I brought my MIL here to order a custom ring for Mothers Day. The first pic is the ring we ordered. The second pic was what we received first and they were going to charge me $100 to reset the stones in the right ring. They realized it was their mistake and sent it back at no charge. The third pic is the ring received today. Its closer to what we wanted and my MIL thinks its pretty so we just accepted it. We do not want to wait another 2 weeks for the correct ring. It has also been sized and I was told it can not be sent back once thats done. They did do a good job resizing some other rings for me but we will not be back.

2 bad experiences here. Will not return. Don’t get custom work here!A couple years ago I took 2 wedding rings there to get rhodium plated. When I picked them up, the underside of the rings had not been shined up. The jeweler said it was because nobody looks at the underside of a ring? I’m not talking the skin side of the ring- just when you flip your hand over- That side.This year, I gave them a diamond and a picture of a ring to copy as a custom job. I was estimated $1800 and 30 days. 5 months later they call, tell me their jeweler couldn’t do it (too difficult) so he hired someone else to do it, and now it is finished and they want $3600. They never told me the price was increasing AT ALL. They showed me the original estimate, which clearly they’ve edited bc things have been marked out and written over and told me that the original estimate didn’t include gold or diamonds 🙄 (really?). They refuse to honor the estimate and when I told them I wanted my diamond back, I was told “that’s not an option.” I’ll tell everyone to not trust this place. A+ liars!

I brought my Omega and Citizen watch here to re-size watch band.They only took the Citizen and told me to bring Omega somewhere else.They charged $10 which I was happy to pay, but these pictures were what I got.And they also left pretty big scratches on the side of this titanium band.This was a brand new watch. Im little unhappy whenever I see the scratches. It just keeps catching my eyes.Im really glad I didnt leave my Omega here.

Great prices and customer service! You can’t beat that. I initially brought a necklace into this establishment to get cleaned and repaired. They more than happily offered same day service at a price that cant be beaten. The repair was flawless and I even bought a pendant for necklaces this year establishment is officially my jeweler and I highly recommend them.

Im very happy and pleased with this companys work! I had a stone from my halo engagement ring fall out, and they were able to set the stone and replace 2 prongs for a low price. It only took them about 2 hours to fix my ring, so I wasnt without it for too long. When I picked my ring up, they had even polished and cleaned it to the point where it looked brand new. I will be returning here for any jewelery repairs in the future. I highly recommend this company for their quality, price, and speedy service!

I have had several rings repaired at A Plus. Customer service was great and the work was beautiful. The way the rings are cleaned is astounding and service is quick. Also this last time I had a small ring in that I was replacing the center stone. It had a vey tiny stone on the end missing a diamond and I wasnt going to replace it. Imagine my surprise when I saw they went above and beyond to repair the missing stone. Thank you so much that was so kind. All of my rings look beautiful. Wouldnt use anyone else.

I recently had my ring resized. The price for the service was very reasonable and they were able to complete the job while I waited. They also cleaned and polished my ring. It looks wonderful!

Went to pick up my ring and was told it had been sold for parts. I asked the older man to call the owner for me. He told me the owner always has his phone turned off and he wont answer. I insisted that he try calling him. He tried to trick me by calling an incorrect number, because it made an out of service beep. I told him he didnt actually call the owner and I knew it. I asked him to call again and guess what....the owner immediately picked up! Owner said there was nothing he could do until Tuesday since its a holiday weekend, which I understand. Then he said that if it was sold or made for parts that he wouldnt remedy it until he had a chance to look Tuesday and thats if they still had it. Will be going up there Tuesday. The older gentleman needs to learn some major customer service or needs to be away from the counter/customers.

Great experience. My watch stopped so I took it to them hoping it was the battery. They checked the battery but said that was not the problem. They recommended a watch repair place and did not charge me anything.

I just had to stop in for a review. I think its very important to share this. My review is only for serious gem/ jewelry clients. A regular customer need not worry. It is inexcusable to confuse a natural-mined zircon with a cubic zirconia. There are ways to size a zircon piece with a torch. The bench-worker and/or front store gentleman did not know this, nor were they taking the time to listen to my expertise (or listening to me repeatedly explain that its a natural gem. Not a CZ). I had to take the drive into the city for my sizing. I am leaving the review for blowing me off and not listening to what I was trying to explain.
