Husband and I have had on going issues with my ring ever since we bought it. (6 years multiple duty stations). Page (employee #1074548 store: 2100) made the six years of on going warranty issues and horrible customer service all go away in less then 30 minutes. She is the standard of what to expect when walking into a kay jewelers. Her customer service is out of the world. She should be the one training others to be her in a corporate level and going under cover boss to bad stores to fix them. She is AMAZING !
I had the most amazing experience at Kay in Penn Square Mall. The new manager is a rockstar and she cares about the consumer. I had lost my wedding ring that I had purchased there 14 years ago. The other Kay stores just kept telling me they didn’t make it anymore. This lady jumped in and said we will get it made for you. Then she got on line and found one for me. I appreciate her attitude and hard work. I will be back for sure. Thanks Randall!! I cried !!
Unimpressed with the overpriced solitaire we bought last year. Good service high priced diamonds.
I really enjoy their customer service experience. Theyre all very knowledgeable and helpful. Ive gotten all of my wifes jewelry from them (Engagement/wedding rings, earrings). Solid products at an affordable price.
This has to be the most professional place I have ever been to. Let me be honest. I came in to get the discounted jewelry that I seen on the card in the mail. But I knew I needed more.I needed an engagement ring (actually at the time it was a promise ring a little more on that later). So the young lady helped me picked out one that was in my price range which moved me because I was never judged (unlike other places tbh) even though it was clearly seen that I was trying to do with what I could. So the ring had to be sent off for two weeks for sizing which was okay and it was sent back a little bit earlier. So I picked it up and I didn’t realize how beautiful it was until I had it in my hand.... that’s where it became more.So became the night to present the ring to my would be fiancé. I still was thinking about the promise ring move until I seen the beautiful ring on her finger. So about a week and half later one of stones fell out while she was at work. (She has a physical labor job)She was devastated and so was I because this moment meant the world to her. So I had to bring it back and I was told it wasn’t going to be ready for two weeks. When in reality it was only a week.I’m saying all of that to say this.If you want a great experience and not just great customer service go to Kay’s.If you want to be treated like a person with respect not just a customer that’s there to get the promo jewelry...go to Kay’s.I will definitely be back for my wedding set.
Adam was so amazing. My account has been messed up by 2 other locations. He spent an hour fixing it and getting jewelry inspected and sent out for repair. Thank you Adam!!
Had a message to pick up my package but got there to store upstairs and they was closed April 11,2021. Wow...unforeseen reasons was posted on display windows.
Love kays!!! They are the only place I but my jewelry. I know Im always going to be taken care of and their warranties are the best!
Asked if I could have my necklace cleaned that was bought from Kay and one of the lady workers had took it and gave it back without cleaning it
Never buy from Kay Jewelers. Worst service and experience you could ever ask for.
Great deals.
Not only are the hours incorrect on Google, but their main website as well. When I got to the actual store their temporary hours are 12pm-6pm. The website claims that location is closed; which it wasnt.I simply wanted a battery replaced in my Bulova watch. I had purchased the lifetime battery warranty and could get the battery replaced at no cost. The employee stated theyre not doing battery replacements or repairs right now; but she directed me to another store in the mall that IS doing it.Seriously? Why would I pay to have it done when I have a LIFETIME BATTERY WARRANTY?
I have ordered 3 necklaces online from Kay Jewelers this month, and I went to the Penn Square Mall location today to get a Graduation gift for my niece,It was an absolute pleasure to shop there!! The young lady was so Professional and Nice, she helped me pick the Perfect Gift, and to top it off, She offerd me the matching earrings that were on sale!! So I got Way More Than I Expected For Way Less Money Than You Can Imagine!! Thank You So Much
So I see a lot of negative reviews here, and I suppose that they are under new management since then, because I experienced wonderful customer service here. Nobody looked down their nose at me because I was young, and Don and Paula are two of the nicest people I have ever done business with. Nobody seemed frustrated that they were helping someone with a fairly low budget at all, and the ring was beautiful and delivered in a very timely manner, especially considering that it had to be specially ordered for my wife’s tiny finger. I would definitely recommend this store for anyone looking to buy and engagement ring!
