Ive been getting my batteries changed in my watches for years now at this place. Ive never had any problems. But of course, as soon as I took my 50 year birthday watch that cost almost a $1000 into them for a battery replacement they screwed it up. When I checked my watch the next morning I had water inside my bezzle. I called CNS and they told me to bring it in so they can look at it. I thought I didnt want them messing with it so I called the manufacturer and they told me to send it and right away to them and dont let CNS have it back. They gave me an estimate for repairs and told me they the rear seal on the dive watch was missing. They didnt even think that they should put the seal on the 200 meter dive watch at all. This this caused $232.03 worth of damage. They will pay for it. I guess Ill see him in civil court because there is bo corporate office or complaint department. Just some owner that never gets back to you. In fact, They wont let me have the owners phone number at all. They are the ones that have to call him for me.Beware!

Went in and got my gold necklace fixed. It took 2 hours to get fixed. When I finally got my necklace back part of my necklace was funny looking and silver when it was supposed to be gold. Definitely not going back there.

Ever since my jewler FRANK introduced me to TERRIE i go know where else and NO one else touches my jewelry repairs. Shes the BEST i have ever dealt with. Much luv and respect to her. She deserves to have her business thank u TERRIE.

I used them years ago before covid to get a custom bracelet done. I was satisfied with the work and figured I should use them again for a custom necklace. It was like night and day. The one who helped me had zero experience and kept having to ask other employees on what to say for simple answers about gold. I believe his name was kenny. Frank had helped me previously but when my custom necklace came in, he admitted that they didnt put enough gold on certain places of the necklace. I asked to speak to a manager because it was obvious even by Franks statement the necklace was faulty. I spoke to Scott the supposedly manager, and he acted like a coward and said he would call me back but never did and then Vicki calls the cns store and talks to frank, I could hear frank backpeddling on what he initially said about the necklace. He then hands me the phone and at first Vicki agreed to replacing the whole necklace minus the custom part and then she suddenly changed and got snappy and would only change a piece of it to make that part thicker with gold. Then she belittled me and my knowledge of gold, which I have been wearing since I was 5 years old. It was a cheaply made necklace and she hadnt even seen it, and at first Frank admitted it. Then frank told us to fill out some paperwork and threw it on the counter for me to do, then started helping another customer and made me wait another 10 minutes until he felt like coming back, when I had already been there first for 15 minutes. There attitudes were so unprofessional and suddenly changed. I will never use them again or recommend them. Go to a corporation like zales or kays that will offer a guarantee for there jewelry. What a disappointment and shame! Pathetic!

Went in to get a new watch sized. Sydney, the lady who took my order, was very rude. Behaved like doing her job(sizing my watch and selling me a nato strap)was worldly inconvenient for her. Shouldve just ordered a link removal tool off amazon and called it. Never going there again.

I have used these folks for years. Never any problems. Have routinely gotten my watch batteries here for over a decade.My watchs main battery didnt work after they replaced it. Not only did they fix that problem but they replaced a secondary battery, which only controls looks as well. Customer service is spot on. We are here on vacation and my husband broke the band on his watch. We found this place on Google and walked in. The process was easy, we just picked out a new band, walked around the mall for 15 minutes and it was ready to go. The price for the band was affordable considering it was genuine leather and they put it on as well. The young lady who helped us was very friendly, worked quickly, and was helpful.

I took my watch to them for repair, and took it back 2 MORE TIMES and it was worse than when I took it to them the first time! And months of waiting for nothing!!

They did a really good job on sizing a ring, it needed to go down 2 sizes which made it extremely small, they took care and made sure it didnt change the integrity of the diamonds on top, great job!!

They came up when I looked up Glasses repair, so if you search GLASSES REPAIR QUAIL SPRINGS know not to use this place. The dude did about the worst spot weld job on my glasses I’d ever seen, they didn’t even fit my face, and then had the audacity to charge me 40 bucks for it. I just left them there they were that bad. The bigger Dude laughed at me as I walked out too. Don’t let any snide reply to my comment that they’ll probably give you take away from the fact they literally will not fix your glasses into any working form. This was the only pair I had in my current prescription. Avoid!

They fixed my watch and it was really cheap. They told me it would be about two weeks to have it done but they called a week later to tell me it was ready to pickup. They were really nice and very help. I recommend them if you have a watch that needs to be repaired.

Let me make this review a little more proper. I do not like this establishment. I feel they are not just in the decisions made regarding my time spent there. I will never return to this establishment. I did not feel appreciated as a customer, in fact I felt like I was being told I was a liar. I feel I wasted my money and for nothing in return.

Took my vintage wedding ring set here to be repaired after it had to be cut off due to swelling. I was really nervous because its a family heirloom and I wanted to make sure it was done right. When I walked in the older lady jeweler made me feel very confident that she would do a good job. She understood what it meant to me. She said it would be fine 2pm that afternoon which I couldnt believe. It was done at 2 and she did a wonderful job. I couldnt be happier

This place repaired an oddball watch for me, and replaced the battery for about $20. They had this done within about 20 minutes. They gave a warranty on the battery and repair. They were also super friendly and seemed very knowledgeable. This place seems well run, I would highly recommend!

