Pedicures are always great. Gel manicures are awesome. They have great color options and the place is clean. Staff is super friendly. Im not really into shoulder massages, but most customers seem to appreciate it. I usually call for quick same day appointments and they are always able to accommodate me.

Allows apprentices to perform procedures they dont qualify for and end up jacking you up. Who tweezes your eyebrows (rather than wax) and does worse than you can do yourself. Plus burnt me with the wax she did apply. Was not trained at all. Pending a LAWSUIT. This place is malpractice in the nail svc industry. Terrible experience.

I have been going here for 2 years. The women who work here are all very nice and I have always had a very good experience. I get a gel fill every time and always am happy with the job when it’s done. As for the pedicures always satisfied and especially like the leg massages. Change of ownership had no effect on service. I personally have never seen a disgruntled customer. It’s a friendly warm neighborhood place.

Went there for the first time because I needed a quick pedicure. The pedicure was very thorough, with a hot stone massage, however, youll pay more for it at $25. Most places offer $20 pedicures with a discounted rate of $17 Monday-Thursday, and then also have a more expensive Spa Pedicure with more offerings. This place simply had one pedicure which Im assuming is a mix of the two. The pedicure itself was nice, however, I asked if the girl could do a design on both big toes. She originally told me yes, but couldnt offer me a display of designs to choose from and once I picked my colors, she looked very unsure of what to do. Im not picky about designs, I would like basically anything. She ended up doing 3 simple diagonal lines and looked like a nervous wreck the entire time as she was doing it. It looks okay from far away, but was something I could have easily done myself. I ended being charged $5 extra for it, which Im used to for an intricate design. But since the design was so basic and the nail artist was obviously not familiar with doing it, I felt I should have been comped the design, or she should have at least called another girl over who could have done it better.All in all, its a decent place if youre willing to spend more money, but you could easily go to another place and get the same quality, without hot stones, for much less.

Not sure what all the negative reviews are about, i have always had a great experience. Best basic pedicure for the price, they use hot stones at no extra charge. My only complaint would be a bit more selection in terms of colors.I have gotten gel manicures here and many other places, and the level of detail here is second to none. Its about $5 more than the $25 average at $30, but worth it in my opinion. I have also experienced different technicians, all were good-great. Overall there are several slightly cheaper places around, however I think they do the best job. If you stare at your nails fairly often like me, a few extra dollars is well worth a couple weeks of happiness every time I look at my hands and feet.

Someone need to define to them what is pedicure. I went to get gel manicure and pedicure. My pedicure was done in less then 10 mins. The guy just cut my nails, didn’t even cut the cuticles, massage my feet and put the nail polish on my toes (I can put better color on myself). While someone next to me getting pedicure was getting 100% pedicure, cuticles, massages, and hot stone. That customer was there before and I got done before her, so you can just imagine the time and effort they spend on me. You’ll be wasting your time and money if you go to this place. Be careful just a word of advice.

While getting a pedicure, your feet are given much attention and the job is done very thoroughly. There is a good selection of colors for you, and the chairs are very comfortable.

Waste of money. Went for a pedicure and they kept messing up. Got a french and the lines were all crooked and sloppy looking. They used to put wax on the bottoms of your feet but stopped doing that. They also put so much top coat on it looked like a big glob. Never going back.

This was my 1st time going to this place because a friend had taken me there and it was not the best experience it could have been. I had gone and received a pedicure by the guy who is the owner and it was the worst pedicure I had ever gotten. When I left, I felt as if nothing was done to my feet. My nails were not cut down or filed, foot was not scrubbed, and general maintenance a person getting a pedicure should receive was not given. I left and paid and generously gave the guy a tip because thats the type of person I am. When I got home a little later and looked at my feet, I was very disappointed and decided to call them and go back for a re-do. I went back the NEXT day and I could tell the owner (guy who did my nails originally) was not happy i came back. A girl named Bo took me this time and did 10X the work the guy had done. She was absolutely great and IF you do end up at this place I would recommend using her, although I wouldnt recommend going there at all. She did things to my feet that the owner didnt even do at all and she even could see that it wasnt done correctly and she kept apologizing to me because she knew he was wrong. When I 1st sat down to start the re-do pedi, Bo had put on the jets in the foot bath and the owner told her to TURN THEM OFF. He said it in Korean so I wasnt 100% sure that is what he said but she later confirmed it and told me he had told her to turn them off and he is an as*hole. I felt very annoyed being that it was my 1st time at this place and I was a paying customer. It is a shame because Bo was very sweet, but thanks to the manager ruining the experience and treating me with disrespect, I will not be going back here.

Every time I go the Staff is courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Great mani-pedi and mini massage.I continue to go to Kims and have never had a bad experience! Very relaxing. Everyone is kind and professional.

Ever since the owners have changed, this place has downgraded significantly. I just got the worst, sloppiest manicure of my life as this one girl rushed me out on a MONDAY afternoon. I was a loyal client who tipped well but I will not be coming back after today.

I have been going there and they are more expensive but i dont go often. I just went 4/7/3016 and there was a sign that said manicure and spa pedicure $30.00. I told the girl I will do that. When it comes to pay, I had a $50.00 gift card and they guy tells me the total is $55.00. I tell them about the sign outside they tell me thats a different spa pedicure and the girl I had was new. In the mean time the guy goes outside and puts a piece of tape over the word spa on the sign and moves the sign. Terrible business - I will never go there again - I will find a place that does not do that to customers.I gave 1 star but doesnt deserve that at all!

This is the worst place to go to. My eye brows got messed up badly and got my banks covered in wax. Instead of apologizing, they stated showing their attitude.When started manicure, they forgot to put the water, to soak fingers. Very unprofessional staff. Would not recommend it to anyone.
