Personality of the whole shop is a big fat Zero! Nails looked good, though. Im looking for a new regular salon because Bella Lash &Nails are no longer worth going to...I was with Bellas for over 20 years and theres no loyalty there anymore. Becky is too big for her britches now.

I started going here recently from a referral and Ive been SO impressed! Their prices are so reasonable and their attention to detail is unlike any service Ive ever received before- and Ive been going to salons for many years! They are so nice, friendly and professional. Best nail salon around!!! ♡

Today was not a good experience. I made an appointment. When I got there there were 2 people waiting already, I signed in, and sat down. No one acknowledged me but I was willing to let that go because they were clearly busy. One worker did glance at me and I said, I just got here. She barely nodded and went on. A bit ticked now, I sat again. A few moments I notice a new customer getting ready to enter and knowing how this was going to go I stood up immediately. On cue the new customer entered, a worker said, can I help you, and I had to say, No. I was here first. Fully ticked now but trying not to be the Angry Black Woman, I took my spot at a pedicure chair. Remember I have an appointment but it is clear there is no available technician to do the service. After 5 min of waiting at that point I left. Time to find another spot for pedicures.

I was there yesterday Saturday 07/17/21… they treated me very badly, because I dont communicate well with little English, and they keep talking about me in their language, I recorded it and asked a friend to listen, and they just made fun of me me . lack of respect for me and other clients... my nail was terrible, they didnt do as I asked, I paid dearly in a very bad job. from what they see they serve their customers well and others like me are terrible, I swear my friends dont go there anymore, they said the same

I walked in and got sat down immediately by the guy in there and was out in 20 min. He did an amazing French acrylic set on me and it was cheap!

I was amazed to see 4 woman working in this nail salon, but it was filthy dirty. The chairs to the left of the door look like they haven’t clean under them in months. The tray to the massage chairs are not wiped down and filthy dirty. The window sills are full of dust! The instruments used on feet & hands did not appear to be sanitized! This was my first and last time visiting this nail salon!!!Please, get off your phones in between customers and clean your salon...

The ladies at Bebe nails are really nice and very professional. They took real great care of my granddaughter, daughter, and myself. Thank you Bebe nails.

The women doing my nails didn’t look up once, I understand it’s a job but customer service goes a long way. She messed up on two of my nails and just put another layer on. It didn’t dry properly because it was too thick and now I have to buy a color to match to fix it myself, when I spent money to get them done! Also bothered me they clean the pedicure tubs with bleach while your feet are resting above it, some people are really sensitive to those harsh chemicals.

This was the worst manicure I have ever had. I will not be returning here and I am telling all my friends to never go here. They rushed through it and did a terrible job. They didnt even put top coat on all my nails. They kept over polishing on my skin. They didnt put top coat covering my full nails on the nails they attempted to put top coat on.

Nikki is great! She always takes her time to make sure my toes look perfect!

**Since it wont let me respond to the owner, Yes I accepted the fill and the horrible paint job because I had been there already for 2 hours and I had a meeting I needed to be at, like I told you. You did state that you were going to paint the nail to cover up the mess up and then come back and Rose will fix it for me and I not pay. Your customers should always come first. If you mess up their nails, you should fix them. You would expect that if you went to a restaurant and they messed your food up, You would want them to fix it right?? You should see my nails now, how Rose let me walk out. Didnt buff them and you can see the ridges where she used the tool to take the gel off. HORRIBLE. Word of mouth will hurt a business fast. Good Luck**I first got my nails done here, recommend by a friend. 1st visit was great. Loved my nails. After about a week one completely broke and I went it fixed. Rose fixed it no problem and apologized for it breaking. Went back 2 weeks to get my fill, Rose was out of town and so they had someone else fill them, needless to say, whatever she put on my nails it made a small brown spot on each one of my nails. When I brought it to her attention she stated that when she filled them down it will go away, which it didnt. After being there for almost 2 hours, they wanted me to stay and fix them (Their way was to just paint all of my nails pink so you couldnt see the brown) I told them I would have to come back another day. She said thats fine no charge and come back when Rose is here so she can fix them. Well I came back today and told Rose what happened and that they told me and she would fix them. Her customer service went at the window when I told her that I wasnt going to pay because they told me I didnt have to. She said that when nails grow out they sometimes turn brown, which i have been getting my nails done for years and this was a new set, not even a month old, and that it never happened before. All she did was fix another nail that was lifting and took the pink polish off and painted a clear coat over my nails. I told her that I would be taking my business elsewhere and she just acted like she didnt care. My nails now look horrible. The 1st time they are great, but after that dont go back. Customer service is not okay. I just wanted her to fix what they messed up and it didnt happen. I wont be going back.

The lady did a great job! She took her time and made sure it was done correctly. I have very thin nails and requested the dremel not to be used on my actual nail. She accommodated and was very friendly and understanding about it. My nails look and feel great!

