auto Zone that our compressor was under warranty including labor. He had us up and running by the end of the day. A great manager with a focus on good customer service.

The dealer told me I needed a new transmission to the tune of 6k. Turned out it just needed someone who knew what they were doing. Diagnostic, oil change, and a new battery later it only set me back $700. They were very professional and fast. I will definitely be recommending to everyone.

Had transmission rebuild ut found out that it couldnt be done so got a remanufactur transmission instead. Had to make a couple of adjustments and fix a leak.Also had some other work done. All in all great service and personal work done. Would recommend to friends.

Im adding to my review in hopes that the owners will wake up and get rid of the manager at this place. For the last 4 months ever since my jeep has been in there for a simple diagnosis, Ive had to replace the recycled battery the manager put in for no reason with out me saying he could, the idle control sensor ( the day I got it back) and have a cracked side mirror because the manager was having a fit and was swinging a battery tester at me. AGAIN STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE....

Get everything in writing before you let Brian do anything to your vehicle. I brought in my dads Chevy truck. It lost 4th gear. First he quoted us at $2,300-$2,700. After he took the transmission out and disassembled it jumped to $4,100. He lead me to believe that if I got a loan with a company he recommended he would work with me on the rest the loan didntcover. He did not. He held the truck until I came up with the difference. He didnt have the repairs done when he said he would. To top it all off tho. It was broken into and they tried to steal it. I wouldnt let this guy put air in my tire.

My wife and I are having a tough year, so when the transmission failed - we bought one from a reputable dealer back east. To make the story shorter our transmission is “missing” our car has been physically damaged on the outside, employees have smoked (we don’t smoke) and ate their lunches inside our car. Oh, and the manager has been arrested. In short when spent $3000 for our transmission to mysteriously go missing and work that was never completed. The insurance company is considering “totaling” our family car all because we brought it to this shop. Oh, I forgot our little car now has rat’s living inside and eating the upholstery.

I left Firestone after getting a car inspection with “multiple” “serious” problems with my car that would’ve apparently cost 3000 plus dollars. They were trying to rip me off so I decided to take it somewhere else and saw this place by accident. I took my Lexus ES300 in to have them check it out. Got a call saying my car is in great shape and I just have a small transmission leak due to a worn transmission pan gasket. They seen me right away, and had my car fixed that next morning. Reliable and honest mechanic. WILL NOT RIP YOU OFF. Left that shop with my car running better than ever, and a sense of comfort and safety. The problem was a 200$ fix, versus what Firestone said trying to rip me off. Will be coming back again! I highly recommend and I NEVER write reviews but I had too. It’s hard to find an honest mechanic who actually has pride in there work

I’ve had 2 vehicles work on here. They did a transmission on my truck and I had to come in and get a second one done due to pulling trailers a lot and they homered the warranty and even through in a bigger trans cooler to prevent Any future damage. They also did work on my Jeep Wrangler and took great care of me.

If youre looking for a trustworthy and reliable mechanic, these guys are awesome. They are reasonably priced and do great work. I only wish I had tried this place sooner!

Took my vehicle to Dustin at aamco after picking it up from nissan after almost 2 months for a front diff replacement and trans cooler lines transmission was slipping real bad, nissan said we have to replace the entire transmission Dustin took the car and checked it all out said its good to go no issue, I picked my car up today and wouldnt you know it so far so good transmission has no issues and is running wonderfully and he even text me to be sure I made it home with zero problems, all of our car business will go to this place from here on out, overall great experience, friendly and very honest left me feeling confident.

We brought our F350 into the shop the 1st time in April. Dustin was great getting us in during the pandemic. Took him about a week turn around to Rebuild my transmission. We had it about 3 weeks and the transmission went again. We had the truck towed to him and he worked on it again. This time it was week that he had it. When my husband picked it up he didnt even make it home before the Transmission quit AGAIN. This was in May, paid for ANOTHER tow back to the shop. He had the truck from end of May until the end of June. My husband had been afraid to drive the truck as it STILL was not driving right and was leaking. Today, once again, the transmission has quit, they are of course closed. Nevertheless we have not had a good experience with the quality of work coming out of this shop. If it werent that it is thankfully under warranty I would DEFINITELY be looking at a different shop.

My alternator died Thanksgiving weekend. (Of course) Was lucky enough to get it in first thing on Monday to AAMCO. Vehicle was done the same day! No pressure to get anything else done, knowledgeable, quick, friendly! Will be going back to get my transmission serviced soon.

