Had a pedicure with Tom today. Excellent job! Ill be back!

This place gets worse every time I go there. I went today, they do a sloppy, rushed fill on my nails and don’t properly file so it doesn’t look like I even got a fill. She then tries to airbrush it again, makes the French so thick and nothing of how I wanted it and ignored my requests. The owner than says I don’t know what to tell you, blames my salon from last time, and rips the card out of my hand and says $38. This man is so unprofessional, unsanitary and no where near deserving of my business ever again. I own two small businesses and I’d never treat a customer like that EVER. How are they still in business?????

The first time I went here my nails came out horrible. I gave it another try and Michelle did a good job she just wouldn’t stop talking on the phone w ear buds in and it was really rude, and unprofessional. She didn’t stop talking to her coworker during my pedicure in her language either. Management or owner should put a stop to that it’s not like a few sentences it’s non stop in another language. You’re providing a service it’s unprofessional. They also used a big fluffy makeup brush they use to clean the dust from the acrylic on the work station to clean off your hands this was before the pandemic, but it’s still unsanitary and gross. The last straw I made an appt it was for 1,1:15 he said come early to pick your color. I don’t need 15 min to pick a color so I arrived at 1:15...what do you know?! Michelle took a walk in I just left. I was so disgusted I will never come back. I hope they’re cleaner now also! “Fair”prices aren’t worth unsanitary conditions and rude staff.

Place could use some updating. There was a mosquito floating in the pedicure tub. She rushed through the pedicure and I was out in 20 minutes. She did not do a good job paining my toes at all, I had to repaint myself the next day. I guess for $20, you get what you pay for. Definitely won’t be back

They do tips and fillings amazing, and prices are fair. Mine always last forever and look great! However, I would not recommend a pedicure. They are the worst, so rushed.

First time I went after already being disapointed from a previous place. And the woman didnt even buff them down. I basically walked out with sharp claws. Im upset I paid for these things. Wont be returning.

I went to this Salon as a new resident to the area. Service was very poor. They do not sanitize properly per state board requirements and laws. Which I have contacted . The individual that services me cut me . Did not tend to it until I inquired if she was going to do so .if I could give this place a negative 100 I would .

Im extremely disappointed with the services. This was my third time at the salon and i had no issuses until Thursday I went to get my eye brows waxed. Well one of the ladies that was taking care of me was rushing spilled wax on my pants, broke the stick on my face and got wax in my hair. She then denied that she did it. She never even.apologized. I went to the owner Kevin and told him what she did. He didnt apologize or compensate for the services. I still had to pay. I will never recommend this salon to anyone

This place is my go-to. Even after I moved out of the area, I take the time to go back for my mani and pedi appointments. The prices are super competitive and the quality of work Helen does on my toes is outstanding. She is also the best for regular manicures, really takes the time to remove the dead skin around the nails, which is my number one criteria when it comes to manis. Christine is the best if you have the gel extensions. Favorite place for my daughters to get their eye-brows waxed, they love Helen for that job too, the best.

Great staff and service

Horrible. Worst experience of my life. They dont tell you what the prices are. They dont listen to you. Went here with my mom and the prices were horrendous. Right across the street they have mani pedis for 25 dollars while here the pedicure alone costs 25 dollars and it was not the best pedicure at all. They made my mom bleed and as we left she was still bleeding. They wrecked my nails and did not fix them at all. Will not go here again.

Terrible service. They pick and choose who they want to work on. Not very clean and not sure if they even sanitize. If I could give no stars I would.
