Whom ever gave such bad review have this place all wrong. Its a small family business who go out of their to satisfy their customers. No nail salon is perfect, but these people do such an amazing job and do exactly what my daughter and I want every time!

Heidi did an amazing job on my pedicure and eyebrow wax. I have been searching high and low for a great place to get my nails and toes done in Olathe and I think I have found it! The prices are great, but the customer service is what sold me.

I did not have a good experience with the nail tech I had. My nails were lumpy looking after done and she did not fill the underneath of my nails with glue so my nails did not bond and therefore my nails look dirty underneath not to mention it drove me to pick my nails til I could cut them down. That is NOT the whole idea behind getting your nails done with the dipping method. My toe nails were lumpy looking as well and they were only painted. I tried 3 times and I have moved on to another Nail Salon that did my nails and toes perfectly. I don’t normally like to give a bad review but I don’t have the time, patience or money to waste on a job not done correctly.

I am Pats wife. I have been an occasional customer. I have been moderately satisfied with their previous work. This last time I am so dissatisfied I need to write a review. My toenail was cut below the quick. I showed the person who did my work a picture from my phone twice. I wanted a circle with dots around it on my big toenail. Instead the tech game me polkadots that were almost white in place of the color I had shown the individual until I stopped the process. I will have to redo my toenails. The clinician was not listening so I left after paying. My granddaughter wanted a watermelon and instead got a dark green, almost black (this is not what she had chosen} and red stripe. Nothing even resembling a watermelon.

Great service. This most recent appointment was the fastest gel manicure and spa pedicure I’ve ever had. In and out and an hour and five minutes for both of those services. Good quality.

I had a lovely Gel manicure today. Dont know the mans name but he did a great job. I had been going to Le Reve nails but that place seemed a bit over priced and nails start chipping within days. The guy told me they must have used some cheap gel polish as he had kind of a time getting it off my nails. Charged a great price and nails look great! Got lots of compliments at work. Will go there from now on!

I would recommend this salon to anyone. They do a awesome job and are very friendly.

Henry did mine both times. Loved it he actually payed attention when I was talking the time before and asked me questions about it this time around. Had an issue with a nail went in they fixed it no problem. Only salon I will go to!

Really like this place. This is a hard review everyone is super nice and treat my wife and niece very well, however at times there is a small child that is in the shop that can be annoying. Typically you are trying to relax while getting your nails done and he can be a distraction from that.Hard to knock a place for having a kid around, but it is what it is. Friendly people, do great work, sometimes has to bring their kid to work.

I was very impressed with this nail establishment. Although I had already made an appointment, while I was there several people came in who hadnt made one and they got helped immediately. Very nice experience overall.

I went there for the first time yesterday. I was in a tight time schedule, they got my in and I swear that was the fastest full set I have ever had done. I’m also super picky about my design. The lady was very patient about it and the did my design several times! Than told me me next time to come with more time so she can do the exact design I want! I will definitely come back again!

BAD SERVICE AND SO RUDE! PLEASE READ SO YOU CAN KNOW ABOUT MY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE BEFORE YOU MAKE THE MISTAKE OF SPENDING MONEY HERE:EYEBROWS WERE VERY NICE BUT FULL SET AND PEDI WERE SO HORRIBLE..I just went in today as a walk in, and usually I come here just for an eyebrow wax and never had any complaints. Today I went in to get an eyebrow wax, pedicure and a full set. The man who attended me was pretty rude and would make jokes that I found a little insulting. The pedicure he did was okay but he had to redo it because the first time my French tip looked really bad. When it was time to do the full set he asked me what I wanted and I told him gel,coffin shaped nails to which I noticed he got very agitated and stated that it would be $80 for everything (which from what I understood,included all 3 services). I had no issue with that price but because of the demeanor he had about it, I just said regular, square shaped nails would be okay. Then, he brought the samples of various gel colors they have and I couldnt even take my time to look at because he was rushing me and telling me to quickly chose because he has a 5 oclock appointment coming in. So I proceeded to look with one hand because he started immediately working on my nails and I was struggling to adjust myself to look at the samples. So once the terrible service w/ the full set was over, he wanted to rush me out the door and I had to remind him that I also needed an eyebrow wax. Fortunately, I had a really sweet lady do my eyebrows and I really liked how they turned out. When it was time to pay, he tried to tell me that because I didnt get the coffin shaped nail, he would only charge me 75 and that eyebrows were another 13. So in total, I would have to pay 88. I thought that was so ridiculously OVERPRICED because that meant that between a very basic french tip pedicure and gel full set, I was paying about 37.50 a piece which doesnt make sense. Since I was so fed up with the bad service from the gentleman, I just paid and left. If it wasnt for the nice lady that did my eyebrows, I wouldnt of tipped those 2 dollars. So bad! WOULD NEVER COME BACK FOR ANYTHING BUT EYEBROWS.