The lady did my nails pretty good but she disappeared the whole time when they dried and they were COMPLETELY dry after 2 minutes and the fan was going forever I was freezing and she didn’t bother to turn it off instead she took care of a new customer! She said she couldn’t do the first design I asked for and I wanted a mani pedi and she didn’t do it she didn’t even fix my cuticles. Not coming back for a long time. I’ve been waiting on my stepsister and they’re taking 2 hours so far for her acrylic nails!

I have been going here for about a year now, and I’ve never had a bad job. There are so many pretty colors to pick from and I never have to wait more than 5 minutes!

B. B. Nail Salon provide excellent customer service at reasonable prices. The quality of their work cannot be matched in the greater KC area. I get gel nails and pedicures and both are relaxing services. I’ve only experienced 2 gel chips in the two years I have been going to this salon, and they were repaired at no cost to me.

BeBe is amazing. Kevin is my favorite but Kelly and all the others are awesome too! Never will go anywhere else!!!

Best gel manicure experience Ive had yet. The lovely lady who helped me was very friendly and swift. She did a beautiful job AND she didnt cut me (which has happened before at a different establishment). 100% pain free. If I could recall her name I would definitely strongly recommend her. I will absolutely be coming here for my next manicure.

Been going to BeBe Nails for 15 years and love their incredible service and the owner and staff will do almost anything to get you in and out, but with a job done to perfection! And great prices!! Highly recommend!

Its okay, not very clean. They rush you out the door and arent very attentive to you while in the chair. For the money you pay for a pedicure, they dont scrub your heels very well and cut your toe nails crooked. Probably wont be coming here again, I used to come very often.. but its worth going somewhere else now that Ive look at other salon reviews and had better experiences elsewhere. Its worth driving 15 minutes to go to the place I really really enjoy and grew up with, instead of the five to get to here.

Nice atmosphere! Clean and organized yet warm. The woman who did my nails, Kelly (I think) was genuine and nice to talk to. Lots of windows so it feels very open. Really enjoyed my experience here and will definitely be going back. Its a bit on the pricier side ($35 for shellac the first time, hopefully will be less for a refill) but it is well worth it!

Not organized and the place needs to be clean. Nail polish is old and out dated. The store is in a good location. Ive had nails break and they will charge you, even though you may be a regular customer. I cant get to comfortable, cause they talk to one another and they arent kind, and always expect a tip and they dont talk to me. They arent a walk in salon, Ive been turned away many times.Go to the Nailery down the street.

This nail place is my favorite in the area, they are very nice and do great work, never had any issues with my gel nails or issues with the polish chipping or wearing off before the two week fill. The owner is super nice and works with everyone to get them in even with no appointment. They also do great and inexpensive eyebrow waxing.

I have been going to this place for years. The same people work here year after year. They recognize me when I come in. They always try to work us in. They offer manicures, pedicures, waxing and more. Open 7 days a week.

Lisa is the best if you dont like how your nails are she will fix it with no problem.I love how they talk its very entertaining and makes the time fly by . If you have ugly feet you will be talked about and its hilarious.

The service there is usually great, everyone is nice everytime Ive gone in, though Im less than happy with my recent dip powder manicure. In 3 days, 5 of my nails had chipped and two more had cracked. Ive had dip before and they lasted a month....so have a manicure not even last a week? Not worth the money or time, no matter how nice the service.

Im pretty picky about my nails and have been to many salons. This one is my nail salon and has been for over a year now. I always call and make an appointment...Ann is amazing! However they do take walk-ins.

Went here for the first time a couple of weeks ago and got gel nails. They were pretty busy but I didnt wait more than 10 minutes without an appointment. Nail tech worked quickly but it didnt feel rushed. My nails looked great. Will be coming back soon!

Dont. Just dont. Very unhygienic and unclean place overall. She used the same towel that was left from her previous manicure on which I had to put my hands on, and I could feel last persons cut nails on that towels. Just eeeewww!!! She didnt even bother changing the cuticle cutter or the nail cutter, neither did she bother sanitizing them. She took LITERALLY 5 seconds (may be even less) to remove my cuticles! Also, she was murmuring in her language the entire time she was doing my nails. Will never ever go back here.I dont even understand how this place has 4.1 rating. People who gave 5 star rating, have they never tried any of the good nail salons around here ? Ive been here at least three times and my experience was only terrible. So, I decided to leave a review and take a stand of never going back here again.

Good for walk in. The tech did a decent job but the tools used were not new and the nail files were incredibly old. The place was not very clean but its not the worst manicure Ive ever had. Did a gel mani and he didnt get it on my cuticles so it should last. The color options were not the best for gel and they used an off brand Ive never heard of.

They are good at what they do but just not for me. I ended up having and in grown toe nail

Highly recommend. I have been going to B.B. Nails for more than 10 years now. I moved out of Olathe but still make the drive back to Olathe because service and quality of work at B.B. is fabulous.

