THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. MY NAILS ARE BLOODY. I called ahead and asked 3 times if a gel manicure and gel pedicure were 65$ in total. The manager on the phone said yes and to come in. When I came in, got my nails done (horribly, each nail was a different shape), and went to pay, the manager said it was going to be a total of 90$. My nails are bloody on the sides from the rough job they completed. I would not have gotten my nails done here if I had known the price would be 90 dollars for A TERRIBLE JOB. Ridiculous. Dont come here, they scam you. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I just got my nails done 3 days ago and I was charged $95 for full set is this ridiculous I will not ever go into that top nail salon anymore the people are very rude and disrespectful I consider and not going there save your money and go somewhere else I asked for long nails and they gave me a short now and my nail broke really fast and I just got them done and they look like I have to redo them again and to get one finger fixed they were going to charge me $6 i’m new to top nail salon I never been there it was my first time going there I’m from LA and I never been charge that much of a amount to do nails

I’ve been going to this establishment for years.. it was very nice, clean and they did amazing work however, the past year or so it went down hill. There’s always flies landing on you and the new receptionist is VERY VERY RUDE AND NASTY!!! She literally will make the owner lose a lot of business considering the owner is such a sweet lady.. but I don’t see her there often anymore. I would go to Jenni for gel manicures and the pedicures were always nicely done by other techs. They give great massages and usually take their time. Moving along, I realized this wasn’t ordinary gel used for my manicures .. it damaged my nails like an acrylic but it last for very long so I continued to get it. The reason for this review is the extremely rude and unprofessional assistant they have.. she’s terrible and will cause a lot of business loss.

I got THE BEST pedicure of my life here with Olga! I did have to wait 45 minutes for my appointment, but it was made up for with her incredible massage! Well worth it! A bit annoyed they don’t tell you they charge a fee to pay by card, but lesson learned.

The best pedicure I ever had. They did not rush like most nail salons, you can see they cared how the polish was applied. The leg massage was wonderful. I highly recommend this salon

My daughter and I have been going here for years. Shes now 7 and has gone since she was about 3 yrs old. They treat her like a princess. We love them!

This salon, along with its sister salon Hanna Nails in Staten Island, are the absolute best nail salons you will ever find. The technicians in both salons are extremely talented and very well trained. My nails are always top notch, the pedicures are full blown massages of your whole leg. This is just pure next level service. I have been to many salons between moving out of state and coming back, but if I know that I NEED something excellent quality, I always come back here. I highly highly recommend them!!

Always busy and sometimes have to wait even if you have an appointment but really the the best pedicure you can get in the area. Definitely recommend this place for pedicures!

I get excellent service every time I visit here. They are great at making customized shapes, designs, tips, ombre, french, you name it. They all wear masks and sanatize everything between customers. Not to mention their pedicures are wonderful with hot stone massages, soaks, scrubs, the works all while sitting in a massage chair. In my opinion the pedi is worth the $30 just to sit in that chair for an hour! You will not be disappointed.

I got a full set of gel wrap nails and when I was leaving I noticed it looked like I already needed fills! It has been less than a week and they are lifting and breaking and look awful! For $105 I expect a lot better quality! Save some money and go somewhere else

Came here on a recommendation since Ive temporarily moved to the area, turns out the owner owns one of my nail salons on Staten Island which I had been a loyal customer for many years. I was so happy to see the familiar face and knew that I would not be disappointed. The Spa Pedicure was amazing and my ombre gel manicure came out beautiful! Worth every dollar! I look forward to my next appointment! Thank you Kelly and Alicia for the best manicure Nd pedicure!

I have been going here for years and absolutely love it the staff are lovely I alway use Jenny and Lynda is always so polite and pleasant. But unfortunately recently they hired a new manager or front of house person I don’t know her tittle but she is extremely rude and nasty to both staff and customers she speaks to people like she is a drill sergeant and rushes the girls shouting next appointment next appointment. Also refused a massage as it wasn’t booked at the time of calling. She makes me not want to go back but because I like the girls I will but if it continues then they will have lost a good customer and I am sure I am not the only one who feels this way.

This place is nothing exceptional. The place is clean.Apparently, if you want a good mani and ot pedi, go up to Bergen or Hudson County. You will see a dramatic difference..

Left me with gorgeous floral design. Clean, spacious, and welcoming staff. Their equipment is up to date, they have a billion colors to choose from and they are in a convenient location. This was my first trip here but not the last. A bit pricier than my usual place but the work is gorgeous. Worth the money

I came in today as an emergency because my I waited way too long for a fill in and my nail was about to fall off. Because of this emergency situation, I had my son with me. Who is almost 3. Hoping he would behave I took the chance. THEY WERE AMAZING WITH MY SON. They didn’t give me a hard time for having him with and one of the ladies actually sat there and filed his nails and entertained him the entire time. I was so grateful. They didn’t even charge me for my child’s nails. I tipped the wonderful lady anyway. I am so blown away by the service and absolutely amazing attitude not only the women had but the man at the desk - who made sure my son was safely seated on his chair when I did not have both hands available to do so myself. ❤️❤️

One of the best spa pedicures I’ve ever had. They were friendly, tried to make conversation, professional and attentive. We definatley got what we paid for and will be back :)

Just had a fantastic, last minute pedi at Top Nail. Very clean and tools were sealed in their own bags for individual use. Foot and leg massages were great!

I went a week ago and the nails looked nice. After 5 days the nails started chipping and breaking. I paid full price and when I went for filler they wanted me to pay full price again. This place is not good. The people are not nice there. I do not recommend going here.

Very friendly & clean environment

I went in for a pedi and when I sat down I thought what the heck. I’ll solirge for a lavender relaxation pedi. Lora was amazing. She took her time. Wrapped my legs in lotion and warm towels. She used hot stones after she unwrapped my legs and after my pedi my feet were the softest they have ever been. I didn’t feel rushed out the door which happens at a lot of places during spa pedis. They get to that 58 min mark and they are pushing you out the door. I just finished a pedi at aqua spa on rt 9 and it was very nice but oddly not as lovely as the one at top nails, which is really surprising. I really enjoyed my experience and I hope when I go back it will be just as amazing as last time.

Every time Ive been there for a gel manicure the gel peels less than a week after its done. I am not going back.

Clean friendly a little expensive but quality work is worth most of the cost.

Just .... don’t do yourself a favor and don’t get your nails done here. Too expensive and the staff are extremely phony and rude