The transmission in my 07 Toyota Tundra started slipping and thumping so I took my truck to who I thought was the big transmission shop in town, thinking they were the best. I was quite disappointed that after taking my truck for a quick drive around the block, this other shop came back to tell me that from his 30 years of experience he knew that my transmission needed to be completely rebuilt and I was looking at $5,000+ depending on what they found inside when they took it apart. My heart sunk and I left wondering if I was now going to need to buy a new truck.I took a wrong turn on my way home and ended up driving by Aamco. Im a bit embarrassed to say that I never even thought about them in the first place. I think maybe my angels led me there because my experience with Dustin and his crew was amazing!They actually did the thorough inspection that you would expect. They test drove it, put it up on the rack and took things apart to see what was wrong. Then Dustin took me and showed me. He explained how the transmission works and how from the symptoms my truck was exhibiting, he didnt think it was the entire transmission that needed to be rebuilt. Rather it was just the torque converter that was slipping. I questioned him thoroughly because I didnt want to have a situation where they fixed one thing to find out it was something else later. He guaranteed me that wouldnt happen and guaranteed they would rebuild it at no extra charge if it did. Its been a little over 6 months now since my repair and I couldnt be happier. Oh yeah... I forgot to mention that my repair cost less than half of what the other guys wanted.I highly recommend Dustin and his crew.

Dustin is the man. He quickly diagnosed my 93 Lincoln mark viii. My Lincoln needed to have the Transmission pump seal replaced. This was not an easy job, because the gas tank and drive line and exhaust needed to be removed to do the job. Dustin gave me pictures and updates on the repair. This shop manager also went the extra mile, and suggested that the fuel pump be replaced since the gas tank was already off. He only charged me for the part, no labor. Total cost was @ $1350. I will be returning to this shop for further work.

I gave this 5 stars because there is no 10 star option. The most professional, communicative, and reasonable shop around. Dustin works wonders. I took my truck to a different shop, don’t want to call them out but they rhyme with schminekey. They quoted me $2,000 yo change a fuel filter and clean my tank. They were way off. But Dustin and his techs fixed it in 6 hours. Would highly recommend this place to anyone that needs something done and doesn’t want to worry about if they are in good hands. Because I promise you, you will be.

Dustin gave an honest assessment of the condition of the transmission of my 30 year old vehicle. Rather than trying to up-sell me on a new transmission, he said that it was most likely an intermittently sticky valve. I decided to wait to get this repaired when the problem becomes more frequent.Dustin also repaired just the parts on my brakes that were worn. Other shops in the area will only quote on replacing everything to do with the brakes, a more expensive approach.All in all, I felt that Dustin was fair, professional, and did a quality job at a reasonable price. I will use his shop when I get the valve repaired.

My 2011 Equinox ran out of oil. I needed to actually use the dip stick, not computer. I needed to get oil ASAP and he was closest to our home in South Bay. Dustin came out and filled up oil reservoir for free. Dustin is very knowledgeable, thorough and honest. My son thought he had a CV joint out on his 2005 Cobalt. He had it towed to Dustins who examined everything to find out front left tire was being held on by 1 lug nut. Simple repairs done for only $111.00. he didnt take advantage of situation and charge us an arm and a leg. Go see Dustin.

I had my serpentine belt break due to a froze Idler pulley. I called them at 8:00am and they said they can put me in. They got right on it and called me with in a short time to tell me what was wrong and what was needed for parts and price. I was very amazed how fast they took care of me and very happy with there competed work. I would recommend them to everyone who can’t or don’t have time to work on there vehicles.

Thank you for everything Dustin! Anyone who had a negative experience with Mike please hear me out!! I went in about a month ago to get my clutch fully replaced. Mike was the manager at the time. He gave me an incorrect quote and after belittling me and making decisions on my car without my consent, he sent me out the door -$1600 with a car that broke down again less then a month later. I took it back in, at which time Dustin had taken over as manager. He has worked with me and my husband so incredibly much! He has been nothing but respectful! We didnt have the money for the new service, he worked with us on the financial aspect so so much! I never write reviews but this buisness has made such an incredible turnaround for the better, it is absolutely deserving of one!

This shop has done all the work in all 4 of our vehicles for the past 3 years. We have had many major repairs on our older vehicles and have never had an issue. Howard and John, the mechanics, are amazing and highly experienced, and the customer service has been terrific with the exception of a short-term manager. I cannot recommend this Aamco more highly, their prices are more than reasonable, they back their work, and goodness knows they have earned every penny on our old vehicles with many ghosts in the machines!

I went in because I heard a noise every time I went over a bump. I thought for sure it was my transmission going out. However, when I spoke with Mike about it, he suggested I do a test drive with the mechanic that was going to look at my car. John, the mechanic, said I was to drive so I could show him how the noise came about. After a few minutes, we came back and he put my car on the rack to confirm his diagnosis and said my transmission was fine. The noise I was hearing was the sway bar links. I was told it was a creature comfort by John. I greatly appreciated their honesty and customer service. I will recommend them to my friends and family.