This place has been great! The people who work here are all nice and very helpful! When my Fiance bought my engagement ring here they worked with him and customized the design until he got exactly what he wanted. Plus, they clean my ring for free anytime I am there and they offer a warranty on the diamonds in my ring.
CONSUMERS BE CAREFUL! We purchased our wedding rings at Kay Jewelers. When we made the purchase, we also purchased the lifetime warranty which had the requirement of having our rings inspected every six months. We fulfilled this requirement for 15 years. Upon the last inspection, the technician knew that a prong was broken on the ring but sad the stone was solid. Sadly, the 1/2 carat heart shaped diamond fell out of the setting and was lost seven months after this inspection. I called this store and continued up the chain, requesting that the care plan be honored. I was only told that I could purchase a new solitaire for $2,000 because I was one month past the inspection. So, after having the ring inspected for 15 years and the technician knowing a prong was broken, Kay Jewelers said they would not honor the purchased care plan. NEVER AGAIN WILL I PURCHASE and I will continue to advise others to choose a jewelry store that will honor a warranty. It is obviously all about the money and not about the customer at Kay Jewelers.
This is a pretty good jewelry store. They have a wide selection of rings and bracelets and necklaces and other jewelry items. The settings for the gems are fabulous. Everything is high quality, and if you are thinking about getting married, this is a great place to buy a wedding ring.
This store location is ridiculous. My husband spends a pretty penny on me here every holiday. He always purchases a warranty to which I have to appear ever 6 months for inspection. That’s totally fine. I don’t mind doing that but my problem is every time I come here and they are to open they open 30 minutes late. Making their customers stand outside the store for at least 30 minutes because they didn’t show up on time the morning of to get it done in time for opening. I’m absolutely tired of dealing with Kay’s at this point. We can spend our money where customers are treated better.
I had a wonderful experience here! Olivia, the manager, made choosing my engagement ring very special and effortless. Highly recommend her and this store.
The sales Lady was very thoughtful she took the time out for me to resize my watch in less than 10m and charge me a dime. Love the service.
The manager is extremely rude, condescending, disrespectful, and lies! If I could give ZERO stars, I would! It took 4 months to get a necklace fixed! I dealt only with the manager who kept changing her story! She ruined me with Kay Jewelers FOREVER! Run the opposite direction! This is a HORRIBLE location!!!
Definately would not recommend this place. I have been in this store three different times trying to talk to someone about ordering wedding bands. Each time, there are only two people working and no one acknowledges me during the hour I wait. When I ask someone about helping me, they reply that they are busy (even though there is only one other couple in the store), but someone with be with me shortly. 40 minutes later I leave. I come back a couple hours later and still receive no service.
I stood there for more than 30 minutes and got no help. The people who worked there were not doing nothing. They just looked at us and did there own thing. They told us that would get help in one second and never help us ! I will NOT be shopping there at that kays ever again.!😠😡POS Store !!
The lady that help us out was very kind and very helpful and the selection of rings and wedding bands was very nice
Absolutely amazing staff! Helped me pick out the perfect ring.
This place is awful. The customer service is a joke. Everyone passes the buck on responsibilities. I waited around for 30 minutes while two different people passed my wedding ring back and forth so someone could inspect it. Store aside, Kays as a whole is crap. Ive had my ring repaired 3 times in less than a year and its still damaged. Do not waste your time. Go somewhere else!
They did an amazing job
My husband and I were shopping for 5 year anniversary rings and Linh was awesome. She was very patient with us and very helpful throughout our shopping experience. Thanks!
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I called and said my mom was on here way to pick up a neckless for my brother for his birthday. She was super nice on the phone. ( Also my mom is a authorized user on my account) Mom got there 3 mins before they closed and the gates where already closed. The lady was rude with my mom told her she couldnt buy anything anyway. I called to see what the deal was and she told me that she closed 5 mins early because shes training. I have managed in the past and it does not matter if a customer comes in a min before you close you are to help them anyway. Does not matter if your training or not.
