I agree with the other reviews. Their prices went up. Regular mani used to be 12 now its 15. I went the other day and and the polish was ruined. I showed the owner and instead of doing it over she just put another top coat and said it is fine. It wasnt. The polish was all bubbly. That means the polish is old or due to shaking the bottle. I suggest bringing your own polish.

I’ve been to this location many times.. it is usually a hit or miss regarding the service and quality of work. Lately, they seem to have been choosing who they will take as walk in. I literally wanted a manicure, no paint .. that would have taken 15 minuets MAX, if that. I walked in the same exact time as 3 people that were together as a group. Needless to say, they were getting full sets, manicures and pedicures but they turned me away stating there was no one to do a simple manicure which was absolutely ridiculous and baffling. The salon was not packed nor were there any others waiting. I am stating to think one of the ladies may be racist .. she is not friendly at all. I however do like the gentleman but every time I am seen by the other lady, I am being turned away for the most simplest services. I am starting to become disgusted at this place for this reason as it happened on several occasions. It seems like they put certain races ahead. All I wanted was a manicure.. I’ve been told to come back on numerous occasions for my services. I am highly disappointed and if others have experienced this, please advise because it is not fair nor acceptable.

Walked in Friday with no appointment and was able to receive a manicure right away. Manicurist spoke English and Spanish which was refreshing. She was very friendly and asked if I had anywhere to be after so she wouldn’t hold me up. I even made a future appointment on the way out. Unfortunately for a gel manicure which should be lasting 2 weeks I already had 4 nails chipped by Sunday. Not even two days later. Disappointing because a gel manicure isn’t exactly cheap these days. Lily was friendly but i won’t be returning because the service didn’t last

I love Jade nails, Jenny did my pedicure today and she is amazing at paying attention to detail and she gives the best foot massages ever! I usually have Gabby do my fills and she is very experienced and I always leave happy when I get my nails done here.

I’ve been going here for years. Great job doing nails. But has changed a lot as far as the people who worked there. They are changing a lot. Not so much in a good way! But certain people there are great.

I have my normal salon that I have been going to for over 10 years. I have an appointment for tomorrow that I need to cancel due to a medical procedure. I wanted to get a mani/pedi and eyebrows before we go away. I walked into Jade Nails and was taken right away. A sweet gal named Jenny was who did my mani/pedi and Gabby did my eyebrows. What an awesome job by both. Definitely will be making future appointments with Jenny when I cannot get to my regular gal. Salon is spotless, very clean, all those who work there are so nice. The added bonus...so many beautiful colors to choose from

Worst place I’ve ever been too! Save yourself the trouble. They do what they want not what you ask for. I got a pedicure and powder dip nails on Wednesday,Thursday morning my pedicure was chipped, and my thumb nail broke. When I told her this is not the shape I asked for she said “your nails are not long enough” I told her I asked you to put tips on my nails but she ignored me and kept doing the ugly horrible job. Such rude customer service on top of it, Waste of money and my time!!!

Too quick to get you in and out. The owner changed pedicure price from what he originally quoted me on the phone. Very rude.

The atmosphere here is great and the staff are amazing, they will go above and beyond for you however be mindful of how you want your nails to look and make sure to really convey that to the technician.
