Probably the worst set of nails i’ve ever had in my life. i had two different girls doing my nails so i have a whole bunch of different shapes, not to mention she didn’t do any of the prep work for a full set i have my license in cosmetology so i know a lot about it, when i tell her she says “wait” all different lengths, acrylic all over my skin. so so so bad i can’t believe i even paid. I just got a basic full set no design and light pink and charged $70!!!!! for a basic full set. NEVER EVER EVER go here.

The worst manicure I have ever had. Had a dip and in 2 days all my nails cracked. They should be closed down.

I asked for a gel and I walk out with having to go onto the dryer for 30 minutes they still messed up I am very angry

I have been here many times over the years and was very satisfied in the past. today, I scheduled a pedi/mani ...My pedicure was ok but the other woman wanted to do my manicure while I was getting my pedicure and I said no thanks let’s wait!The manicure was terrible. The woman didn’t soak my hands, didn’t trim my nails properly and I found myself anxious to get the process done!I have to believe that maybe she was having a bad day but truly that’s not my concern!

This is the worst place I have ever done my nails in. The lady file my natural nails with a acrylic nail file. I ask for square shape nails I got uneven irregular shape. She left me unattended to run and attend someone else. The whole process was all in less the 20 min .wont come back.

Worst experience ever. I cant even understand how this place can have an employee like Andi unless she owns this place then definitely dont visit it speaks volumes for the type of service you can expect. Not in a good way either. I gave her a tip after my nails and shes like you need to give me more. Then I gave her a few more dollars and she gives me a look like I owe her more. Gratuity is based on the type of service you provide and if you cant provide good service on your end how can you expect the customer to return the appreciation based back in a tip. My nails are not even done great that I feel she even deserved how much I ended up tipping her. Not a place I will be visiting back. This place is not cheap either. Save your money and go somewhere else. You will thank yourself later. Definitely wait to get someone else if you are there and are stuck with the decision should I get my service done by Andi or someone else. Choose the someone else.

Also at times charge for mani/pedi when you only received one service. Check your receipt. Better yet, avoid this place.Never again.. don’t waste your time and money.. they making fun on people staff is very rude .

If I could give zero stars, I would. Went to get an SNS manicure and what a joke! The next day I have 2 chipped nails. This manicure lasts 3 weeks or better. Colossal waste of time and $46! Actually walked out with dull nails and cotton bits still sticking to some nails. I had to go because of child care so I had to fix my nails myself. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable! Will never go there again!

I arrived at 6:50 & told them i needed eye brows and my tips just taken off ( not redone ) . they take me to do my eye brows im like okay. then i sit down at the table. Andy starts taking the polish off my nails. does 2 nails and tells me they are closed (they close at 7:30) . now im walking around missing the color on 2 nails & if they were gunna close then they should not have even started. very rude & do not recommend.

I only go to Julie! She waxes the eye brows perfect!mani pedi clean and lasts.Can’t say they’re rude like the other comments here I believe it’s just the language barrier, the don’t speak well and probably at times don’t understand.I did try a different tech once and wasn’t happy at all with the service.Will go back but only to Julie!

Truthfully I think that when they take their time to do your nails its not bad and they r very good at doing them...but eyebrows are a different story. Its usually a hit or miss with the eyebrow talent

The worst place ever. My daughter had a sweet sixteen and went in there came home with all of her cuticles bleeding and her nails were so crooked it looked horrible. $50 later she came home crying wanted to rip them off and I didn’t blame her. I called wanting to speak with the owner and they did nothing but say sorry. Don’t go there

They ripped off my mother! She had a gift card and they said that there was nothing on it. She clearly had a full gift card. They ripped her off. They’re rude and unprofessional! Never would I nor my mother go there again!

Horrible place!!! I should have checked out the reviews before I went there. Just had a gel fill in..the tech Dee made a point to tell me my old manicure was not gel, yet used the same gel Ive been getting. The opi color I chose was unevenly put on, I pointed it out she blamed the polish and did not even try to fix it. I did not tip. Never again and I do not recommend!

Be careful when paying on a credit card. They charge you twice and refuse to correct. They say it was the banks fault. Also at times charge for mani/pedi when you only received one service. Check your receipt. Better yet, avoid this place.

Terrible low quality service! I will never go back, please do no be fooled by their low price. It is very dirty, they have mildew growing on their broken pedicure chairs as-well as their tools. I am not new to manicures and pedicures and know they skip many steps because they feel like it. Bottom line you get what you pay for cheap price equals cheap and rude service. i would much rather go to April nails across the street that is more expensive but cleaner, nicer, professional and friendly.

Ive been here 3 times. The first time was ok, I went by myself and the prices seemed appropriate. The service was ok, nothing special, my big toe nail got ruined as soon as I got home, I think they put too much nail polish and even waiting 15mins in the dryer isnt enough. Second time I went with a friend. I got a more expensive pedicure and was surprised when both me and my friend where done at the same time even though I know mine had to take longer because of the extra steps, but hey, maybe they extended my friends pedicure so wed be done at the same time. Both me and my friends big toe nails (again) got a little damaged, even after drying for over 10mins, but we blamed it on ourselves as maybe we could have been more careful. third time I went in with a different friend on a Tuesday around 3pm. I tell the front lady we want 2 pedicures. She says ok and sits us both down on the pedicure chairs. Someone comes and starts doind my friends feet. I get bored, but I wait. Pedicures take about an hour and can you believe dyeing that WHOLE TIME nobody came to me to tell me that I had to wait or anything. As soon as they where done with my friend, the same lady tries to do mine. I got up and said No I didnt go there with a friend so wed both have to wait an hour for the other one. If she didnt have availability to take both of us, they should have said so. That way I could have gone to any of the other 12 nail places around. I guess I should have read the reviews first. Today I will be going to April Nails. It was recommended by one of the reviews here, I checked their reviews and they are all 4 and 5 stars....and the best thing is they are right across the street so I dont even have to go out of my way. Sorry guys. I gave you 3 tries. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I called to see what time they closed (7:30pm). I asked if they could schedule me for a mani/ pedi as I was on my way from work and did not want to inconvenience them walking in. The owner told me I would have to arrive at 5:30pm so they could leave and close 7:30pm. I stated that I would be there in time. When I walked in at 5:31pm, I was told that I had to wait 15 minutes if I wanted my nails done. What was the point of making an appointment if this business does not respect them. And to finish it off the owner was passive aggressive continuing to ask why I was upset. I do not recommend this place to anyone who schedules their time as Village Nails does not show customers courtesy in that aspect.

They are generic. If u need a quick mani pedi last minute.

My wife went there on two separate occasions in the middle of the afternoon and was turned down for services. A rude attitude while they are working on other clients. They hold a judgemental attitude toward ethnic races. I strongly DO NOT recommend this nail salon. There are 3 other local salons that are happy to take new and walkin clients as long as they are open.

The worst and most expensive pedicure ever....The chair are disgusting and none of massagers on the chair work. Unfriendly and dont care of your comments to them. It has been the worst experience of my life! !!