I have originally used this place to get my eyebrows done and always enjoyed the staff, super nice and welcoming... then I wanted to explore more, I will never go anywhere else for all my beauty needs, great pedicures and the massages with those, amazing, a little ticklish, but so worth it... they exceed my expectations everytime and make my nails and feet beautiful... everytime I walk out of there, I feel beautiful!!

Awful service. Tu was extremely rude and unprofessional. Made my cuticles bleed and, when prompted to stop filing, said its fine and continued.10/10 do not reccomend!

The main guy is rude. He did a full for my acrylics and after he was done you could still see where the original nail was... not cool.BUT! Matthew is amazing! He does a great job! Really quiet, but Im the kind of person that doesnt want to chit chat so it woks out! Haha

Ridiculous- I went in for a nail repair that would have taken less than 5 minutes. Instead of telling me when the would be available, I was instead told that they were “really busy” and didn’t have time to help me. Well, I’ll be sure that the next time I get my nails done, which is every 2 weeks, I am “too busy” to give them my money / business. Very rude and I’m extremely disappointed.

I have NEVER been to a nail salon with such horrible service. I arrived and asked the woman how long the wait was, she IGNORED me and told me to have a seat. I asked again before sitting down, she asked someone else the wait, then she walked away from me. I stood there waiting for a minute thinking that she was asking but she didnt come back. So I left and then was followed out by who I assume was the man that she was asking. I told him that she was rude and ignored me and then he shooed me away. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere where they care about their customers.

If you like this place you must never had a good manicure and pedicure. This place is awful ! They did very bad job. I left with some nail polish on my toes its hard to describe but it does not look good. My cuticles was ripped off my skin and now it looks like I havent done my manicure for long period of time. Never go there to waist your money! I am pretty easy going but what they did is just not good. They dont care about their clients all they want is just to get their job done and get your money.

This place was awful. Most of the nail technicians were talking on their phones. All I needed was a fill. I had one broken nail. The prices they post are a joke. I paid $38 for a fill. The workers are all very rude avoid this place.

Pricing is reasonable, nail technicians are friendly. A bit of a language barrier. There can be a bit of a wait if you dont schedule an appointment. Salon is clean.

On Saturday, I went in for my first time to Frenchys to get my nails and feet done. I just moved across town and was hoping to find a place to go close by. IF I ever go back, I will certainly not have Linda again. She was so rough with the emery board trying to get the gel off of my fingers that she ripped the skin off in 3 spots ...one was even bleeding. She kept forgetting and put chemicals on it and making me cry out. She even told me once that I had scared her...seriously? She was hurting me! I have tried to talk to the owner several times but when I call he/shes not there. When I went in after being told he/she would be there all day, he/she wasnt. So now daily I am reminded what happened because the sores hurt everytime I use soap or hit them accidently.

The people are always so nice and make you feel important they always make conversation so your not bored Ive been there twice now and they always do a great job!

Called to ask if they had walk-ins, as I was planning on getting my nails done today asap. I got hung up on immediately after asking. Called again, got told no than hungup on me again while I was speaking. Terrible customer service. Will not ever be going here to get work done.