Got a gel manicure and it was great. The building has very poor ventilation and someone was getting acrylics so it smelled awful but luckily it was nice enough out that they were able to prop the door open. Not sure how they survive there in the winter without being able to open the door

So.. I have been here before. Last weekend I gave it another try as in the past it was fine. :( I got a full set and a pedi, my two daughters also got a full set . So all together spending $136.00. I went in showed them a pic of what I wanted- which granted the tech will usually do their own spin. In fact, because of an appointment, they talked me into completely different length, and colors - I would have much rather them say sorry- we do not have the time to do what you want. They complained about my request in another language- (I could tell because KEY words were in English and pertaining to my request- along with body language and tone of voice, and facial expressions) Instead they took us all in - rushed through it- and charged me what I would have been charged if given what I actually wanted. As for my pedi- I mentioned a big toe nail that looked like it was broken- I mention it to her, and she said I dont know honey, and today one week later that same toenail broke off almost all the way down. She could have offered a solution - but instead covered it up. A refund is definately in order 😞😞😞😞.

Wont be going again. My pedicure was rushed. Be cordial to all PAYING customers

I got my nails done from here Saturday July 22nd they did an okay job until one of my nails fall off a few days later. I come back to the shop Thursday July 27 and they lady tells me it is my fault my nail broke and they will have to charge me to fix it???!!! I said it wasnt my fault the whole nail came off its not broken off this fix should be free. She then gets process to get loud with me in front of everyone, and tells me she will charge me $5.00 to fix because I broke the nail. I remain calm as I wasnt trying to make a scene and say I should not have to pay you just did my full set a few days ago. She then tells me that they are very busy and dont have time to fix it. The customer service here is horrible save your money and go to the next place!!!

I have been going here a long time. Jenny is great but, the service today was TERRIBLE! I left before being seen as the box of gel colors was actually snatched out of my hand for another client.Im generally pretty tolerant of most things but, being rude to a paying customer thats been a regular client there for over three years its just ridiculous. I will not be back.

I liked this place years ago but my appointment two weeks ago changed my opinion. She got the shape right except my right thumbnail was lumpy. I asked her to fix it and she just filed the tip down and didnt fix the lump. There were bubbles in the gel top coat she used which made them look like I did them myself. And literally two days later they started lifting. And a week later my first finger nail literally snapped in half because they werent done thick enough. I have never had an experience like this with acrylics. They normally do a great job here but missed the mark by far this time. $60 set of acrylics didnt even last two days.

Unsanitary. Both my sister & I stopped in not long ago for walk in pedicures. First time at this salon for both of us. Not our normal spot but it was last minute and our place wasnt able to fit us in.They were very busy but Staff was friendly & able to accommodate us but they clearly did not clean their tools properly. Within a week both my big toe nails & both of my sisters big toe nails became infected and literally the nail feel off. YES, LIFTED COMPLETELY OFF! Went to dr and he had asked if we has received pedicures recently!Having had been in the service industry for many years as a hairdresser, no excuse for not properly cleaning & SANITIZING tools, foot baths, ect. Beware if you get your nails done here!

I have nothing but good things to say about Bebe Nails. They are always clean, and their shop looks beautiful after remodeling it. The owner and the other ladies who work there are all always very nice, and make sure you are taken care of. I will never go anywhere else!I had been going to Bebe nails for years, almost since they opened. I moved across country for a while, and hadnt been back to their shop for over 7 years and upon moving back to Kansas City, I came in one day to see if they were still there, and they remembered me! I cannot remember her name, (but she sits right behind the owner, to the right) but she even remembered exactly how I like my nails shaped!

Got dipped nails for the first time and love them!

I booked a full gel set and spa pedicure. When I arrived they got me right in with Rose to do my nails. Rose was not friendly & was moving at the speed of light. I have small hands & nails. She did not even attempt to size the right nail, just grabbed one that seemed ok & glued it on. She then began to cut down, made a cut & asked is this ok? It wasnt ideal, but do-able if the nail tip hadnt been so wide. She then blew through, only did 2 coats, and then I complained. Told her I want 3, she said usually only 2, but would do 3. From start to finish it took her 24 minutes. No one gets a full set - from start to finish - in 24 minutes. That is poor customer service. I have never in 25 years said this was not okay, that I didnt like them and I wanted them done over. Rose proceeded to argue with me. I finally said, I am your customer and she then said we are not talking about this anymore. Excuse me?! I am your customer, this business exists because of your customers. The manager came over and said they would do my pedicure & soak off my nails while doing the pedicure and then have Jenny re-do my nails. Jenny was excellent & Im sure a little nervous because of what just happened. She actually sat and held new tip to my nail, saw which was too big and found the appropriate size. She asked before she cut length. Jenny took 1 hour and 15 minutes to do my nails. Customers want attention and to be kindly serviced, not run through a process like cattle. I always tip well so I tipped Jenny well, but I will never be back! They had a chance to make a new long term customer, but Rose ruined any chance of that with her rude, you are wrong, I am right attitude. Who tells a customer we arent talking about this anymore?!! Customers should not be treated as if they are an imposition. If you dont like your job, find a new one. I rarely complain, but this was beyond unacceptable! I gave 2 stars because of the attempt to make things right.