If the rings here werent priced well, we would have walked out. Horrible customer service. Don, the sales guru, was friendly up until we decided to buy them. Then he acted like we were a waste of his time. We were buying $3K worth of wedding bands, and he treated us like were junk. I called to check in on the sizing of my fiances engagement ring, and he said check the date on the paper and hung up.My wedding band came along with my fiances band, and when he called he asked did you want them sized? even though he said he had them ordered in our size when he took the payment. On top of that, my wedding band is tungsten, which cant be sized! Why the hell would I order a ring thats not sizable in the wrong size? Then he threw a fit when we got upset.Overall horrible experience. Will never go back.
Ive been coming to the kays in penn square mall for a few years now..they are great, the service is awesome, the knowledge about items is great an theyll help you find what youre looking for
The absolute worst jewellery shop you can go to in the city! Everyone is incompetent. Everytime we try to get answers for a ring that we bought the extended warranty for, no one can get us any answers. Everyone has tried to push any type of work they might have to do onto someome else, saying that they arent the person that handles that part of the buisness. Well which one does handle it?!?! anytime we need assistance no one is able to help or even trys. This place needs new management period end of discussion.
The wait on the weekend was ridiculous. Two people working and 5 people in line behind those they were helping. The sales staff was rude and only cared about those there to make a big purchase. They disregarded the rest of the customers. I will be going elsewhere in the future.
Love the ladys so very kind and helpful
I came in with my fiancée to order a ring for me, the guy seems new and doesnt know how to even put an order in, the women was sitting way far from him on the other side of the store yelling telling him how to put an order, I wasted about 45 min of my time in the store, thats fine. They told me they will call me in 2 days max to confirm and place the order, its been a week!!! And still no call. Just glad I went somewhere else and didnt wait for this stupid store call me. I wouldnt recommend this place even to an enemy!! Total trush!!
Horrible. If you sit at a jewelry counter for 5 minutes and no one acknowledges your presence, they do not need your business or your money
This is the absolute worst Kay ever. They have THE worst customer service. my fiancé got my ring at the outlet mall (they were so friendly). but it was too big so he called and asked if i could drop it off to get it resized and they said yes then when i went up there they had an extremely bad attitude and told me i couldnt and talked to me like i was stupid. he had to come all the way up there just to drop it off after they had told my fiancé i could drop it off. Then when it was ready he called them again to see if it was okay if i pick it up (i work at the mall) and they said yes no problem. so i went to pick it up and they once again had an attitude with me for no reason and looked at me like im dumb telling me since my name wasnt on it i cant pick it up and i had mentioned my fiancé calling and they had just denied the whole thing. BY THE WAY, my ring was still too big. they measured and it fit but then i got my ring back and it was HUGE still. my fiancé had called AGAIN and asked if i could get a thing put in it just to make it smaller for now and if i could come up there and they said yes thats fine. i went up there not even a minute later and said they couldnt do it for me cause the guy that does it isnt there anymore and whatever. Today my fiancé and i went together to just exchange the ring in general and the MANAGER Olivia was SO rude when we just told her we wanted to exchange it. We ended up just leaving because they are all rude and have attitudes. I will NEVER step foot in this place ever again. Dont work in customer service if youre just gonna be rude to everyone for no reason? From now on we will be going to the outlet. do NOT EVER go here.
