I bought a Groupon coupon for $28 and gave it to my wife as a gift. She scheduled the appointment with Ava Nails and at the time of the appointment, she provided the coupon. Half-way through the painting of her nails, the owner of AVA Nails insisted that my wife pay an additional $18 for the very same service that the Groupon coupon was supposed to cover. The customer service was terrible, and so was the application of the nail polishing. Within one-hour after my wife left the salon, the coloring was already chipping. What a waste of money and time! My wife will never return to this salon. My wifes experience was that the owner is unprofessional and unethical. We have requested a credit card charge back.

I always make an appointment nail are exceptional all the time I have recommended people who are now permanent customers I love her work and I ask for a lot when it comes to my nails 💗

Went here for the first time today. Vu (sorry if misspelled) did a acrylic set with gel polish for me tonight. He was very patient, professional, and kind. He made sure I was content with every step before moving forward (which is very rare to find). He did a wonderful job going with the picture of a design I wanted done, with his own artistic twist! I loved how much attention to detail he gave as well. They turned out beautifully and Avas salon is very clean! I love the purple theme, as it makes me feel welcome and relaxed. I highly recommend both Vu and Ava! I will definitely be coming here a lot lol! Thank you! I attached photos of Vus beautiful work!

I went in late and they were about to close. It was a long shot but I was greeted & told they had time to give me a full set.Didn’t catch her name but she was a super nice lady! I was shocked at how she was fast yet attentive & fixed everything just right! She made sure everything was perfect! I will def be going back..my nails are flawless & I didn’t think they were pricey at all. Clean & relaxing atmosphere as well! Very happy customer :) Also I left my phone in the salon and they came back after hours to give it to me. What an amazing staff. Love this place.

I walked in to get a pedicure and the girl who was sitting on the couch clipping her own toe nails told me it was appointment only, when the door says, “walk ins welcome”. No other customers were inside at this time and there was one other worker lady having a break. Neither of them could help me so I canceled my groupon. Kind of laughable experience.

The quality was good on the work she did but she made it known she wasnt happy I used a Groupon and then charged me an extra $5. Wont be going back but I would recommend if someone doesnt care about courteous service but wants an alright quick manicure

I have been here twice and had great experiences both times. They are super friendly and do great work for a reasonable price. The owner has done my nails both times and she does an amazing job. She even chats with me to make it and even better experience. This Has become my go to shop. Best in town!

Ava is very sweet and cool..I love her personality. I recently moved to Ks from Atl, and I can honestly say that Ive found my new nail tech/salon🤗 she takes her time, gives you her attention, n does an exquisite job on my nails..she also slayed my eyebrows....shes the only one who will be doing my nails n eyebrows while Im in Ks..5 stars for sure👍🏾

Ava is very meticulous without having to take a lot of time to get the job done. She listens the first time, and then nails it (no pun intended). Her shop is very clean with a good staff. I called and made an appointment ahead of time knowing that in the past appointments don’t always take precedent, but it beats waiting a long time as a walk-in. Not only was the appointment time honored, the ladies had to wait for my friend and I to pick our color! Their pedi tubs have liners and the clippers are removed from sealed pouches. We both chose a deluxe pedicure and it was well worth the extra $$. Both ladies were friendly and easy to talk with. They have been open for 4 months and the salon is incredibly chic and well done. I had a flower added to my big toe and it is the most intricate, beautiful design I’ve ever received. My toes look fabulous! Thanks for a job well done and I can’t wait to come back!

Ava is wonderful. Everytime I go in there (which isnt very often) she knows exactly who I am. She is amazing at nails as well as waxing. Would definitely recommend going here.

I paid $50 to come home and try to fix my nails with a file. Shape is off and nail polish is put in whatever direction (almost horizontally on one of the nails) and it was obvious to everyone I showed my nails to except for the person who was doing my nails. French was half a nail of white color which made it look sooooo bad that I just had to ask to put color on the top of it. If youre in a beautification industry, you should do your best to make your client look beautiful not weird! Every time I tried to ask to correct things, I heard pretty rough: What do you mean? I dont understand! What other French do you mean? Very negative experience.PS. Not posting a false review. My sister in-law said the color was cute, not the shape. Plus everyone in my family didnt like it. I had to fix it myself. I tipped as Im a nice person. Shouldnt have done it. French cant and mustnt be half white half pink nail. Moreover, if you know its not what it should be tell in advance, not when its done and it looks weird. Im used to having natural color acrylic nail and cover on the top, not white tips pretending they are French. I can post pictures of my nails to prove every point of my review. AND whoever saw my nails said they would not be using this place for their manicure! Of course, its my personal experience, and may differ for everyone else.

I decided to try it thanks to Groupon, but didnt know what to expect. The owner was very friendly, they have new clean equipment and I was very impressed by the way my gel nails came out. I will definitely go back!

I never had a pedicure before but my coworker talk me into it. I will admit it felt amazing, definitely coming back!

I noticed a Groupon for this nail salon for $22 for a basic pedicure and $22 for gel manicure. I called to make an appointment before I purchased and Ava explained that I could come in and she would still honor the price. Well, the pedicure was really basic. and the gel polish looked ok. She charged me $50 instead of $44. I explained that groupon was for $22 each. She apologized so I just asked her to give the nail tech the $6 as a tip. Well, my nails (toes and fingers) started to chip within the next day. I didnt really worry about my toes because I dont have them out because it is still cold out. I called and she allowed me to come back and redo my nails herself. Honestly, they looked great afterwards. I loved them. She explained that they chipped because my nails are thin.... I never had this problem with any other nail salon... She redid my nails on Saturday and its Wednesday and I have two chipped nails already... a waste of my money. I appreciate that she tried to fix it but, Im very disappointed. Wasted my money and time.

Ava is the most honest Nail tec i have ever met. She is always happy and does her best to make you happy. And her Pedis are awsome.Oh and she can design (paint) on your nails.Just about Anything.

I purchased a groupon which I was leery about using at a nail salon as I have had a bad experiences before because its usually a new shop. The shop has recently opened as the owner Ava told me. I received an immediate warm/friendly greeting by her and asked which service was needed which was a mani/pedi. Ava has a very friendly/professional personality and took into consideration that I was there during my lunch break so she made sure I was out in time so I had to 2 ppl working on me at the same time. I didnt catch the other lady name but both owner and co-worker were very sweet. Nails turned out great I would definitely recommend and will return. Thanks for the great service!