Great place. My prong broke in my ring and it needed to be repeated being white gold and all, they had to reset the stone too. It only took one day and the people where very nice and well experienced and the price was great. Quick and easy I got my ring sized smaller and ordered a silicone one. My ring turned out great and the silicone got here fast.

Overall a decent local place to get an honest servicing. Had about 10+ repairs/servicing here, mostly basic battery changes, band repairs for my granpas watches, etc. Staff could be friendlier, in my opinion, and service could be better. If you have a Vulcain alarm watch they do not have the ability to fix- I tried with two separate watches only to get told after a long delay that they could not get parts. This is a great place if you need a minor repair or battery.

You may have to wait nan hour or so..but they get the job done. Plus tgey clean jewelry to perfection.

Theyre one of the worse customer service people in the business. I came in there to have the face of my watch reset and they lost one of my tach needle and replaced it with an orange needle. The watch was never open so the needle was in the case, they got the face reset but screwed up the mechanical that it doesnt run. I had to go back and forth to the shop 4 different times for various things they did wrong. The girl that wrote the ticket was really rude. I will never take anything to this place for service again.

Great customer service

I brought in my ring (it was bent in and broken in half on the band) they took it right away and gave me about and hour estimated wait time. It was fixed very quickly. It fits just like before the break. You cant even see where the repair was made. It looks like new, and they even cleaned it before returning it to me. I am very appreciative of the work.

Amazing. Was quoted $198 to resized a brand new wedding band (enhancer type) from a 7 to 5.5 by a local jeweler in Lawton and that it would take 3-5 days if expedited. CNS did it for $66 the same day on a Saturday and within 6 hours! Amazing quality work!

I got three watch batteries replaced here last week, and they were very professional and finished while I shopped at a couple of other stores. I went back today, because I had pulled the face and armband apart on my athletic watch. When I went to pick it up, they said it was a really easy fix and didnt even charge me! I will definitely be using them again.

I called and asked how long it would take to have a ring resized/appraised. I was told the appraisal would arrive in the mail within 2 weeks. It has now been 27 days and no appraisal.When my boyfriend brought the ring in, he was told if he brought the paperwork that came with it the appraisal would go much faster. (So basically theyre just going to copy that information and adjust for gold/diamond prices.) He brought the paperwork to them the very next day even though this business is 45 minutes from our house.When we called to find out why we still had not received the appraisal, they said it takes two to THREE weeks to arrive in the mail, and thats once their appraiser receives the paperwork. Three weeks is 21 days, and since its been 27 days and still counting; its late either way.Would definitely not recommend using this jeweler. They act like they have someone on site to do everything, but then you find out later theyre sending the information over to a 3rd party.

Not trustworthy!. I brought my Gucci watch in, for a battery change. A few weeks later, I have to bring the watch back to have the battery recheck, because it was running a few minutes behind. Frank told me to leave it with him and come back the next day.When I came back the next day, he told me that the watch has stopped working and suggested that I should pay to replace the momentum.The watch was working when I left it with him. They damaged my Gucci watch. I will never thought that a big shop like this, will do such a thing.... Be careful....

They resized my ring in an hour and a half while we shopped at the mall. When it was a little snugger than I liked, they fixed it within 10 minutes. Everywhere else told me it would take a week or two to get it resized. Their price was reasonable too. I would highly recommend them!

2nd report to BBB of disgraceful and insultingtreatment at this store, minor repair of wrist watch failed in less than two months, returned to store last Saturday, I was informed by nice clerk that same charge needed for re-doing i.e.they needed a PAPER RECEIPT and would not accept available electronic proof of payment, called back later and was connected to a manager he became furious at requestand yelled into phone that I was to NEVER setfoot in store again, what a dishonest way toside step an honest and fair request, WHO would ever carry around a PAPER receipt for such a minor repair? I brought up two things I wanted fixed during their $150 overhaul service of an automatic watch. My watch was returned to me a few weeks later with one of those issues potentially fixed, bent bracelet spring bars that werent seated correctly, dust and smudges inside the crystal, and tool marks all over the case and case back... Never using CNS services again. If you value your watches dont let CNS touch them.

Been trying for 3 days to get my watch, they are always closed early, highly do not recommend. Was there 1hr before close.

I have been here once. I had a life time battery program with time square. But recently my watch does not keep the time so I went to CNS for repair. CNS staff found that I got bad batteries from time square and also some of the screws were made bad by time square. CNS then put a new battery into my watch and it worked fine since then.

They did a clean, oil and adjust for my classic pocket watch. The adjust is not right even after two visits. Also they quoted one price on the phone and charged a much higher price after the work was finished.

Took a mechanical watch in to be serviced. Was told it could not be repaired. Was no charge for their work.