I dropped my wedding ring off at Kays in Penn Mall on Sunday May 19, 2014. I was told that my ring would be ready on Wednesday June 4, 2014. I called Kays on Friday May 30, 2014 to see if my ring was back from being repaired. I spoke with the manager Olivia who was very rude and asked her if the ring was in store yet. She responded with the a crass voice it is not even due until June 4, 2014. I responded okay thank you for your time. So I call the store on June 4, 2013 to check on the ring and it hs not been shipped yet. I spoke with Craig who is a worker in the store stated he did not know where my ring was. He said he would call the repair and see where my ring was. He said it may come in on Thrusday June 5, 2014 and he would he would call me. However, Thrusday June 5, 2014 passed and no phone call from Kays in Penn square mall. So today on my lunch break i called and asked if my ring was in yet, the young man who answered; Greg said it was not. I was like do you have a tracking number that I can you use to look it up he said no. I then requested the number for the Corporate office in order to file a formal complaint against the store. Greg was very cluessless and had a hard time finding the coporate number. He eventually gave me the number were a order can be placed were i finally ended up with a human being to voice my concern! I spoke with Shelly in customer serivice who was extremely rude and basically told me i should be grateful that my ring only was schedule to be gone two weeks and deal with it. I then asked to speak with a supervisor and was promptly hung up by Shelly. Shelly calls me back and states i would like to apologize we have dropped the ball and i quote. Your ring has been in store since yesterday and no one bother to look for it! I go I just called up there on my lunch and they said it was not there! She said i know but it is there can you please try to understand. I was like no i dont understand you have a bunch of incompetent people selling expensive jewelry. If you are looking for your loved ones engagement ring or wedding ring!!! DO NOT GO TO KAYS IN PENN SQUARE MALL! I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO KAYS! THEY LACK PROFESSIONALISM AND QUALITY CUSTOMER SERIVCE.
This is the worst experience I have ever had at a jewelry store. I usually go to the Kays in Quail Springs Mall, but they were closed for remodeling. So I drove the extra distance to get to Penn Square Mall. I had to take in my wedding band to be resized. We bought the Extended Service Plan way back when we bought the rings, and that covers resizing for life. I took in all my original paperwork and took it to the counter. The elderly gentleman who was at the counter was polite, but seemed a bit senile. He typed my name into the system and told me that my Extended Service Plan didn’t exist. He repeated it several times as if each time he said it was the first time. Mind you, I am pointing at my original paperwork, and he was telling me that I couldn’t get it resized for free because their computer system didn’t have me in it. Well, in the end it turned out he was typing in my name wrong, and I left my ring and was told to go back and pick it up on June 13th. This was a much longer time period than resizings in the past had taken.Well I drove back on the 13th, and I went in and handed the woman my paperwork. She looked through the drawer and couldn’t find my ring. She told me that UPS hadn’t brought the day’s shipment yet, and that I would have to come back later that day. Now, my assumption when they told me the 13th was that I could go at any time in the hours they were open. No one said I needed to wait until afternoon or evening. Since I could not go back later that day, I went back TWO DAYS LATER on the 15th. Lo and behold, my ring still was not there. This time I stated to the woman that I did not live anywhere close to this mall and I had already driven out twice to get my ring after the time they said they would have it. She gave me that irritating “I don’t know what to tell you” line and said that UPS didn’t deliver on Saturdays, so they wouldn’t be getting my ring in until at least Monday.Long story short, the service was bad, and my ring didn’t get back until 5 days after they said it would be. No apologies, no explanation for the delay. Next time I need my rings repaired or resized, I will definitely use another location besides the Kays at Penn Square Mall!
Helpful staff easy experience
They never answer the phone
Bad storeThey are not willing to help customers
Go see Amanda at Kay jewelers !!
Olivia, was great!!!🥇
Horrible!!!My boyfriend and I bought some rings in March, here in Oklahoma City, to begin with, his felt great and I told the girl, but she said that it had to look like this, we sent mine to make some smaller sizes, and we asked them to send them to Las Vegas, arriving in Las Vegas, two days later, we went to the Kay to resolve the size, yes, it was one size larger and they told me that I was 1/2 size smaller, We immediately marked Kay from Oklahoma City to send to make mine even smaller. Then came this famous pandemic. Now in July to start, they lost mine, I was in Oklahoma City, when we had asked to be sent to Las Vegas, we came to Oklahoma City again, and we asked that they return the one from Las Vegas, on July 4 I went to raise both Rings and mine never sent to reduce the 1/2 size, I told the woman who helped me again, and she said that this was normal, that she stall it for a few days, really? The ring comes out super easy .
