Robert helped me with a problem I had with my ring after I had it resized. He explained and showed me the process of antiquing. He also explained to me how to keep my ring looking brand new and gave me the cloths needed for it. Robert and his crew are very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this place.

Brought in a watch today to have it fitted to my wrist. Robert very kindly pointed out that the manufacturer had made it easily adjustable and the links could easily “snap” off, no adjustment needed. I felt silly but Robert was courteous and professional, and removed them from the watch and matching bracelet that came with it, free of charge. He even bagged the links up for me upon leaving. Robert could have easily sold me a watch adjustment and I would be none the wiser, but he chose to be honest and helpful instead. I will certainly be pointing people in his direction in the future, this is an important quality in the industry and Robert deserves to be acknowledged for this patience and trustworthiness.

Also, they were so affordable that I was able to get our names engraved on the inside of the ring, and that included going up 4 sized! Took my moms mothers ring to get it resized. It was alittle small because I had to order it online from Zales. They did an amazing job for a very reasonable price! They had it ready the same day we dropped it off. I would highly recommend them.

Roberto always greets me with a smile as soon as I walk into the shop. His brother Jonathan, is just as friendly and super helpful. Their father Roberto is very skilled and experienced with all his repairs. The whole family always exceeds my expectations on all repairs as well sales. Most services have a same day turn around, at most its been a week to get the magnetic clasps my wife loves for her necklaces. Quality goes above and beyond they ensure I feel more than just another client but truly a remembered individual.

What a terrific place. I had several items that needed to be fixed and needed to understand if it was even worth it to repair some of them. I had taken several pieces into a well-known shop in town several years ago and had been sniffed at for even asking. Not here. They gave me quick appraisals. I got to decide what needed to be repaired. They did a wonderful job (pointing out in advance that the cufflinks I brought in that had been my dads would show a little of the solder on the back). Plus their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend them. (Just wish they were on my side of town, but they are well worth the drive).

The diamond fell out of my ring at work one day. I actually found the diamond on the floor.I brought the ring and diamond here. They reset the diamond, sized the ring down, and cleaned it up to the point it looked BETTER than the day I bought it.

I would give this 10 stars if I had the option, because 5 stars just aren’t enough. The Journey Jewelers team went above and beyond to meet my expectations for a custom ring made from my family’s jewelry that had been passed down to me. They were so easy to throw an idea to and quick to show me what it would look like in real life. They asked the perfect amount of questions to make sure I received everything I wanted. I also requested some of my diamonds be put into screw back earrings as studs, they turned out great! The whole team is so trustworthy and it’s always a great atmosphere as soon as you walk in the door. I will absolutely be coming back as they are the most caring and affordable jeweler I’ve seen around.

My husband and I have gone to Journey Jewelers on three occasions. Twice for resizing and once to replace a diamond I knocked out of a ring. They have done flawless work each time, and the pricing is reasonable. I’d highly recommend them.

I was looking for a place to resize my husbands wedding ring, that wasnt going to cost me $400. When I called, the gentleman was very polite and helpful. My husbands ring is 3 rings soldered together, therefore making the resizing costs more expensive than a normal ring. Although I was pleased with the price, the workmanship of the resizing was spectacular, and was done in 24 hours, in time for our 20th wedding anniversary. I live about 30 miles from this jeweler, but I will definitely make the drive again for my jewelry repairs in the future. I highly recommend them.

I had my husbands 10 year old watch cleaned, the crystal face replaced, a link taken out, and a symbol engraved on the back. They went above and beyond what I expected to make it look great again. When they realized the symbol wasnt going to go on the back very clear and offered a solution through messenger after I dropped it off. They didnt have to do that. They did a great job!

Robert was an absolute blessing to work with. I emailed late on Sunday evening not expecting a response, and received one almost instantaneously (and it wasnt automated like I expected). They performed a quick repair (replacement of one diamond, a refurbishing, cleaning, etc.) on my engagement ring and it was ready within three or so hours.Ive been to area competitors and paid over twice the same price for less quality; however, those same competitors also took days to complete what was done here in a mere number of hours. PROFESSIONAL, EXCELLENT SERVICE, HIGH INTEGRITY!!!I went to Journey Jewelers to get help with designing a single ring using my husband and my wedding rings. My husband, the love of my life, passed away a couple weeks ago and I want to wear our rings for the rest of my life. Robert and the entire staff were so very helpful, patient and compassionate. In about two hours, they had resized my husbands ring for me and worked with me to see how best to wear the rings. I left the rings with them so they could finish the sizing and polishing. Before I left, they said they would add an inscription on the rings for me. I was so shocked that they would do such a kind act for a stranger. I sent them my proposed inscription and they amazingly were able to get it to fit. I picked them up this morning and LOVE them, they are so beautiful all sparkly and shiny and the inscriptions were perfect! I am extremely impressed with the quality of work and great service I received from Journey Jewelers. I took my ring in to be sized down. It took them only an hour. I appreciated the extremely fast service and not having to leave my ring overnight. After wearing the ring overnight, I realized I should have gone a little bigger as the ring was indenting into my finger and extremely hard to get off. I went back to Journey Jewelers the next day and told them my dilemma. They enlarged my ring for me the very same day and did not even charge me! Excellent customer service! I will use Journey Jewelers exclusively from this point on for all my jewelry needs and will recommend to all my family and friends!

Had a custom ring made out of state but when it arrived, it was the wrong size. I took it to Journey due to good reviews on a Google search and couldnt be happier. Took them about 3 hours and when I picked it up, it was perfect. They even recreated the texture on the bottom side of the ring. Cant even tell its been sized. But the best part was the initial greeting! He made immediate eye contact with a big smile and asked how he could help me. Sorry but I dont remember his name.

Called Journey Jewler’s about the beginning of April (5 weeks from date) with a unique request for a custom ring. When I brought in the pieces and got to talking with Robert I told him a back story of me and my fiancé and what the stones and other ring were from and he pitched the idea of making a wrench ring. He got the ring perfect and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results, customer service and affordability. He beat other places standard starting price for a custom piece and went above and beyond making the ring completely custom. Wouldn’t use any other Jewler in the country for any future jewelry needs.

I chose this store as they were located closest to where I was staying for the time being. I brought in a ring to be resized and was told it wouldnt be a problem...same day in fact. I dropped the ring off after finishing breakfast and before I finished lunch received a notification that it was ready for pick up. The ring looked terrific. Its hard to leave a family heirloom with people you hardly know but the jewelers at Journey made me feel safe about getting my moms ring resized and repaired by them. I brought in a ring and a necklace to be resized and I was very impressed by the friendly and speedy service. The ring was very old and had a few kinks in the band, but a few hours later when I came to pick it up the kinks were gone and most importantly, the ring fit. The necklace is now the perfect length as well, but the ring turned out far better than I had hoped and I would definitely recommend this jeweler.

My husband bought me a ring and I needed it sized quickly. Not only did they have it done before 24 hours was up, they sized it perfectly! I have had rings sized with Walmart before and it took 3 weeks and was the incorrect size. My ring size is 5 3/4 so it isn’t easy to get right. I received a ring for Christmas and it was too big. I called Journeys and they said they could size it on the same day. The store it was bought from said it would take two weeks. I dropped ring off and it was ready within three hours. The customer service was great. I was so glad I found them.