Went in today as a walk-in, but I called first to check on the wait time. I picked out a bright green for my toes. No sign telling me I chose a gel. What was on my toes was my personal polish that I bought at Target. After picking up groceries at Walmart and driving 10 Miles home, unloading and while putting the last of the groceries away, my phone rings. It is the guy from this business telling me they did not charge me enough and wanted to add the $15 as a tip(I paid cash as tip). Being surprised I said I guess. Told my husband what transpired and he was not ok. I called back and told the guy my husband said it was not ok. The guy became VERBALLY ABUSIVE and I tried to tell him the polish on my toes before today was my own personal. He was yelling talking through my explanation. My husband took my phone at that point and hung it up. I called my bank (thankful CS works on Sunday) and told them what transpired and she (CS bank) looked and my Amount charged of $33 was what I signed on the business receipt.The guy got my phone number from when I called to see about a pedicure and the wait. I never keep or get my copy of receipts, but from now on I will from places like this( Asian Nail salons). I have never experienced this type of service before, but I normally don’t get my nails polished and this is the first time in over 8 yrs that I used a color from a nail place. I am posting pics of my personal polish which they took off.

My pedi was good. It would have been super enjoyable as a mom that is with her kids 24/7 and this was the first time in about 6 months I have gotten a pedi, wax and nails done. However there was an employees child screaming yelling and making ambulance noises and yelling the alphabet the whole time. It was so loud I ended up with a headache instead of relaxing. Then the lady I had told me gel polish was extra. So I chose a different color. She brought over 2 bottles. I picked the one that wasnt gel and handed it to her. She put it on my toes. We went over to do my nails. I am assuming someone that had an appointment with her showed up because that lady sat right next to me and then she started bouncing between me and this other gal. Then her appointment had to wait about 15 minutes while she painted my nails. The color required quite a few coats so you couldnt see through. The lady doing my nails got in a hurry and didnt di them very well. I can see through the polish. It is very light and also one nail was messed up. She also gave me my total and didnt even do my eyebrow wax and then charged me 15 dollars extra for gel nails that I didnt even want or realize she had put on my nails. I dont even know what the difference is nor did I care. They did not make me pay for the gel but they were rude and rolled their eyes at me when I started that I didnt even pick a gel polish. So beware about what they are using. I will never go here again I would reccomend mazees in Gardner.

Guy rushed my pedicure, amd full set. The full set started to peel off within a week. Very disapointed, especially since he was bragging about how good and fast he was!

Went here on a Saturday to get a full set and pedicure. When walking in someone asked what I wanted done, I had no idea who was talking because nobody looked at me or got up..they just expected me to yell across the salon. The lady that did my pedicure made that water so hot I couldnt put my feet in, then she disappeared forever. When she came back, she made it cooler but then started my pedicure before getting to soak my feet. Quickest pedicure Ive ever had, then had me go to the chair for my nails. She brought out the gel nails for me to choose a color after I told her twice I wanted regular acrylics, then she seemed frustrated I didnt want the gel ($15 more). She rushed through everything, ripping my skin in 3 places making me bleed..and STILL kept filing over the same spots, ouch! I showed her a pic of what I wanted, which she told me she could do...she lied. I left with raw fingers and Polish I hated, and half were crooked. I decided to go back the next day to have them fixed..after waiting 40 minutes, they put me with the same lady ugh. She was rude and shaking her head annoyed the whole time saying I shouldnt have picked what I did, when really she shouldnt have told me she was able to do it. After roughly taking the Polish off and filing the crooked ones, and making me bleed yet again...she charged me to fix them!! Even the simple Polish I chose the second time, looks awful. Never again!

Everytime I go in there, the main guy named Tu, is ALWAYS in a bad mood! Every single time! I was in there yesterday and I wanted him to take my previous nails off so I could get a fresh new set. He shook his head and says something in his Language to his wife. Im never coming here again.

If I could give 0 stars I would.... half their nail polish was in a cardboard box on the ground, it took them about 3 hours to do my fills and not even two days later my pinki nail popped off... this place has worse service than Walmart across the street.. very unprofessional! the nail polish I chose has lines in it and is continuing to get lines in it from daily activities... not to mention the clear coat they used is coming off in a while film, so I have the middles of my nails with no clear coat and the outsides have a little bit of it.. I will never return to that store again in my life.