We had our jeep worked on by AAMCO transmissions. They gave us a quote and stuck with it despite the redo they had to do because a mistake was done by one of their mechanics. They communicated with us about the process and did their best to get our car running and back to us in the shortest time possible.

Underrated. Safe. Easy to work with.To begin with, I want really sure where in turn to take my little truck for a check up and some maintenance. A lot of the local places either have poor reviews or are booked until next Wednesday.This little shop is no different. However, agreeAfter my experience here I know they are underrated. They squeezed me in with no issue and worked with my schedule as far as drop off and pick ups went. The price was incredibly fair. The manager was easy to communicate with. After my free inspection I was told that my rig is good to go but will need some work in probably a half a year or so.Excellent service. Excellent price.

Supplying my own oil (they dont carry it) and filter brought the cost down to a bargain. Wont pay them for items I can purchase myself. It was January and too cold to do myself.

I needed a new clutch and the manual transmission rebuilt on my Ford Ranger. Mike was easy to work with. Had an issue bleeding the slave cylinder to get all the air out. Otherwise I can now find each gear; shifts into and out of gear much smoother. They also fixed the exhaust leak and another unrelated issue. They even worked Saturday (normally closed) to finish the work. So far so good. I go back in 10 days for an inspection and to make any adjustments if needed. Note: If you have a camper on the truck; take it off prior to service to make it easier for them to work on the truck.

This is a great shop!! I got a quality lube and oil for a great price. I also like the fact that one person does the service and takes their time to make sure that everything is done correctly. The owner is on site and their manager is a female, so the office smells nice and the bathrooms are clean!!! Very nice, accommodating people. Support your small, local businesses - this one is a winner!

Great group of people. After dropping my son’s car at the shop I didn’t have a way back home, Mike (the manager) personally dropped me off at home. I had heard that this shop was under new management and decided to give it a chance. Glad to say that in fact it was one of the best and most honest experiences I have had with any shop Ive used over the last twenty years. Upon entering the building I was greeted by the manager who quickly took my information and promptly got my vehicle worked on. The issues with my vehicle that were discovered were explained in depth and clearly. The various options I had to remedy the issues were presented. I would highly reccomend using them for anything from routine maintenance to a complete transmission rebuild.

Dustin was very knoelegable and did a great job disclosing all pros and cons. Gave me a best worst scenario which made it easy to make decisions regarding my transmission. In the end I got a transmission overhaul at a price closer to the low estimate. I stopped going to Aamco a few year ago when there was a different manager but Dustin regained my trust.

Brian was very helpful and flexible when kt came to getting my Kia in to be repaired. My car was in and out same day. The clutch runs smoother than Ive ever felt it. He also was very called me every step of the way to let me know what was going on.

The new manager is honest and great to work with. He really cares about you and making sure you can get back out on the road with your car as quickly as possible. I took my Lexus there because the dealership is so overpriced and I had my car back in no time, fixed perfectly and with a lot less out of pocket money. Dont hesitate to take your car here. You wont regret it.

The technicians have many decades of experience and with that some good grounded common sense. Howard especially is rock solid in diagnosing problems and is easy to understand when he tells you what youre facing.

Excellent customer service, excellent communication and made quick work of repairs. For transmission service, this is the place to go. Do research on other services (more then one estimate) as you will be amazed at how other shops differ in cost, service and dependability

Aaron at AAMCO was amazing! He went out of his way to try and get me a new engine. It did not work due to my financial issues but he tried his hardest ruling out what we could do next. He took the time to actually talk on the phone with me about my best options and how it would affect my credit. I have to pay 5,000 for a new engine still but at least I tried all my options. They have great customer service and are under new management. Definitely need to go to this place for your car needs!

Great set of guys down there Mike the manager took care of me from the start very transparent, even after when I had a few issues with my vehicle they were right there willing to help me out in any which way they needed to get me back on the road. I will be definitely be going back with all my vehicles

I went in to have some work done on my transmission after finding an unsettlingly large puddle of pink fluid under my truck. I did see that they had some very poor reviews in the past but from what I understand they are now under completely new management. The new manager Aaron and the mechanic I spoke with were both very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. My problem turned out to be a cracked seal which they promptly replaced at what I thought was a very reasonable price. The people I dealt with seemed like really good guys, honest and respectful, and the service was great so I would definitely return for any future car care needs.

I brought my little SUV in before I made a trip to Idaho and they took excellent care of me. They did a full oil change and safety inspection and changed my windshield wipers for me. Nick the manager was very friendly and helpful and the tech explained everything very well to me when I found out I needed some work done
